Absolutely thrilled with everything I encountered at nicolinos. the service was terrific by both our waitress and the rest of the serving staff. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job making my coworkers and I feel welcomed and at home. The food was on point. All three of us enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak and some fried calamari. The only thing I could say is I wish my broccoli was cooked a little more. But with everything being as great as it was, is that really worth talking about ? Highly recommend.

Dinner was incredible. Our party included 4 adults and 1 child. We started out with their homemade, fresh and hot bread from the oven and its everything you want and didn't know you needed.. We also ordered 2 apps, fried ravioli with pink sauce was 5☆, mozzarella sticks were also a hit. The veal parm, vodka pink sauce with rigatoni and the ravioli and meatballs were out of this world! The portions were enough for 3 meals. The kids macaroni and cheese was homemade heaven and just as a big a portion as the adult plates. Our server was incredible and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She was fast, personable and always there when you needed her. She packed and bagged all of our leftovers and we'll be enjoying them tonight.

Carrot cake was heavenly!! Cake was light and moist, unlike anything I have ever tried in the past. Others make carrot cake like a brick- not here. It's almost like angel food cake.

My family had a baby shower brunch here. My mother repeatedly told me how nice the ladies were, and the everything the day of the shower was delicious. Very friendly service. When I'm in town again, I'd love to have dinner there.

First time visit. Welcomed by friendly staff. Appetizer was huge, some left over even though shared by two. Bread came to table steaming hot and wonderful. Main courses of Chicken Marsala and Veal Marsala were delicious. Very reasonable prices. Can't wait to go back. Thank you to staff.

Amanda is a MACHINE! My Uncle Donald and I had the best time today at Lunch at Nicolinos. I haven't been in a long time and it was clearly a slam Dunk. His fish sandwich was HUGE and delicious - I had the Penne with Vodka Sauce and Chicken. ...came with a delicious salad and I had a Tito's martini and the meal was less than $60! The place was so clean and the music was perfect. Our server, Amanda was a BEAST..she was all by herself and killed it...we will be back in 2 weeks time..thanks Amanda! <3

Looked so fancy when we walked in. Thought it was going to be expensive but it was very reasonable. Cheap drinks, Hugh portions , glad that we shared a meal. Sweet waitress. Everyone was nice and the place was not noisy.

Last night was my 1st visit to Nicolino's Restaurant. They were very busy, even on a Tuesday evening so I was glad I had made reservations. Despite being shorthanded and busy, the service was timely, professional and friendly. The fettuccine Alfredo was very good and I am looking forward to having the remainder today. There was a large parking lot with free parking and a handicapped ramp. The bread was especially yummy.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Didn't have to wait long for our meal. The food was excellent and the portions were large. Will definitely go again. A very cozy place.

A group of friends enjoyed a delicious Chicken Parm lunch at Nicolino's Restaurant today. Our waitress was Tina who did a great job serving a large number of customers - she got all orders right and responded to all requests. She did this despite serving a large number of customers due to the absence of another staff person who did not show. The food is high quality at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Nicolino's. We love it there!

The service was fantastic the staff was amazing. The food was kinda meh. I asked for eggplant and it was the tiniest square of eggplant on top of a mountain of past so really disappointing. The restaurant itself is really nice but there a weird garage in the back I could see clearly a room with a table in it and just miscellaneous stuff in it and a guy in front of a computer? It was very weird.

The atmosphere here is a little bit dated, but their food is second to none! They also have some of the most tasty bread of any restaurant in the area. Nicolino's is one of our favorites in the area. The fish fry lunch was excellent! Very lightly battered and a large piece of fish!

My wife and our cousin came in tonight for dinner it was our first time here. I must say from the moment we arrived we were treated like family! From the wonderful hostess to our amazing waitress Amanda. Food was spectacular and loved the atmosphere very much. We went there tonight for the 1st time for our anniversary and boy were we blow away. Super pleasant staff, our waitress Jocelyn was very attentive and outgoing! The food was amazing, it was huge portions, and served at a pace that gave you time to breathe in between courses. The place was lovely, relatively quiet with music playing in the background, nice to be able enjoy dinner without shouting lol. Everyone (staff) knew it was our anniversary, the person who took our reservation on the phone even came to our table to make sure everything was going smoothly, then said we have a special treat for you later! At the end they brought out a board that said happy 39th anniversary with our dessert...such a nice touch! We definitely will be back!

