So glad Shake Shack finally made it to Buffalo! The line was moving quickly and the staff was awesome. They were making sure everyone got the right orders and just had great energy overall. I do wish I knew their online ordering was up and running — would’ve saved me some time waiting in line. But honestly, no complaints. Everything went smoothly and the food was great. I’m sure they’ll keep getting even better with time!

I'm absolutely happy that Shake Shack is in Buffalo, New York, and that it is the same amount of flavor I expected when I went to other locations around the country. And that the staff is very helpful with making sure orders are given to the right people. Can't wait until the new store is fully serviceable ready with the app and delivery.

A small wait but well worth it. Burgers were made to perfection. Fries were amazing & the shake was great as well. I’ve been to many shake shack locations around the USA & Canada. This one is just as amazing as the rest. They hired great people who care about customer service and quality. Very pleased & happy it is finally here.

Atmosphere was great, the food was amazing. I had a sandwich with chicken, bacon, and fried pickles, their sauce and pepper jack cheese. Seasoned fries were great. The staff were friendly and quick, we were greeted at the door. We will be back in the next 30 days!

Great food and service - they have a three course dinner which is only $14.99 and you get a salad, blooming burger, another side, and a dessert. The food here is 1 million times better than Longhorn or Texas roadhouse. Everything cooked perfectly and the portion sizes are huge. You will not be able to finish one meal by yourself. You’ll be bringing half your food home. There’s a variety of options on the three course dinner. they offer this for lunch and for dinner. I definitely recommended choosing this 3 course meal. Our waiter was very good. His name was Nathan S. We even had the manager come by to check how things were, which was really nice. The managers name was Ryan. Both friendly and I definitely recommend this place.

Decent place for have steaks. Price are okay pretty decent. Capacity of 297 people this restaurant has some spectacular art 🖼 in the walls. Service 8.2/10 Food 7.8/10 All over 8/10 Recommending shrimp blm

We recently visited the Niagara Falls Blvd location. Not even close to the service we expected and that we typically get at the McKinley Pkwy location. The first meal I ordered they said they were out of and the second meal I ordered was inadvertantly given to someone else in our group, who did not realize it wasn't his, so he started eating it. Waitress never noticed I had no food in front of me while everyone else ate. When she did return, after everyone was finished, I told her what happened and she casually said "would you like me to get you that to go?". Unbelievable. Stick to McKinley Pkwy if you'd like a good experience. Had also mentioned upon arrival that we had a birthday in our group and she totally forgot. I had already paid the bill and gave the person their birthday card before she even remembered and brought over a dish of ice cream. No singing. I feel I should add, they were not swamped nor busy as we went well before 4:00.

I went with a friend on Friday for lunch, it was my first visit. I wanted to pay cash and the woman that helped me was wonderful. I ordered a burger, no cheese and fries. It took a little while but they were very busy filling orders. I loved the fries but the burger was awful. It was flat, greasy and burned. My friend got a burger and said hers was great. I definitely will try it again, maybe it was just a mistake. I probably will just get a shake and fries next time.

I liked it that burger was bussin. I got the double with bacon and put ketchup and mustard on while eating. For my side I had fries pickles which were hands down the best in buffalo to date.

Good burgers!! The bacon bbq burger was so good. The wait was slightly longer on a Saturday. The lines get crammed inside and need some organizing. Outdoor seating is quite good!

Busy. Had to wait outside before stepping into the restaurant. They have kiosks and registers open. We chose the register since we were paying in cash. The ladies behind the counter were nice, I could tell there was still some training or learning going on. I ordered chicken bites o and I asked for one of every sauce they had which they said they could do and one lady taught another how to add all of them. There were no sauces in the bag when I got my food, that's disappointing. I noticed when I left the restaurant and they were too busy to ask for sauces. Otherwise the food was fine. The mango lemonade is good. We ordered for take out so we didn't sit and eat. We stood off to the side of the kitchen waiting for our food to be handed to us when I looked down at the floor behind the counter and I just don't understand why there isn't someone running a broom twice an hour. You're serving food, it should be clean to the best of your ability. With atleast 12 staff members in the kitchen, it's important to have someone cleaning constantly. That is unacceptable. It's fast food but it's not cheap. I'm not blown away just because I've been to many other shake shacks. Be mindful that they do post their calories on their menu that is up on the wall. Check the calories before you order, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the speciality shakes were over 1k calories. Just not healthy

Outback is a chain steakhouse that is popular in the United States. Their steaks are of decent quality. The restaurant is on a middle tier. The food is slightly above average. The server was very polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean. The garlic Parmesan boneless wings were average at best. They were definitely better with blue cheese in place of the ranch. I'd give this place a 3 out of 5 stars.

