This is my first time here, after living in Amarillo for over a year. 20/10, would recommend. This is the fresh, home made food I was looking for. Drive thru line was long, but I was only in line for 8 minutes, max. Employees were kind and fast! I will be returning.

The Huds on Coulter is my go to breakfast spot. Love being able to have a burger at 9am or a breakfast burrito at 7pm. Their Dr. Pepper is the beat in town.

I love huds. You never get my order wrong and Kathy always calls me by name and has my order already at the front counter when I step up to pay. She is a keeper! Your staff is always pleasant. Your food is always good especially your breakfast burritos, hamburgers, and deluxe burritos. I also want to say thank you for letting your people off for the holidays so they can be with family. There are a lot of restaurants that don’t do that. I love that about yall. Keep up your outstanding excellence!

I came to Huds for the first time when visiting Texas and had an amazing experience! The food was good and the staff were amazing. A very sweet woman by the name of Lauren helped answer all of my questions and made the experience so much better.

The fries were slightly undercooked for my personal taste but this is one of the best restaurants in Amarillo. Every chance I get I always stop by and get their classic Philly Cheese steak or their Big Ole' Breakfast Burrito and I always always ALWAYS get their amazing cherry limeade. I had the best service from Kathy, was quick and made my cherry limeade right away and got my food right there as well.

Staff are always so friendly and pleasant. I have never experienced a staff member who leaves you thinking they would rather be anywhere else. I LOVE the breakfast burritos - a chorizo kick currently - yum - and hash browns of course! Food is cooked to order and always delicious - service is great - my experiences have always been really nice. I believe the experience stands out so much because the pleasantness you receive and the helpful mentalities are no longer the norm - but they are greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!!! A++++++

Huds is one of those places that you'll end up going to over and over. The staff here are always friendly and helpful they pay attention to what they're doing and do it well. The building is clean and we'll maintained. I've yet to have a meal here that disappointed. Today we ordered breakfast burritos with bacon which were quite tasty and the salsa (which appeared to be made in house) was excellent.

I come here for their breakfast burrito. Prices are very affordable. Lots of breakfast choices. It is the best in town! Long lines for drive-thru orders. The onlu thing I don't like is I always feel like being rushed when ordering.

Probably won't be back. They didn't put the veggies on our burgers like we asked, except for pickles. We had to go back and ask for them. I was disappointed by how few onion rings there were, but they tasted good. The burger was disappointing. I was hoping for something juicier and handmade. These seem to be made from frozen patties. Probably equivalent to Sonic's burgers. I assumed they would have good cherry limeades since it's on their sign. It just tasted like a cherry snow cone, so personally, I would prefer Sonic's cherry limeades. The restaurant was decently clean, but behind the counter was cluttered and overall felt dingy. Thankfully the tables were clean. The lady at the register seemed to be new and just wasn't friendly at all. The lady helping her was pretty rude.

We ordered 1 meal combo and 1 other burger. The service was very slow. The order taker didn't get the order correct. The burgers were correct but she failed to input the combo order in the system, even though she asked me what kind of drink I wanted. We had to ask for the fries and the drink. The fries were cold. We definitely will not return.

The order with specific instructions with Server, Kathy T did not get done & had to go into restaurant which food was compromised by instructions not being fulfilled! Very sad but true! 😏

Huds breakfast burritos are a childhood memory. Best burritos in town I thought… not anymore. Through time the Huds breakfast burrito has slowly changed. I was ok with that, until now. It’s been months since I’ve had a Huds breakfast burrito. I was over in the hospital area this morning and thought it sounded great for breakfast. The burrito I got was barely better than a nasty convenience store burrito. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

It truly breaks my heart to say this, but after today, I don’t think I can continue supporting this local business, and that deeply disappoints me. When I first started coming here, the portions were generous, and I felt good about spending my money at a small business. But lately—especially today—I can’t justify paying over five dollars for just 30 pieces of okra. I hate feeling like I have no choice but to turn to a large chain, but when they offer at least double the portion for the same price, it’s hard to ignore. I want to support local businesses, I prefer to support local businesses, but when the value just isn’t there anymore, it’s a sad day. I never thought I’d have to make this decision, and it truly disappoints me.

