Place the order n the pulled up n there was no one at the first window so we pulled up to the second window, we got our food n one drink n the lady at the window was all trying to get us to leave, n we told her that we are still missing n drink, she then proceed to say in a rude way, well she making it so your gonna have to wait, we got the other drink eventually n left. Not the best servers. Won't be going back to this braums.

Worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a regular turtle sundae, any sealed it so bad I couldn't even open it and ice cream got everywhere. On top of you don't put a sponge cake in a regular turtle sundae. Did not listen to anything that was said. Will not be coming back. Do not go to this one they are crap

If you make any alterations to your order like “plain and dry” make sure you check it before you leave. You have to got back in person to get a refund or replacement. They are friendly enough just not reliable.

This location is a complete JOKE!!!! Hubby went this morning and had to pull up and wait for our breakfast because the employee said "it's a big order can you pull up?" Well apparently they didn't check to see if they had fresh biscuits for our biscuits and gravy because mine were soooooo freaking hard I could play hockey with them . Do better and quit being lazy like nobody will notice your trash food. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

The way Braums packages ICE is unsanitary. Bacteria spreads quickly! I've noticed that the employees handling money grab the top of the bag and put their dirty hands on top of the bag where they touch the ice because the string doesn't close the bag completely. They don't even use gloves when they open the bag to put the ice in. Their dirty hands open the bag spreading bacteria to the ice. I experienced this first hand because I got sick after consuming the ice. Braums, make your employees wear gloves, clean the scoop and container and train your employees to not put their dirty hand on the ice when they are scanning the bag at the cash register. I am thinking of reporting this to the health department.

The “manager” said her name was Debbie but her name tag said desi? Tell me why my little brother deserves to be yelled at and dirty looks for asking for a sauce up and his cup to be filled all the way? She then proceeded to be argumentative and ignore us as I asked her what was wrong is she good did we do something? No sorry so smile just angry and rude? This woman is ridiculous and not fit for customer service let alone a manager ?? Something needs to be done because that’s insane

Seriously what kind of cherry limeade is this. Desi said that is how the cherry limeade are. Definitely weird cause we got one 3 days ago and it looked red and way better. Desi the shift manager has limited customer service skills(aka....not polite or gives a crap) Went 8.21.2025 at 9.20am for breakfast. Desi appears to not like her job or customers. Use to like this Braums but Desi has made me despise this Braums. Desi do better.

Ordered a frozen yogurt in a cone and hunny ordered a Black Forest sundae. The lady wiped her mouth with her hands and without gloves or washing her hands, proceeded to make my cone. I tried to get her attention to stop her because I no longer wanted the cone she was making with her nasty unwashed hands but she didn’t hear me, she started making my husband’s sundae touching the brownie with those same unclean hands without gloves and he definitely got her attention and stopped her and I gave back the cone and we left. Will not return!

This used to be a nice place to go to eat. Today my wife and I waited at the register and no one said hello or acknowledged that we were waiting to order. For 5 MINUTES. We turned and walked out and told them we we leaving. They could care less. I called and spoke with the assistant manager, she could care less. We went two doors down to Wendy's. Hello was said before the door closed. Great service and had our food in 3 minutes. Also, Braum's eating and ordering area area was filthy. The manager at Wendy's was wiping tables and cleaning the floor while his staff waited on customers.

Here are my chicken strips in the chicken dinner!! They were more like nuggets..this by far was the worst..the fries are usually the best..but not this time!! I know we are getting less foe our money in the current economy..but come on!

Came for a late night icecream, I got 4 sundaes for me and my family. The teen workers were slacking off and barely put any effort into the sundaes. The sundaes were supposed to be double dip but I got a half ass half of it. Then they forgot my other order after I corrected them so I went in to ask and they even lacked on making that one. If a manager is reading this, find out who was working at this time of night and get them out of there. You had all those employees but they weren’t even doing a thing.

My family and I went to this Braums location tonight and it was horrible from the get go. As soon as we got to the drive thru speaker my wife ordered her meal and waited for a second with no response so she started ordering my meal. The girl finally comes on the speaker and was like I got the one meal but what was the drink. Needless to say my wife had to reorder everything. Now, my wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I ordered a double cheeseburger with Mayo and ketchup. My kiddos split the chicken strip dinner. We get to the window and pay. Get to the second window and the 12 year old opens the window and hands out the 1 drink and one of our shakes. Never spoke a word. Then he tosses out the food and finally acknowledged our existence. My wife was like we are missing a chocolate shake. Instead of just making the shake he asked us to move forward out of the way and they would bring it out to us. Ummmm ok that doesn’t make any sense. Finally got our full order and drove home. Once we got home both the burgers were wrong, my wife’s burger didn’t have bacon and mine has the smallest amount of Mayo known to mankind and no ketchup. The chicken strip dinner had the tiniest pieces of chicken as well. For what we paid for these meals we definitely got jipped. Braums used to be really good. Now it’s going down the drain like everything else in Amarillo.
