Wayside Cider

I’d come back here for the carrot dip alone. The ciders are obviously great. Unlike what you’ll get at the average place. And it felt really safe. They are taking social distancing and sanitation seriously here so you can enjoy yourself with peace of mind.

That was first hard cider that I really enjoyed. Hidden gem in catskills, must to visit when you hit the route 28.

This spot is one of my favorite upstate. Always great service awesome local selection of beer and delicious small plates. The pies, the pickles and the cheeses are soo yammi.

Very cute open air tap house with picnic table seating (covered and uncovered) with fire pit and two bars. Order at the bar, but the service was great! We had the smoked trout plate and it was a good value. The ciders are delicious, well-balanced and none were too sweet (like most ciders are). Definitely worth a visit!

Went to a cute holiday market here a couple weeks back. It was cold and snowy but fun to get some food and goodies from all local vendors. Very charming spot!

This place is the heart and soul of Andes/ Delaware county. They grow the apples, produce the ciders, and host a variety of community events. Delicious bar snacks made from local products. Beautiful historic farmhouse and outdoor area. Highly recommend if you are in the area !

Had a couple wonderful experiences her with my wife and friends. It’s a bit of a drive from Woodstock but worth it. Tried pickled brussel sprouts which were amazing and highly recommend if they still have them.

PKMD Adventure

What a fun time!!! We went for their Thursday movie night for Halloween and it was phenomenal- such a clever idea. They had a themed popcorn (delicious) and comfy space to watch the movie. They have an excellent selection of drinks and small plates. Dog friendly! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

Awesome staff, amazing service! If it's your first time, make sure to try a flight and taste a few of their great ciders! And then buy a bottle to take home and another as a gift 😉 Recently they've had lots of great shows on the weekends!

I'm a big fan of Wayside cider. The selection of house ciders is phenomenal. After tasting them all, the Catskill became a favorite. I returned a second night just to pick up a bottle. The space is great. A perfect place to wind down after a day of hiking. Enjoy the outdoor space by the fireplace or grab a seat at the bar. I haven't yet explored much of the food menu besides the meat and cheese board - which was excellent.

My wife and I got married at Wayside Cider this fall and can't speak more highly of this place - the team is amazing, the food is delicious, the space is beautiful, and of course, the cider is killer. An incredible place to spend an afternoon/early evening. Wonderful cider selection, delicious array of small bites that offer something different from expected the brewery fare, and a full parlor floor for games and lounging. The staff was lovely as well and treated us all as friends and neighbors.

Food is a limited menu that changes slightly each month, but really tasty and great to get along with your drinks. Outside is a great place to hang out with friends or make future friends by the fire pit, it's even dog friendly. Upstairs is amazing with a shuffle board table, pool table, plenty of games to use, and sofa areas with a comfy vibe. Their events are always fun and fabulous.

The small bites are very delicious too. There’s lots of seating, inside and especially out, and a huge game room upstairs for when it’s too cold to be outside. The whole place is surrounded by beautiful old houses, barns, and farmland but is conveniently right in the middle of Andes. Anyone who complains about prices has no idea what it’s like to operate a business in an area that is so seasonal and depends on tourism because it lacks the local population to support it. Please come and patronize wonderful establishments like this so they’ll hopefully stick around for years to come.

After the bartender asked what I liked, they were able to pick the perfect cider for my taste! The cider was great and after plenty of glasses, I never got a headache like some ciders tend to give! *I did give them 4 stars rather than 5 because the glasses are very small compared to the price. They also did not have their kitchen open which was disappointing.

Nice drive to get to Wayside. Parking lot is small, food was good, but cider selection is limited to mostly dry ciders. Some beer and wine available though.
