I wanted to pop over and Welcome Macy’s to the area! My family was excited to give them a-go once they opened & today was the day! 1st hats off to all the workers for busting their butts today! They were absolutely slammed & did all they could to fill everyone’s orders. 2nd- The Food. We ordered their Large Pizza & 20 wings special. We went traditional for our first pie (Cheese and Pepperoni). Great crust- puffy & with crisp to it, pepperoni was good thicker slice with lots of flavor, cheese was good too. OUR only take away on the pie was the sauce is a little on the sweeter side for our liking. This WILL NOT STOP us from ordering again. ;0) 20 WINGS- 1/2 burbon chivetta’s, 1/2 medium—both crispy. Not a bad thing to say here- both sauces were fantastic. We really liked the burbon chavetta’s- sweet tangy char sauce!! Medium was good- very traditional medium- could have been a little saucier. Wings served with Ken’s BC. 3. Interior- is cleaned up and paint updated. I will note it was hot in there. Poor staff looked beat. But with the order’s they were whipping out - it doesn’t surprise me how warm it was. Be patient people—-Give them some time to work out the kinks- it’s opening week. Job well done!
I work closer to Wehrle and Gunville, so going out for lunch usually means heading all the way to Transit... well, I'll tell you what... this new location? My doctor probably won't be happy, but I sure am! Stopped in on Tuesday and Thursday for lunch and the pizza (cheese & pep) and wings (medium) with a can of pop lunch special was amazing. They may have just opened, but it's their third location - not their first rodeo. Classic Buffalo pizza - thick cheese, semi-thick crust, cup & char pepperoni. Their sauce, I think, is a little on the sweeter side, which I love on this style pizza. Wings were fresh, crispy, and the medium sauce is what I consider "classic" for Buffalo, which is my personal favorite. Served with Ken's blue cheese, which I don't really care for, but it was fine. I ordered online both times, planning to get there just before noon and managed to grab a small booth to sit at. I think that there are only 3 booths that would fit 4 people each, as well as 1 small, 2-person booth. I didn't even notice the first time, but the second time I think I noticed some outdoor seating, as well. Service was great, too. Only thing that didn't work well was the garbage situation. Slices and lunch specials are served in sturdy, cardboard pizza boxes that are probably 12x12, maybe a little bigger, and when you're done with them there is one garbage can and it fills up quick. Also, parking can be a little scarce when it is busy. I chose to park in the lot behind it and walk over. One of these days I'll branch out into the subs and salads for lunch or take a specialty pizza home, but I can tell you for certain that the staples are solid.
Very friendly and clean the pizza was really good with a really good sauce and toppings. I got the " weekend and grammies". My only complaint is it feels really awkward as an adult man to order that. Like you go in to pick it up and have to say "him I'm here for my weekend at grammies" it just feels weird lol. This is my 3rd time at a macys they have all been good exspences and first time at this newer location. There menue has many unique interesting looking options sadly my spouce isn't as adventurous about trying things so try the more unusual ones for me. Good job yall glad to see a small business making it!
My kid loves this place and asks what stick is in the neon lady’s (Macy’s) mouth. Mario and Luigi are a nice touch! I like to call our order ahead and my kid loves sitting at those tables.

We have been Macys Place (Chtg and now Clarence) fans for several years now (our fav wings!!) Start out with following their social media- that’s a solid 5⭐️ in itself! They cross the line but it’s addicting to see - just like the food, it’s crazy and yet draws you in. Insane pizza options, wing sauces etc. They have some seating for dine in- we take it home where we eat like animals and have food comas!!
Most unique pizza I've ever seen and had! Unbelievable selection. We try a new pizza weekly, and have never been disappointed. SO GLAD Macy's opened it's 3rd location near me! It's reputation preceded itself, so I was even more thrilled!
The wings and pizza are phenomenal. Tons of different wing sauces to fit your mood... my only complaint is there isn't an explanation of what the names mean for the sauces. How am I supposed to know what Wu-Tang sauce tastes like?! Is it like licking the RZA? Who knows, they don't tell you.
They really know how to load their toppings and their Pizza which makes their prices worth it. I had the artichoke tip pizza and it was amazing. Good ratio of cheese sauce and toppings. I can't wait to try their dessert pizzas!

Best pizza we have had in a very long time. Portions are generous. BBQ wings were well cooked (not on the under done side) so the BBQ sauce did not make them soggy. Our build a pizza was a bit complicated and the young lady at the counter made sure she took the order correctly. The young lady at the counter was very busy but still managed to remain happy and helpful.
Excellent chicken finger subs. Did the garlic parm and it was perfect. Flavor was spot on and not mushy fingers.

Ordered the Buffalo box yesterday and it was absolutely delicious. So much food and for only $20 with tax and 20% tip. It filled me and my husband to bursting and we had leftovers! The staff are lovely and I will be back to have them feed my family again. Thank you!!!!!!
Good local place to eat. They are known for their specialty pizzas. The soprano is one of our favorites. Fingers dinner to big with plenty of fries. Wings are good. Subs are better then moat locally. Usually busy at dinner time but they get you in and out quickly. Have not had a bad meal yet from over 30 orders.

Monday 9/23/24 Called in take out order at 5:33 pm was told 1 hr for pick up, over 2 hour wait (not acceptable). Place was packed for take out. Pizza dough & crust too too thick! Boneless chicken wings not made had to wait 20 more minutes for them to be cooked. Guy in front of me was given $20 gift card for his situation. I was not offered any compensation at all. Not good! Wings & pizza had good flavor but my wait was much too long. Thanks, I do hope your business is successful. Kathleen

I got a cheese and pepperoni pizza, garlic and parm wings and bbq wings. And a Caesar salad. Pizza was ok but pepperoni only on half of it. Wings were more parm than garlic no trace of garlic on those wings. I did like that both wings were crispy. Caesar salad had tomato,onions and pepperoncini on it🤯ALL THE VEGETABLES IN THAT SALAD WERE WARM AND WILTED

Placed an online order on Saturday 1/25. Order was placed after 12:30pm and to be picked up at 4pm. Upon arriving on time my order was still not ready and had to sit and wait another 10 minutes. Why bother placing an order online as it was not a convenience. No apology was given. Pizza was undercooked, wings were fine. Need to be more efficient.

I wanted a slice of pizza, asked specifically if it had bacon on it and was told no it's a bbq chicken slice. It was definitely chicken bacon ranch which I won't eat. This is the second time I've been in that location and had unacceptable service. This time the woman behind the counter was at least nice, (the other time was a very rude employee) but I won't eat bacon and would like some recourse because food it expensive. I tried messaging their facebook messenger but after immediately receiving a "thanks for contacting us" I haven't heard back in over 24 hours. Service is grossly unacceptable. 1.5/10 Would not recommend.

My review is not for the food but for the girl who took care of me. She basically threw the food at me and then made a rude comment as I walked out the door. VERY RUDE!! Will never go back. Too many good pizza shops to give my money to who treat their customers better.