Planning a surprise party can be tricky, especially when you're hundreds of miles away! But Nicolino's made the entire process for my mom's celebration absolutely seamless. The staff's service was exceptional. They provided a level of attentiveness that felt like white-glove treatment, ensuring everything ran smoothly and discreetly. The food was equally impressive, with something delicious to please everyone. A huge shoutout to Olivia in particular - she was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process. Despite my distance, her attentiveness and helpfulness made the whole experience stress-free. Thanks to Nicolino's wonderful staff and delicious food, my mom's surprise party was a resounding success! I would highly recommend them for any event.

The Chef should get recognition for a excellent Prosciutto Bruschetta Appetizer it was amazing in flavor and presentation! Our hostess was pleasant and sat us at our favorite table and our waitress remembered us & details as to what we might like to drink and she was spot on☆ Our meals were bountiful and exceptional tasting 5 Star rating Definitely will recommend.

Friendly staff and environment. Food was perfectly cooked. The bread with garlic olive oil was delicious. It was warm and straight out of the oven. Prices were fair. They are currently undergoing some renovations to update both interior and exterior decor, but it did not take away from the charm of the place. Definitely call ahead for a reservation, it was packed the entire two hours we were there.

Perfect date night! Nicole was our waitress and she was AWESOME! So personable and fun. We ordered the bistro calamari, fried mozzarella, chicken francaise, and delmonico steak. Everything was delicious! The portion sizes were perfect- love going home with leftovers! Caesar salad and chowder were great too. We are excited to go back!

We happen to stop by on Saturday June 1st. We had amazing waitress. I order the gorgonzola chicken Cavalli it's was a huge portions. Everyone at our table were very happy and we all took leftovers home & dessert. We look forward to returning

The food was amazing, I always appreciate genuine Italian food like this compared to the Americanized version. The restaurant was quiet and dimly lit leading to a romantic atmosphere perfect for a date night. The Spumoni Tartufo desert was especially great true Gelato not just Ice cream pretending to be Gelato.

I always like a young person not afraid to talk with adults!! He came by a few times. Our server was CJ, another personable young man. He answered all our questions. The portions are very generous. I honestly don't leave a lot of reviews for our local restaurants, don't know why, maybe because I know most of the owners personally, Well after eating dinner tonight @ nicolinos, I felt like I had to share our experience with the review crowd,, I always go to reviews when out of town, So it's a summer Sunday in Amsterdam NY and not a ton of choices for a nice dinner, so we decided on Nicolinos, the food and service has always been good, but tonight it was exceptional, our server Avah was great, smiley and happy while serving, We started with the house salad that comes with most entree's, I followed it with Linguini and white clam sauce, my wife had the Veal Picatta, she is the one that said this deserves one of my reviews, both meals came out hot and plentiful, my wife asked for extra Picatta sauce for when the angle hair soaks it in there's still plenty to enjoy.. my Linguini and clams came with at least a dozen little necks and a lot of everything, I was enjoying it and my wife said Omg, u have to try this Veal Picatta, cooked to perfection and well seasoned, we raved to our server and I asked if there was a new chef and she replied Torre, well she hit it out of the park, we done all over my,fla,and in between, id have to say the Veal Picatta was the best I have ever had and my wife 2nd's it, or she said it and I agreed lol,afteall she ordered it.... Both meals were exceptional but I will order the Veal next time in ... Dinner was very reasonable, 2 premium dinners with salad and a small load of bread, 1 glass of risking white wine and my water, was just under $65, I honestly don't care what it costs if it's good and it was absolutely delicious... Stop in and try some authentic recipes you will not be disappointed....we will return soon, here area couple of pics but they don't do the meal justice.

Just tried Nicolino's tonight with my husband and brother in law and we were all impressed with the food and service. Jocelyn was an excellent server. We put our entire order in at once including drinks, appetizer, soup/salad, and our meals, and Jocelyn made sure everything came out staggered. The portions were huge and our meals were freshly made and piping hot. Excellent choice if you're in the mood for Italian food!

We didn't have reservations but they did have seating available . The vodka rigatoni is so delish . A very creamy sauce! Just the right amount of spice. My boyfriend had the tutti de mare a d they plated spectacularly. Also very delish! Offer bread and dipping oil while wait and that in itself is a wonderful taste of Italy as well.

