The workers here are so nice and helpful! It was our first time visiting and they answered all the questions we had and were super patient as well as super fun. The drinks themselves are fantastic. We got the horchata chai with oat milk and green tea with peach and both were so good! Pretty good prices for the sizes. There is a place to walk up if you don't want to do the drive through. Great business!!

Brad at 5411 coulter was a super star tonight! Most charismatic and friendly barista. Was running the show by himself, and he still delivered excellent service and great drinks. He absolutely made our night! We miss Brad.

This place is great! This is the only place my great grandmother likes her coffee from now. They are always so nice! Yes, it can take a bit of time, but it is absolutely worth it.

Service was amazing. Dina was the most immaculate human being I’ve ever met. She was so nice and chatty and should 100% get a raise.

Update...went to Dutch Bros again today and just continue to be impressed. My child was with me and she has a great deal of Sensory issues. She had a meltdown prior to us going to Dutch Bros. So, I ordered her favorite Smoothie when we arrived and forgot to ask about the whip cream. The whip cream did not come on her drink. I caught a young, blonde hair guy wearing glasses and asked for whip cream on her drink. He not only brought whip cream, but sprinkles as well. When this young guy took the time to go above and beyond more than he had to, I feel in love with Dutch Bros even more! I don't know the guys name, but he truly made a rough afternoon so much better! In fact, he saved the day. It's true...not all heros wear capes! Dutch Bros is awesome! The customer service is spot on! There are so many drinks and flavors to choose from as well. Best of all, their prices are way better than our other coffee shops here in Amarillo! I love to shop local, but I'll go where they go above and beyond: Dutch Bros !!

Really great coffee, all the drinks we've tried have been delicious. The service is always so friendly and even when the line is long the wait time is only a few minutes.

This crew really has this down. Loving the coffee and the customer service. Right after opening it struggled with lines and wait times, but not since. We have gone during several times both in "rush times" and when it only has a few cars in line and very pleased with the time it takes. The coffee is the best in town and we have tried many places. Love they offer puppachinos!

I would like to compliment this store for the progress that has been made as everyone learns the drinks and is acquainted with the customers. I am also confused about the drive-through arrangement. I moved here from Oregon and the Dutch Bros there have two drive-through lines with staff taking orders outside and it is amazing how fast the lines move. Has the management gone through at a busy time of day?

I was greeted by a cheerful young lady who was taking orders out in the freezing cold. Her recommendations were spot on and delicious.

I patronize Dutch Brothers exclusively for their lattes made with protein milk. Out of all the Dutch Brothers in Amarillo, the one on 5411 Coulter is the best. It seems to consistently maintain the largest number of baristas, and the turnover rate is almost nonexistent. Use the app and be sure to tip. They'll know your name after only a few visits and they are super friendly. And if you are in the drive through and waiting in line, they'll bring the drink to you. I can't recommend them enough.

I love dutch brothers, it's my favorite coffee spot but the location in Amarillo is seriously lacking! The drive thru and walk up window are equally awful. My first experience I watched 4 families get served their drinks before me and the employees were totally lost and had no clue what I was talking about. My 2nd experience I sat in the drive thru line for over 15mins before my order was even taken Can we get some Colorado employees down here for some adaquate training!! Coffee was good, it was pretty quick, too. The card reader was down on the iPad when my order was taken in line. I get to the window to pay with my card and decline the tip. As I am pulling out cash from my wallet for the tip jar, the girl in the window loudly says, “ok, rude.”

The coffee is good, but pretty overpriced. The staff is nice at least. The line moves way too slow if youre in a hurry, and it has two lines that combine into one. So of course, expect rude Amarillo people to cut in front of the line whenever possible.

I would leave 5 stars except there’s a couple things that could be improved. There is a young man at the window at coulter Dutch bros that usually makes the drinks while the girls take orders, Well he is pretty rude and the drinks NEVER taste the same! There should be some type of consistency! I’m really confused how this could be happening. The coffee on mirror is better than Coulter location for that reason and that guy doesn’t work at that one. He has a bad attitude and never smiles. He rolls his eyes and says stuff under his breath like he doesn’t want to be there. I appreciate how friendly the women are though.

