I ordered to go through grub hub today. When it was delivered half of my order was missing! Driver and me even hand went over missing items at my doorstep.. called grub hub. Zero support or even concern was given towards my missing food issue. HOWEVER driver showed back up to the restaurant and had them remake my missing food. Top Bop even called me to apologize and let me know my food was remade and on the way again! I was very impressed by the restaurant and the drivers cooperation together. They made sure to correct the issue and then notify me of its arrival. Food was delivered hot, and delicious and was so very appreciated by my kids on a day when they are not feeling well and home from school. Thank you Top Bop! 😊

I have eaten at Top Bop before in the past and always had a great experience from the time I walk in til the time I walk out. The food ingredients are always fresh and taste amazing. There are 3 locations here in Anchorage with plenty of parking and dinning. The price is pretty steep, I average between $20 and $26 with tip for my lunch but I always leave satisfied and happy. So who says money cannot buy happiness. There are 2 sizes of bowls to choose from, regular and large. The regular size is a good choice portion wise. Enjoy

There were only 2 people working there when we arrived so service was a bit slow and have a lil wait time but for the price, portion size and quality of food, it's okay. I don't recommend their japchae though.

Not very happy w the new staff there. Received my order incorrectly and my order came with barely any meat or sauce. Not to mention poor customer service. I love the food here but the food I received is really not to my liking at all right now. I miss the old staff.

The price was $18 for a bowl of rice, cabbage, and a few shrimp. There was a little bit of crab. For the price, there wasn’t enough protein in the bowl. I’m still hungry.

Got the Lv. 5 and wasn’t spicy at all, first time back in years. It was nice now they have 2 free toppings, but since I came in 50 minutes till closing it seemed like the worker was in a rush to make me leave and kept telling me “I don’t have to get it” when I was asking questions about the toppings. Food was fast but the cashier was rude. But I guess they just wanted to close up early

The food and service is so good, sadly it’s ruined for me. They only have 1 size now. I loved my large bowls. Plus the poke bop isn’t the same anymore. I miss the lettuce with rice topped with all the goodness. Now it’s just meat and rice with 2 toppings. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back but I guess all good things must come to an end.

Ordered online and my bowl was at about 70% rice. Gave me tiny pieces of chicken. I’ve had way better from Top Bop. Pretty disappointing

Forgot multiple items on our order then gave us in store credit which we ended up never using. Any time I want to give them a chance again I just remember they didn't refund us for mediocre food.

This place is inedible. The rice is overcooked and has the texture of mashed potatoes. The egg rolls are only halfway fried. All meat and veg are heated in a microwave. No vegan or vegetarian options. Only come here if you want food poisoning.