Really great! I ordered the antipasto and my family had the Lobster Tortellini and Chicken Parm and we all loved our meals. The appetizers (Wings and Pot Stickers) were also very good. Service was very good.

It was only 4:30-5:00 and we were dining in a quiet corner and only the second party to be seated. But when the next small group arrived the noise level was quite disturbing .,it wasn’t that people we’re talking loud but the room amplified everyone including the waitress (who was wonderful) asking / taking the order just rang through the room ( so much for an intimate, dining experience) ….. the room needs some sound baffling to help in this area . This is a classy restaurant not McDonald’s. …. But I will dine there again .

Our server was Maris, and she was absolutely wonderful! The bread and dipping oil was yummy and warm. We ordered the chicken parm and chicken francese. The marinara was very can like and the francese didn't actually have any lemon in it. It's definitely changed since there is no family in the kitchen anymore. Still a beautiful restaurant with fabulous service.

Lately it seems the waitress’ are a little hectic and don’t really come to the table often except for your food. The environment is pleasant and the food is amazing. (Or what I’ve had which is the chicken Parmigiana) The bread is my absolute favorite of the experience. Love this place always a first choice when dining in this area.

Lunch was very underwhelming. Very little options available. My friend and I split the fresh mozz salad and each got a sandwich. They have the fryers going and they should offer wings on their lunch menu.

Went last weekend and was very impressed. Ever since moving up here from Westchester, I have struggled to find great food. The food here is delicious and the portions are huge. The menu is different compared to other Italian restaurants in the area. They have many options to choose from. To say the least this is my new gem and I will try to come here atleast twice a month from now on.

Very good food, nicely prepared. People at our table thought that the food could be seasoned with a bit more finesse. I had a delicious glass of wine and there were many good choices. We were here for a special occasion, enjoying food and conversation. The place could use a bit of sprucing up but i would definitely come back for the food and service.

Not very fancy on the outside but really nice on the inside. The food was very good. We had Bruschetta it was well done. The chicken wings were great and my wife got a large glass of wine for reasonable price. Dessert were good and soups were very good. Plenty of parking and the staff was very nice.

It’s an enjoyable place to get good Italian food. What I would expect for the price and area. It won’t blow you away and you shouldn’t be disappointed either.

My first time here. The restaurant is a quite nice family establishment. We were here to celebrate the life of a close family friend's passing. The party was 25+ people. I'm sure the kitchen was pressed by the size of the lunch orders. Red and white wine were served along with glasses of water for all. Soda and other beverages were also available. Eventually carafes of water placed on the tables. The antipasto was very nicely done with roasted red peppers, artichokes, greens, cappacola, small diced tomatoes, etc all well seasoned. The fried calamari with red sauce was very, very good. Crispy, yet light, and most importantly NOT over cooked and rubbery! (THANK YOU, Nicolino's) A big plus, for me, the tentacles WERE included. The "French" onion soup was forgettable. Not that flavors were bad, they weren't. The beef broth could be more robust. Had it been called Italian French onion soup, it would have been most accurate. I've never had French onion soup with oregano in before and it was unexpected. The beans and greens had very good flavor. More than a bit salty and the beans could have been cooked a bit more, but the greens still had crunch left, Bravo. While the red sauce on the lasagna was VERY good (light, bright and nicely seasoned) and the ground beef and sausage were delightfully cooked and seasoned. The lasagna itself was heavy and dense. Too much (thin sliced) mozzarella and no apparent ricotta cheese. Perhaps another trip here is warranted to give it a fair shot. Large groups are a daunting challenge. To be fair, the portions are huge and yes, some leftovers are in my future. A good portion of extra sauce (Rao's? My own?) for the lasagna will help and some low sodium chicken stock and added beans are coming soon for the beans and greens.

We booked my parents anniversary dinner here with 37 guests. They didn't have the correct number of places for all 37 guests. They didn't serve the orderves that were part of the package. They only had one server for us. But they didn't charge us for the orderves which was good. So the service wasn't that great but the food was fantastic!!! So I guess I can forgive them for the service snafus...

