I went through the drive thru and Bailee took my order and she is amazing! It’s so early in the morning and she still manages to be bubbly and kind the whole time. While the drink was being made she made conversation the whole time and she was truly just a breath of fresh air.
We went through the drive thru, they were very accommodating! They even gave us some vanilla because we wanted more sweetness in our drink and didn’t realize. Great new store, thank you 🙏🏻 Excellent customer service
Great experience, ordered through the app & pick up was a breeze and ready by the time the app said it would be. Everything I ordered tasted great & how I ordered it, great job for being only the first week of being open. Friendly staff as well, give them a chance & be kind they just opened.

Went for my frappe caramel ribbon love them 😁 some days are better than others it depends on who makes them I wish they were more consistent with this .. e1 should do the same thing in preparation of these
I come to this Starbucks every single day,sometimes more than once a day and I can honestly say I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. The baristas are always so sweet, welcoming, and consistent..They truly make my day every time I come in..This location feels like a little daily comfort, and the people here are the reason why. 💚☕️
Our Life Skills class had the most wonderful experience during our recent field trip to Starbucks. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed our students with warmth, patience, and genuine kindness. They went above and beyond to make sure our students felt included, encouraged, and excited to learn.Starbucks. We are so grateful for the way Starbucks showed understanding, inclusivity, and respect for our students’ needs. Their staff made this field trip not only educational but truly special. Service should be a rating of 10.. Today I had the unfortunate experience of being forced to go to Lake Jackson, because of the parade. As always, highly disappointed. Waited 10 minutes after I placed the mobile order 15 minute ahead. This would have never happened in Angleton Starbucks!!! Doesn’t matter how busy Angleton is, they are always fast and FRIENDLY!
Update: A week later, they didn't have pumpkin, hazelnut, proper sized straws or regular (clear) lids, however, these guys are super kind and I genuinely believe that starbucks corporate has left them hanging, hopefully customers aren't too up in arms about what they don't have. This location is still very new and we think its great, just have a backup craving, or two, just in case. Hubby got a vanilla cream cold brew and I got a carmel frappe, both were great!! Original: A Starbucks, in Angleton, what?! FINALLY! It's a pretty great location and it's absolutely beautiful, very well done! The only reason I currently have a star knocked off is because they didn't have any cold brew, nor pumpkin spice (tis the season, lol). We ended up getting our desired drinks in LJ, but they JUST opened so I'm sure there are some kinks to get worked out. I certainly look forward to going back and trying again! Can't wait! ✨️
I will give the service and location 5 stars. Now those drink carriers are near worthless. As I reached over my console to set the carrier down, the only ones that stayed put were the smalls. The medium and large both fell over because the carrier was too shallow. Y'all can do better!
I’ve came here a couple of times, both times were excellent customer service, such a good environment and I even had trouble picking what to put in my drink and they were kindly helping me what to choose and my drinks came out delicious, they’re names were Amaya and Danielle I think but they were the best baristas I’ve ever met !!!!!

I come to this Starbucks daily, the baristas consistently make the experience unforgettable. From remembering orders to greeting customers with genuine warmth, they go above and beyond every single shift. They even fully welcome my 6 yr old son when he goes inside & are so patient with him when he tries ordering his cookies! The very best of what customer service should be. Definitely the BEST Starbucks in the area!!

It was really Starbucks righteous, small town and all. Drinks were on point, little bites I bought to eat….oh only one toilet worked in the 3 days i sat there. But cool, good all around

Glad to have a Starbucks in town, but it sure was busy at 7:30 am. Allow plenty of extra time if using drive-thru. Or, order ahead 10 minutes before you arrive.
I hate that my large cappuccino is only half full, as the other half is foam.
I'm a Starbucks fan but my drink was disappointing. I order the same drink pretty much at all Starbucks Carmel latte with oat milk. The drink unfortunately tasted like just coffee. No cream , regular milk. I was a bit sad. It's a long wait line. I didn't go inside because I have little ones. The staff were not that friendly. I will try again to see if Maybe they were having an off day.
So this morning, we had the iced Horchata shaken espresso, and my daughter said that it was the worst Starbucks drink she ever had. However, we have had drinks here before that are very well-made, but then my other daughter says that Starbucks is mid. I want also had the croissant with bacon I think and it was delicious so really you just never know but it’s mostly consistent. However, it is a cool place to have some coffee and bring your laptop and hang out or chill or work or study.
We had three iced coffees a kids hot chocolate and a pink drink. My grandson didn't care for the hot chocolate and we tried it we didn't care for it either. We also had a couple of meals out of the refrigerated area. My daughter also bought a cup from the merchandise table. Unfortunately my grandson had a accident in the store when he fell through the chair that has a very high back and banged his head hard on the ground. These chairs should probably be replaced with something that has more of a back my grandson literally fell through the back and cracked his head on the ground. I truly believe these chairs are a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I stop at this location a lot for a coffee. @ $4.83 for a Grande Americano, they need to make sure it’s hot. Evenings, about a 50/50 shot you’ll get a hot or properly crafted beverage at this location.
The crew here is borderline rude. They are not warm and friendly, but more aloof and seem annoyed all the time. The drive through is abysmally slow. I’ve given it several visits hoping it would get better, but it hasn’t happened.
I stopped by for the free coffee for veterans on Veterans Day. The young woman was rude, got the order wrong, then was ruder correcting it. I appreciate Starbucks support for veterans, but tha attitude of the employees leaves much to be desired. Please note that this was the first, and potentially last time I'll be going to this location.
so I usually always buy from here like twice a week but they always have new workers each visit.. I wanted to try the new shortcake frappe and I only ordered one drink yet they it was made wrong… the frappe was js white with strawberry puree and had no flavor whatsoever and very disappointing… please hire ppl who know how to do there job :(
Angleton TX Starbucks is never consistent with making drinks. My same drink order is always different. Too much of this or that even though I order it the same way each time. So annoying.