I stopped to get regular coffee with cream this morning and used the walk up window. I am not really sure why my order took so long. When I asked the employee she seemed like she got irritated at my question and said there were other orders they were helping with. Is the walk up window any faster or should we just use the drive thru every time?

Can someone explain to me, what is the point of ordering on line if it's never ready when we get here, and still have to wait 10 -15 minutes (sitting in parking lot as we speak and so far it's been 11 minutes) this is almost as bad as McDonald's. The lady working the walk up window is rude also. The ladies in the morning are absolutely wonderful and efficient, while providing exceptional customer service. We come to dutch bros every single day. The coffee is wonderful most of the time, (if it's not they fix it) but the order ahead is ridiculous. I edited to provide a bit more information... online order should have been ready at 2:28 through the drive through but there were 8 cars in drive or we came to the window. You'd think that would make it faster. Time was 2:48 when we finally received our paid for items 2 large coffee and 2 hot (burnt) breakfast sandwiches.

I couldn't decide if I should give them 2 or 3 stars but I went with 3 stars because when my order is correct, it's very good. My boyfriend and I go there every now and then, he goes more often than I do and he will often order drinks for both of us. The drive thru often takes a long time and I won't go if there's more than a couple cars in line. When my coffee is made correctly, they're very good. I rated their service 2 stars because twice my boyfriend has went there, ordered coffee for both of us, brought the drinks home and they were milk shakes. I feel like.. when you go to a coffee shop at 7-8am and order drinks, you shouldn't have to specify you don't want a milk shake and if they think you want a milk shake that early in the morning, they should ask and confirm.

Went to Dutch Bros and had a big order, we order 4 of the Golden Eagle hot and 4 of Golden Eagle freeze. The Freeze were fine but to get only basically hot milk and no coffee in the hot Golden Eagle was a waste of money. Spent 50 dollar to have no coffee at a coffee shop is disappointing. If you crave a freeze it's worth it but for something hot I wouldn't bother.

Decent coffee super slow service typing as im in line now......they try and run it like chic fil a with people taking orders while your in line although it still takes 30 min to get to the window..... If you are in the drive thru and have a emergency or are late from waiting for so long you cant get out. You are pretty much sol until you get close to the window. Edited to 1 star..... Finally got our coffee and it was hardly even warm. We will stay going to cliffside 🤙.

I never see any actual supervisors and they’re always very short on staff. This place seems like it’s ran by some amateur who doesn’t know what they’re doing. This place is good but I wish this company would pay their employees decent wages instead of hounding their customers to tip. All they do is take my order and hand it to me and ask if I want to tip.. what am I tipping for?? Its so annoying and makes me avoid this place because the coffee is pretty pricey as it is but I have to throw in a few more dollars to pay your employees? Yea no thanks! Do better and pay better because I know their wages are factored into the price so PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER.

I went in line one day at 7:20 and didn’t get my coffee until 7:50. A week before it took about the same time but I wasn’t able to get my coffee because I was going to be late for work. They take way too long and the employees try too hard to be friendly when they obviously have to follow a script. Their lines get so long because they take too long talking to other people having full conversations when many people are clearly hurrying to get to work. I saw one of the employees petting a dog and then he started recording himself giving the dog whip cream and I don’t care about that but the fact that there is a long line he took way too long messing around. Coffee was good though.

Why you have two drive through without people taking your orders! I’ve been waiting more then 15 minutes. They’re taking order from first line only the person looks at me and go back to another car!!! Unlike Chick Fil A they keep rotating one car at a line.

This Dutch bros was amazing and I’m not sure what went wrong. They made my drink wrong I came back to tell them, they said I ordered it wrong they remade it and ended up still making it wrong. They were rude and dismissive. I would not go back. Ross street is amazing million times better.

I was given the wrong drinks and politely asked for them to be corrected, the iced drink was blended and the blended drink was iced. It wasn’t a big deal, I just wanted what I paid for. The girl with dark hair and glasses responded with a dismissive “okay” and clear attitude. When she handed the corrected drinks back and said thank you, I didn’t say anything because of the way she had already treated me. As I was walking away, she told another employee, “You see the attitude,” referring to me, even though I hadn’t said a single thing to her, because she wanted to be rude first. When a customer calmly asks for a mistake to be fixed, they shouldn’t be met with attitude or talked about behind their back. If you have something to say, say it to my face.