Only one waitress..Took forever I specifically said was our anniversary..Not even acknowledged :( Had to ask 3 tx for club soda no ice.then charged 3.00 for a small glass Nope not again :(

Good ambience, clean decent service, especially the Bar Maid. Also the bread is excellent. The Alfredo was not so good, sauce tasted like jar sauce to me. Next visit I got chicken parm, the chicken was cooked perfectly, but the sauce was not very good, a little bitter and very pasty. I would still eat there again, but I am not sure what dish I would get since I don t like the sauce.

I'm a little disappointed. The atmosphere has declined from when the original owner ran it. No table linens was the first thing I noticed missing. My companion ordered a steak and it was smaller than he expected although very tasty he said. I ordered an Antipasto Salad with Shrimp and Cesar dressing. I specifically asked for no balsamic vinegar drizzled on it and it came with it on it. I thought that since it was a cold salad that I ordered that the shrimp would be chilled as well. It was grilled in butter which nowhere on the menu did it state how it was served. I had asked for the bread that they serve before dinner without butter drizzled over it because I can't eat butter. The bread was very good and I did have another loaf brought to me with no butter. They gave us some garlic oil for the bread dipping. It was delicious. Meanwhile my salad had gone back to the kitchen. It took a long time to return to the table and my companion had nearly finished his dinner by the time mine returned correctly. So I wasn't too happy with that. The salad was good otherwise except for the salad dressing didn't have much flavor. The shrimp came back grilled with no butter. I just think that the menu should state the shrimp in how it's cooked. Other than that we enjoyed our dinner.

I'm very torn when it comes to Nicolino's, on one hand their service is wonderful. On the other, the food wasn't very good and some things were just dirty. When you first walk in you're greeted to a beautiful bar area that truly looks phenomenal. However when you're lead to where you'll be eating for a regular dinner service, it's a bit dingy. It was odd to see a makeshift cleaning station so close to the tables but I suppose they may be low on space in the back, so I didn't think much of it. But then as I inspected the water glasses in front of me I noticed they were not clean. I briefly looked around and found none of the glasses that I could see were clean. Neither was our silverware. Nothing of concern enough to leave, id just use the other fork. When it came time to order I got the haddock My meal seemed over cooked and under seasoned. But to be fair the soup that came with it was amazing. I didn't eat much of the meal, and didn't take it home as left overs. Unfortunately I was left disappointed with the experience. The service was incredible though. Our server was quick and friendly. In fact, the atmosphere and staff were so nice I wish I liked the meal more and had less concerns of cleanliness.

Very nice decor and good service but aside from that I was very disappointed. Firstly we arrived for our reservation only to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Then we had to wait an additional 15 - 20 minutes before our server arrived. Our food came out cold and undercooked.My shrimp scampi had 3 shrimp and they didn't add any scampi sauce. The only sauce was the liquid from the tomato's they diced over my pasta. My wife's food was cold and the seafood was tough. There was a skin over the sauce indicating it was probably sitting out for a while before they brought it over. I guess it was the end of the night and the cooks weren't interested in providing us the same service provided to the previous guests as their food looked amazing as it came out. The manager was nice enough to remove two food items off the bill but even the ones we paid for we didn't eat. I think it was a bad night and they were short staffed so I get it. But my meal and the long wait pretty much guaranteed I won't be back here anytime soon.

Ordered take out on the recommendation of someone I know. They said that the portions here were huge, almost two meals. I'm sorry, but I disagree. I got the chicken alfredo dinner, and while it was fairly good, the sauce itself was lacking a bit of flavor. In the end, other than a lack of flavor to the sauce, no better or worse than other places I have gotten the same thing. The portion size is also the same, easily comparable to other restaurants in the area. As you can see from my photo, the container that the dinner is in is not much bigger at all than the salad container. The big difference was the outrageous price of $26 for something that I could have gotten elsewhere for $18. You live, you learn. I love alfredo, but I will stick with prices and places that are actually fair to the customer. UPDATE: well, you would think that I had learned my lesson the last time, but recently I saw a post on Facebook of a dinner from nicolino's, which was the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs looked huge, and because meatballs are right up my alley, I decided to give them another shot. Unfortunately, again I was disappointed. Not only was the angel hair and meatballs overpriced at almost $24, but the meatballs, although large, tasted like nothing more than hamburger balls. Also, the amount of pasta that you receive in this dish in no way evens out proportionately to the size of the meatballs. The bread was good, I will give them that, but in conclusion, my solid opinion is that this place is overpriced and overrated. Fool me once......