Hadn’t been to an Outback’s for a long while, so when an email offer of a free Bloomin’ Onion presented itself, decided to go. It was surprisingly very busy for 4 pm on a Sunday; the small waiting area was packed. We were seated within 20 minutes in the bar area at a high top table; not ideal as it was freezing cold whenever the entrance doors were opened - would avoid this table in future. Our sad, greasy bloomin’ onion looked like someone had taken some chunks out of it before it was served. Not a problem, never finish one anyway! We had the 3 course special, choosing the house salad with Tangy Tomato dressing for starter. It was good. The classic sirloin was tough and was left on the barbie a wee while too long as was a little overcooked (but not enough to complain about, especially with how busy they were). Mashed potatoes were lumpy and bland; the rice was a much better choice. Their side mushrooms used to be very tasty but today’s version was sad; a handful of ‘shrooms swimming in too much liquid. The mini cheesecake was good with your choice of chocolate or raspberry topping. Not exactly a ‘Good Day, Mate’ but maybe another time when not so busy.

The food is very good. The malted milkshakes were delicious. However, we had to wait about an hour for our food, and it cost $60 for 3 people to eat. We hate that they ask for a tip when you pay, especially with the wait and no server. There are not enough seats inside or out. Outside, depending on the time of day, you are sitting and melting in the glaring sun. Inside, you are also blinded. So many people order to pick up their food, and people order on the iPad kiosks as well as from a cashier that it is clear that they are absolutely overwhelmed with orders they cannot fulfill in a timely manner.

The food itself had quite poor quality, the pasta noodles were stuck together and the fries felt like they were from yesterday. The mozzarella sticks were good though. My steak was overcooked and when it was re-served to me, a manager looking lady came back with such rude attitude, I felt like I needed to apologize to her. Still 3 star for our main server guy, Jackson, he was kind and considerate. Would not come back to this steakhouse.

We ordered online and picked up after moving all day. The food was absolutely Atrocious. I stopped going to outback due to bad food post Covid but received a gift card and thought why not ? I got two kinds of pasta - one steak and shrimp , one chicken and shrimp and a blooming onion. The onion was fried to long and tasted terrible abc bitter. One of the pasta’s was bland -no taste very little sauce but the meat was over seasoned with tons of horrific dry rub. The other pasta had runny sauce which spilled all over the inside of the bag and it was tasteless . I’m disappointed and will never eat here again even if it’s free.

It seems like disorganized chaos. Your staff needs to care about the product going out. Figuring out how to cook a load of burgers would probably help. First no malt!!! Then the wait. Then the burger🤮 and fries that could’ve been cooked a minute more and been great! So disappointed. And don’t ask me to email! Improve the quality of what you’re putting out. You’re going to be busy all the time. Deal with it. The roll was fresh. The shake was good but the malt would’ve made it. Not going to be rushing back… and $18.50?? Oh some of your female employees need to keep their hands out of their hair. July 30, 2025 Approximately 1:00pm.

Food itself was alright but don’t get the lettuce wrap burger. It’s not like In & Out with a nice iceberg lettuce wrap- I received a literal bushel of lettuce that was almost laughable and it was brown/dirty tasting :( but my bf enjoyed his burger with a bun

The food at the Outback Steakhouse (Amherst, NY) was very salty :( The fresh bread and Gold Coast Coconut Shrimp were delicious. The Bloomin’ Onion was interesting but super super greasy. The rest of meal was overloaded with salt. The French Onion Soup was salt mania. Only the cheese was good. The sirloin steak was nicely cooked medium rare but was way too salty with the seasoning, even the broccoli was salty :( The cheesecake was okay. The chocolate sauce was thick and odd tasting. The raspberry sauce was okay.