Tried Hud’s for the 3rd and final time. I was craving a steak sandwich and onion rings and knew they had one so I gave it a go. The sandwich itself wasn’t bad minus the terrible tomatoes and was the only item that was at least warm. The onion rings were a soggy, cold ball of greasiness with a lack of flavor. This was a large order of cheese sticks that were also cold with no offering of any condiment. The cherry limeade was okay but I know there’s better. Also this is another establishment that has issues with napkins and condiments not being provided. On a positive note, the girl working the window was friendly and professional. (Didn’t get a name.) This was the Amarillo Blvd and Coulter location. The search continues for a good steak sandwich.

Wow!..... THIS is a local business that deserves to crumble. How are they still going. I used to love them. HOW DARE THEY sell me frozen food from Ben e Keith for a 5x mark up. Straight faced robbery. Not a single handmade item. Disgusting. Yall owe me money.

Ordered a drink and tater tots. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru lane, saw my food in the bag on counter. I asked is it hot. They never started my order. Get handed my food and it's not hot. You failed today

Most disgusting place to eat at. I had a breakfast burrito and took a bit and immediately saw a hair. I opened up the burrito and saw 3 more hairs. I don't think that was by accident.

If I could have given this 0 stars I would have!! I got some drinks there and when I dumped out the ice there was a clump of hair!!! A CLUMP OF HAIR!! I will never go back and everyone check their drinks!

We used to come here and they had great hamburgers. Now, not so much. The drive thru was packed and the employees were taking thier time and even on their phones. We had to switch out the kids milk for lemonade because the milk tasted off. We then got our food and drinks and left. (We had an appointment) Our order was wrong. We asked for chicken strips and got a hamburger. We asked for cheeseburgers and got regular hamburgers. Also, y burger had a hair! So, I tossed it. My husbands burger was a wreck. One pattie was broken up and still put in. The burger was bland. I don't know what has happened to this restaurant. It was great, but with this experience we are not going back again. *on a side note, my second pic of the hair in the food was mysteriously deleted. So I'm adding it back. You need to know what you're possibly eating when you come here.

Onion rings were not thouroughly cooked and grease dripping off of them. You can see the grease specks on my plate. Ruined my craving for onion rings after a hard days work. Wasted money, I won't be eating this and why call?!?!?!

Ask for no mustard got mustard. Ordered a large onion ring got seven onion rings. In today's time money is important, so blowing it on a bad meal really leaves a sour taste. Will not be back

This place is NOT the same anymore. Food is bland & the quality of the ingredients is disgusting. The drinks are awful, too. Hud’s has the nerve to increase the prices this year and have now limited the ingredients that you can add on the breakfast burritos on Uber Eats & Doordash. Don’t waste your money here. This used to be my favorite breakfast stop in Amarillo but I will never go to any locations ever again.

I ordered food. And when I was paying and getting my drink. There was 2 cooks arguing loud and cussing at one another. It didn’t bother me as much. But they didn’t seem to care enough to read the ticket to get my order correctly. they put tomatoes in it and mustard I’m allergic to tomatoes and I asked for mayo only. we asked for med fries and got small and they put small in the system. I love this food but they need to pay more attention to the ticket when making the food. And care less about arguing more about making the food correctly. I was already home living far from the store to tell them to remake it. if this happens again. I’ll make sure they get fired for it.

I thought we would give it a try again. As soon as we walked in we stopped to look at the menu. Someone else that was with us asked if there was any coffee and the guy working looked over at the pot and said this is all we have. So we asked can we get some fresh coffee. He was hesitant so I told him show me where the coffee is and I’ll make it. It’ll take 5 minutes. First he didn’t look like he wanted to be there and then looked upset to have to make coffee. What made me upset and the reason for the review is that the guy made a pot of tea instead of coffee on purpose. The food was okay my Philly could have been arranged and filled better. I was disappointed with the experience overall again. Not my favorite place and it’s hard to recommend a place that has people that don’t want to be there or people that don’t know how to make a simple pot of coffee.