Tough outing. Group of 7. The restaurant was half full and lunch took 3 hours - 30-40 min for drinks - iced tea, Arnold Palmer and glass of wine took longer (requested several times and when it came the glass was wet with wine) Maybe just an off day but it wasn't a good experience at all. Server was snarky and inattentive until the check was finally presented when they became very punny. The food was average but again, took a very long time and wasn't hot, sort of warm (suggests understaffed) and made a post funeral lunch awkward.

Upon arriving, the restaurant had lost our reservation- But they were able to seat us after a not long wait. Our server was new (her first night, I think she said) - but what she lacked in experience, she made up for in personality. One of our orders was wrong originally and had to be sent back- which meant we didn't get to eat together - but the food was delish! We were seated near a larger party who were very loud. It was difficult to hear one another - once that party left (near the end of our meal) - things were better.

Went there Dec 30th for our 30 th Anniversary. Waitress was awesome! My food was horrible. It was chicken Francaise.Before I had it there it was my favorite.This time it was warmed up in the microwave and still cold. The two sides, one sliced dried up potatoes hard to chew and broccoli that was cold and mush. They gave us 1 slice of chocolate cake to share to. My wife plate was this awful 😟 left over plate and didn't look presentable . What a big disappointment.we're never going back. Sent the food back.we got the shaft on that meal. Thank you Nicolinos. This was the place we chose to go for an enjoyable evening. O

Bartender was great but service was really slow. Ordered the seafood special and it was terrible. First off for a Italian restaurant the pasta was all stuck together, some cooked some not. Half the mussels were shattered an had to spend 10 minutes taking broken pieces of shell out the pasta so I didn't choke. They were very fishy tasting , like they were spoiled. They didn't even wash the class before cooking and it was really gritty. On top that the shrimp was like rubber. This place used to be awesome but after that terrible dish that cost over 30 bucks and wasn't edible, I don't think I'll be back. Even my lady's spaghetti with sausage was a mess and terrible. Really regret spending over 100 at this dump

While the food was good the barmaid ( an older lady) was very vocal about her issues and really not that friendly, a bit dry, per say. Was overwhelmed w 6 clients and the restaurant crew had to make their own drinks and even serve at the bar. Lady would forget the order she just took and couldn't even explain the soup of the day hahah. Anyway atmosphere was a bit shallow, not busy for a Friday night but not that lively atmosphere,.... Food wasn't bad it was ok. Franchise sauce was overwhelmed w garlic and the sauce was very oily and the breading was clumpy on the meat.,. Cocktails were good. But def need improvement on engagement of clients and abit more effort on food presentation specially if it isn't busy!

Was recently there with family. Food was good, waitress was good, however, there were fruit flies or nats all over the place along with flys!!! Probably will not go back

Worst Italian pasta ever. Ordered Linguine and clams and the linguine was horrible. Tasted like starch. My wife who is an Italian citizen and lived in Florence for 40 years never tasted anything so terrible. A friend ordered eggplant and pasta. Eggplant was okay, but he couldn’t eat the pasta it was so hard he just left it on his plate. You’ll get better pasta at Olive Garden. Don’t waste your money at this place.

I can’t speak on the food but the service needs improvement. At the time of my visit the restaurant was less than ten percent full, we were seated but the sever never came to take our order. After waiting several minutes we left as no one waited on us. I understand at busy times there will be delays; however when a restaurant is almost empty I would not expect such long delays.

We had reservations tonight for dinner. There were five of us. Reservations confirmed by both email and text. Got there and they were closed for the holiday weekend. I would suggest that you update your reservation system when you are closed.