Wow…what happened to this place??? I got to go from here about five months ago and everything was great and tonight’s experience was absolutely terrible.. I ordered a wedge salad. Please look at my photos to see what they served me. This is nowhere near a wedge salad…the mushrooms were extremely undercooked & they were so water logged in the bottom AND THERE WAS A HAIR IN THEM!!! I’m not sure what was going on with our dessert, but as you can see in the photos, there were some type of weird stick looking things inside the container. They also served us the wrong sandwich, and we weren’t given our kids order of mac & cheese. Total flop.

Went for my birthday celebration! My girlfriend’s meal came out and the picture worth 1000 words! I wanted prime rib. This is the 3 time in a row the are out within two hours. My dinner was no better. Guess this is the last draw. The only thing that was good was the tall glass of Stella! Sad to say I should have picked Texas Road House! The owner commented and I responded to them with no actions! Guess they didn’t want to find the root of the problem! Went to website and even submitted the same picture!

The server performed their duties to the BARE MINIMUM. Not sure why they didn't take a bunch of empty plates off our table before the entrees came. Both server and manager left our table a complete mess throughout our dining experience there. I didn't even have space to eat my entree. Server also struggled to place items down on the table but still didn't clear the table after. The food quality is lackluster at best. Not sure how a steakhouse served the dryest tasting mediums rare steak I have ever tasted. The sauce for the ribs tasted exactly like bottled BBQ sauce 🥲. Best thing here is the Tasmanian Chili. Would not recommend.

Ordered the grill shrimp, wings, and the FM steak. The shrimps and the wings were not fresh at all, they can put heavy seasonings in order to cover the smell, but they can’t hide the texture of the food. The grilled shrimp was too soft, you don’t even need to bite it and it comes off into different parts. The wings was too salty, inside of the wing was still watery. Lastly, the FM, I request it to be medium, and the chef made it well done. After I cut it and taste it, the meat was sour with bad smell. No wonder why they made it well-done. And the bean on the side, with the tips of the beans you can clearly tell the color differences. The beans is rotten and they still used it for customers. Well-Done.

Went here for my birthday last night, and my girlfriend has celiac, we got back to the hotel thought everything was fine, and she had a severe attack at 3:40 from cross contamination, on top of that my steak was well overcooked i asked for medium rare it was more medium/medium well. And the last straw we tried to leave a $10 tip and for some reason it tipped over $17 on the stupid machine at checkout (would have been fine, had this celiac attack Not happened) honestly wouldn’t have even left this review

Terrible. Will never go back here again. Every time they mess up rhe order. They can't get the simplest order correct. A simple salad with no red onions. What comes out???? You guessed it. A bowl of red onions with a side of lettuce. The only ggod thing was the server, she was very professional throughout. She deserves a raise.

Febuary 7th i came here for my birthday, my girlfriend is celiac i got a steak and alice chicken the chicken was good steak was terrible my steak was supposed to be medium rare and was leathery well done, my girlfriend got violently ill she cannot have gluten and ordered her entire meal from the gluten free menu, so do not try if you have celiac to much chance for cross contamination, and lastly we tipped $12 but for some reason we got charged a $17.93 tip which we did not agree to Total bill after the tip that we didnt do was $107 and it was not worth it my girlfriend was sick for 2 days because of it and the steak was honestly the worst steak i have ever had Also for some reason my last review got removed Oh and dont expect anything for your birthday i got a sad small and i do mean tiny icecream sunday

Ordered from Uber Eats, drink came exploded and food in the bag was soaked in lemonade making it inedible. They didn’t bother to seal either the drink or bag as other restaurants do which would have prevented the spill. Furthermore they didn’t even add a straw or napkins for me to use if the drink hadn’t exploded.

Slowest moving crew out of any place I've eaten, including Applebee's. Lines of burgers, ready to be sandwiched, but only after 5 minutes of waiting to be and not a very busy night. Save your money, stay away. Just another fast food joint, with classy restaurant prices. Messy burger.

Food was great but the wait was horrible. Had to wait over 30 minutes for take-out for 2 burgers and one fries, and one shake, nowhere near dinner rush hours. You need to turn off Uber Eats because your staff obviously cannot keep up. Eventually asked someone working there what was up and was told “yeah we’re really behind right now...” Had we known the wait would be so long for a simple order we would have left immediately and gone elsewhere. Not worth going back until you figure it out and communicate with your customers why their fast food orders are taking over half an hour to fulfill.