We ran in to grab coffee 10 minutes ago and he's still not out. The drive-thru line has cleared out twice in the time that he's been in there waiting for our coffee. NEVER DINE-IN AT THIS LOCATION.
I ordered a Mocha Lemonade, the young lady act as if she had not heard of it, so I politely said “I will take the strawberry refresher if you don’t know how to make the mocha lemonade”. Needless to say it tasted like water with mocha, no lemonade or nothing sweet about it. I pay too much money for the drinks to be messed up!
Never seen a Starbucks this dirty. Food containers left open. ENTIRE work station were covered in food and dried milk. 🤮 And they weren't overly busy. Cashier was on his phone the entire time.
I got coffee latte from this location first time in my life and it was cold. I asked the cashier whether it was hot enough she said yes. It was totally cold coffee. I don’t recommend this location..
Why does it say the store opens at 5:00 AM, if the employees are still sitting in their cars asleep or on their phones at 5? Change your business hours to “whenever we feel like opening” or get a shift crew who actually wants to work.
There should be a "No Stars" review option, because they've earned it today. This store went downhill quick! I can't tell you explicitly, how bad the servers are here. They purposely ignore you when you come in. Makes you wonder how they can protest for increased pay when their customer service is atrocious. I saw several people come in with an obvious help across their faces, with response. And the place is dirty to boot. Unbelievable!
Starbuck's has completely abandoned any effort to serve walk-in customers. Unless you order online or drive through, you're out of luck. The staff will not even notice you at the register because they're too busy with the customers who AREN'T in the building. They take your name, but never call it. There's just a series of channels where completed drinks are deposited and customers are left to determine for themselves to whom each order belongs. And because no effort is made to produce drinks in the order received, multiple customers will finger your drink with the hope it might be theirs. Today no fewer than 5 people who ordered after me received their drink before me. Why? Because neither the company, nor anybody working there gives the slightest damn about customer service.
Drinks are never good anymore, any other Starbucks and my drinks are made correctly. This is bare minimum effort if that
I come here pretty often with my wife and I enjoy every visit. Today was different. I want to say the employee’s name starts with an R but I could barely see the name. He had an attitude with my wife that I didn’t appreciate. We got two drinks. We both got matchas with vanilla foam but different syrups. My wife politely asked the tall young man which drink was which, and he proceeded to give her a dumb stare as if she knew which drink was what. We’ve never had this problem before, the ladies are always nice but this dude must’ve been having an off day or something but I didn’t appreciate this service at all nor my wife.
The only reason they are getting a 1 star is everytime we come in we have to wait 30 min or more for our drinks. We have had to wait 2 hours before. People who ordered after us where getting their order and leaving while we were still waiting. I have been to Starbucks that are way busier and never had to wait this long. Even on slow days with us the only ones in the store, it still takes them over 30 minutes. When we complain, they look at you like your stupid and say wow! Then walk away. Or they say it doesn't matter the order in which you come in and order, they will make it when they can..... rude people and poor service.
They never make my frappe the way it's ordered it's so strong and nasty. That I can't even drink the thing and I pay 10.83 everyday . And end up having to drive back to have it fixed . Some of em get rude . But I'm the paying customer and if not made as u asked that's on them.
I came to edit my review. It’s terrible. It’s always terrible. Avoid this Starbucks. The 1 time I went in to say my drink was wrong (it’s wrong every time I go) the lady had an attitude. It’s just not worth it. Go to any other Starbucks.
The service here is horrendous. Employees are unprofessional, rude, and clueless. I pick up drinks for myself and my coworkers from this location frequently. They put the lids on my drinks on so loosely that I had to spend $200 to get the rancid milk smell out of my car's interior. When I asked the lids to be put on tightly, and explained what had happened with them spilling last time, the employee said nothing other than "oh". No apology. I found this to be shocking, especially because he (the larger man with the beanie and piercings) was the one who had given me the loose drinks the previous visit. The other employees do not greet guests, nor do they provide straws for to go drinks. They also will not tell you if you only pick up a portion of your order, and when you go back to retrieve the rest of said order, they also say nothing (surprising... not). They also seem to face a real difficulty with any form of food item in an order. They ask you to repeat the item 5 times, while running around like headless chickens trying to figure out what the item is. I have also observed personal conversations and texting take priority over customers in line. I have been to this new Starbucks countless times now, it seems as if Starbucks should either: A.) Fire all current employees, and start fresh with a new team of competent, friendly individuals. B.) Hire a construction crew to knock this location down, and try again somewhere else.
If I could leave no stars, I would. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The service is awful. The lady at the window was short and rude, I think her name was Brooklyn.