This was the 3rd time we’ve tried this place. We were hoping the third time was the charm, but definitely not the case. Waitress, Malania was superb, however the wait for our 4 dinners was way too long (almost a hour & 45 minutes) ordered dinners @ 6pm food brought out @ 744. Was given every excuse~ in total bs especially when several (4 or more) tables came in after us, received their dinners & left all before we received our meals. We ordered the chicken Alfredo & added shrimp~ it wasn’t even a hot meal, noodles were hard & uncooked & the shrimp was burnt! The charred it instead of sautéed them. So the whole meal smelled & tasted burnt. (Yes I tried a bite bc of being so hungry) so we sent it back, they brought another Alfredo with 5 sautéed shrimp~ no chicken & by this time the other people were done, however the mashed potatoes were stiff & hard & their vegetables were burnt so the one only ate his filet, the other that ordered a haddock dinner didn’t eat any of it bc the burnt vegetables made the fish taste burnt as well. I told our waitress that we didn’t want the meal & werent going to pay for it, they could keep it & she spoke to the manager~ Leslie. Came back to say, Leslie said bc they had already started making it, we would have to pay for it. I said absolutely not stick it, so then Leslie comes out with serious attitude about us complaining about the wait & meal being horrible. Zero concern for customer satisfaction. She was rude & very unpleasant. We were very patient but when it takes nearly 2 hours to get food & it comes out cold & wrong, it’s the establish responsibility to make it right….without a bunch of bs excuses. Will NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO THERE AGAIN!!

I discovered this restaurant by mistake almost 10 years ago. I was coming from Schenectady to Rochester and happened to stop here for food not knowing the area. It instantly became my favorite restaurant. The food and service were excellent! I moved to the area about 7 years ago so I was excited it was close and I could go more often. Every time I went, it was still the same with excellent service and amazing food! Unfortunately today, on Mothers Day, I learned the sad reality that the people that run this place are liarsa d cannot own up to a mistake like a good business should. I went there with my husband, daughter (2 yr old) and my mom. We were all so excited to be going here as it has been a little bit since our last visit. We made a reservation for the time they opened and were the third customers that walked through the door. Our waitress was awesome and we got our appetizer and salads very quickly. Then...after 1.50 hrs, and telling us our 'food would be ready soon" they finally brought it out. We were told a table of 16 people were ahead of us and that's why we had to wait so long. All the other tables that got there the same time as us were packing up and leaving. The table of 16 got there way after us, which makes no sense why they were served before us. At this point, with a 2 yr old, they don't wait, which is why I made the reservation for the first time slot. We had to pack up our food and take it to go. When we asked what the problem was they just kept saying "we reserve a couple hours for each party so they can spend time visiting and eating. " The truth? Either they gave our food to the other table or they messed something up in the kitchen and forgot our order. The worst part? Nope, it's not that this error happened, it's how they handled it. They lied about what happened and wouldn't tell us the truth AND they didn't try to correct the problem at all. No offering of a discount or a voucher for another time. No owning up to a mistake. They did say that next time we come in, let them know we are in a hurry and they will try to accommodate. Are you serious? How can youtalk to a paying customer like that? We just spentover $100 and this is how you treat us? I have never seen such poor service in my life. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but I will never go here again with how we were treated. And on mother's day nonetheless... thank you for ruining our holiday and congrats on losing a customer.

The place is very inviting and very clean. Great Italian atmosphere. The food is another thing. There's no flavor in the sauce and it tastes like it was 2 days old. The customer service was very poor. The lady did not present herself well and she had an attitude. She was quite rude regarding a certain dish. Our family hope that the owner can resolve these issues for the future of our Montgomery residents and visitors through out other states. It's a shame that the appearances of the place is much eye catching then the food and service. Thank you!

I was told that this place had good food. When I arrived, I was escorted to a table by the one and only server. There were two other tables, and she was the only server. When she returned to my table I ordered my lunch with a salad and requested water to drink. She returned with a pitcher, and poured a glass of water. I sat and waited for the salad for approximately 20 min. After eating the salad, and an empty glass of water, she never returned to refill my glass or take salad bowl, and passed my table at least once. Soon after noticing now my glass empty she refilled again with a pitcher. I requested a decanter of water and ice to avoid this again. Approximately 25-30 minutes later the food arrived and decanter with water. There was enough pasta for two people and huge split chicken breast flatted in the center. The pasta was over cooked to include the chicken and cheese burned. This was one of the worst places I have ever eaten, true Italians would be appalled.

This is my 1st time having dinner here and I will never go back here. The food was horrible. We were a party of 7 and reservations were made 4 weeks in advance. It was a 1st wedding anniversary we were celebrating with our friends who traveled from NC. The two waiters that were working was overwhelmed with their job and it is no fault of them. We were told the manager was cooking! What happened to the chef? Why is the manager cooking and not managing the restaurant? Manager refused to come out and speak with us with the excuse that she is cooking and very busy! Never heard of that!

Went there for diner and my wife and I ordered .My wife’s dinner was served and I was told that my food was coming right out .My dinner was served but not until my wife finished hers .Terrible service at it best !!!!!!!!

Reservations for Easter dinner @ 1:30. They were aware of a large party. When reservations were made we were not told the regular menu would be unavailable. The Easter menu was not at all family friendly and we were going to opt for wings and burgers, etc. from the original menu in lieu of heavy pasta or seafood ... We went with a group and due to some dietary restrictions we had found items on the regular menu that we could eat. My daughter could only have the shrimp which was $15 plus tax and tip and it was FIVE shrimp. Our food was served at 3:45. We arrived to bread but no butter. Sodas were overlooked. One meal was potentially undercooked. We had to pay in advance and shovel the food in to leave by 4. 15 minutes to eat. I understand it was a holiday but staff should have been prepared based on reservations. My daughter's toasted ravioli tasted like it came from the frozen food section at a grocery store. Horrible dining experience. We were offered canolis to go but we didn't have another 30 minutes to wait. Will never return. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend visiting on a holiday. Waste of $150 for 4 of us to eat.

Unfortunately, this was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was reservations, made a month in advance for a party of seven. My girlfriend‘s traveled from the Carolinas to celebrate their one year anniversary. The waitress was sweet as pie! However, we sat and waited for our food for two hours! No drinks. Party of seven don’t you think you would bring at least a picture of water to leave for us? I had a soda glass and a water glass. Both stayed empty for literally 45 minutes. Yes, I asked for my drink and our sweet waitress apologize, but then forgot again! When a guest member from my party asked to speak to the manager she refused to come out because she was too busy cooking. Why is the manager cooking? Where is the chef? Where are the cooks? The guest member from my party stated I want to speak to the manager and I’ll be waiting right here until she comes to talk to me. The waiter then responded she’s busy cooking. I don’t know what to tell You, shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Why is the waiter and waitress handling a manager’s position? Not for nothing I really wasn’t gonna say anything such as a review on Google however, this morning I am now puking up my garlic Parm chicken wings, and I am just completely disgusted between the service that we received, The manager refusing to even talk to us and now I’m vomiting on memorial day. This was the absolute worst experience and honestly the restaurant should just close if you’re shortstaffed. That is dangerous to be serving cold food. Additionally food that gets you food poisoning! Do better. What a shame.

Absolute worst. Made reservations a month in advance. Party of 7 for Anniversary. Everyone's food was cold. Salmon was raw and to make it worse, the Manager refused to come out of the kitchen to even speak to the table. Compensation was 20% but only on the less expensive meals..go figure! Poor waitress trying to make excuses for her manager..simply aweful

This is the worst Italian restaurant I ever went to the food is digusting cold old stale food the sauce taste like it’s been sitting in a can for days very poor. This place cannot be a real Italian restaurant very poor on taste and fresh chief boyordy tastes better than this place.

I usually don't post anything about our visits to local restaurants because most of the time we have a really good meal . This was our 3rd trip to this place and to be fair, the first 2 times were really good. Yesterday was a different story. Birthday dinner for our daughter. In a nutshell, the service was terrible. Server was a nice kid but left our dishes that we were finished with on our table for the entire 2 and half hours we were there. Waited forever for our food which was luke warm at best and rubbery. Manager was no where to be found. I really don't mind spending $250 for a good dinner but I'm done here. I feel bad about it because it's closer to home than another Italian restaurant we go to. Anyway, done .

I ordered 1 items for the dinner for 4, one was ready on time, the other I had to wait as they seemed not able to find it, finally about 6 minutes later our it comes. The second dinner the pasta was in no way cooked, I like pasta - bit under cooked but this was maybe cooked for 2 minutes or less. I had asked when I placed my order for an extra portion of Alfredo sauce as I am well aware that the pasta absorbs a lot of the sauce. There was minimal broccoli and minimal chicken. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I have been going to Nicolino’s for years in Amsterdam NY. I will not return, they have the greatest bread ever, so sad. I did call and speak with the manager who was not very concerned. I had asked why the second dinner took so long and questioned if it was even made that maybe I was waiting for them to now make it which might explain why the pasta was so under cooked, she mentioned oh it was back there.
