Had a small issue with my online order. The manager took care of it, perfectly. A bunch of rowdy teenagers made the visit a little uncomfortable. Food was good.

Gave up on Wingstop for awhile. My fiancé decided he wanted Wingstop. This location did not disappoint! The wings were Crispy! Big! Fresh! And Flavorful! The fries 👌🏻Crispy and tasted great. Other than the wait the music was a vibe and the store was clean. The staff were doing their job.

Wings taste great and I really enjoy the flavors, but the wait can be a bit long at times

I am labeling this place purely as "okay" because I have been here one other time and was severely disappointed. My first time there I ordered in-store, waited 30 minutes for my food (boneless wings) and they just... did not seem right. They seemed undercooked? Chewy? Rubbery? Whatever it was I threw most of it away and was very unhappy... fast forward almost a year and I try them again for their .60 cent boneless wing Monday. I ordered online, got all my food cooked "well done" and came to pick it up. I showed up early so I had to wait but not nearly as long as ordering in-store. Overall, I was VERY impressed. I guess the secret is getting it all well done because my wings tasted perfectly cooked, I got plain and Garlic Parm flavor. Absolutely delicious and will be coming back. Their fries are good too! Cajun seasoning, I think. Only downside is they charge 1.09 for a dipping sauce.

Always a wait but usually a nice staff... This visit followed the norm. I enjoy the boneless wings and usually you can get a family deal. The food is usually good. Dont order the dry rubs they are too salty. Some are good but again too salty. Love the vegetables too.

Super Bowl eve, stocked up on a variety of wings and tenders. Did not order ahead, but only had to wait about 20 minutes for food. I wouldn't make this a regular meal choice, but it was fast & fun for a Super Bowl fiesta.

Solid food - sadly they ran out of fries during dinner rush 🤷‍♀️

I orders there LG thigh bites combo meal and its pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was that they gave mostly little piece of breaded chicken which was hard to chew, but the biggers nugets were better then the boneless wings. Definitely more juicy!

Love the food most times and have next to no complaints but this was a huge disappointment and unfortunately it was the second time.

Used to order more frequently here but they seem to always be understaffed and behind on their orders. Just waited 40 minutes for 20 wings... ***** Adjusting this down anther star as I can't remember the last time I stopped by and the food was ready within their stated time frames. It's normally about 40-60 minutes for a 20-30 wing order, and one of the sides will always be cold or soggy.

Giving this place a low score for their lack of customer service. Not the employees at the store but the GM. Usually the food here is pretty good but on the off chance something goes wrong, they are not helpful at all. You would think if you ordered delivery and the wrong order was delivered that they would want to make it right but no. Your choices are bring the food in for a refund OR bring the food in for replacement. Keep in mind when I called the store I was just told that I could come in and get my replacement, not that they needed the actual food. When I arrived the GM shamed me for not bringing anything in. As if I was supposed to know they needed it AFTER I had already called. I had planned on bringing it just because I don’t want it but was so flustered by the fact that I had to go in to correct MY DELIVERY that I left it on the table. I just wanted what I ordered. Also, the policy defeats the whole purpose of a delivery. While I’m here I would also like to mention the time I found plastic in my food. I reported it to corporate (on their website) because I tried calling several times with no answer at the store. I figured someone would want to at least look into it for safety reasons but zero responses or follow up. Even offered to take the piece in and got nothing back. At this point they have messed up my order several times and I’ve only ever asked for correction once so I’m very disappointed. I used to go with my husband 2-3 times per week, then once a week and recently every few weeks as I can’t trust the accuracy of the order. I haven’t been complaining, I normally just eat what is sent. But trust me, I won’t be wasting my money here anymore. Especially knowing that their GM is as rude as she is. I know my review won’t make a big impact but I hope anyone who reads this thinks twice before ordering delivery.

whenever I get my food from DoorDash from this location and I open my food it has hair and they mess up your food order

The wings and fries were cold, and didn’t seem fresh. The sauce they use on the mild was gross. Service sucked,the cashier guy wasn’t friendly and sassy. I’ve had better service from other places. Wait is too long and they skipped my order. Not coming back to this awful pace

This location is consistently slow. You can count on waiting at least twice the amount of time quoted. I am given an estimated time of 18-21 min. On average it takes 40-50 min. When I ask why it is so long, I am told “they are working on it”. I have had them make a group order that was placed after myself and others served first. The staff is unprofessional. On more than one occasion in this location I have heard profanity and vulgar language used by staff. I do not write reviews very often, but I felt the 3.7 stars they have are not earned. I will not return to this location ever. I will be trying to contact ownership one corporate. I would recommend FireWings or going to any other Wing Stop.

They literally took forever, I waited 30 min for my order that was 6 piece wings. Like whattt!! That’s crazy, I was so hungry and they made me wait this long for some damn 6 piece wing???! And there’s also like 10 of them working but can’t get their job done.

The worst dining experience I have ever had. I placed an on-line order where I got an error message saying it didn't go through. I checked my bank account and to my surprise I was charged 3 times for the same order totaling $120! I drove to the Wingstop I attempted to place the order at assuming they would fix the error that THEIR company made but the staff was nothing short of useless. I was told by the lady at the counter that "this happens all the time" and "they had no record of what happened" even after showing them my bank statement where they charged me 3 times. There was a gentleman standing against the wall on his phone who stepped in and was as equally unhelpful. He stated his name was Michael and was the general manager. He made 0 effort to make the situation right at all. He also refused to give me any sort of contact information to corporate or his higher ups to the Franchise. So I never received my order they charged me for 3 separate times and I'm out $120. This will be the last time I ever attempt to order food from this establishment and I suggest everyone else refrains from ordering here as well unless you want to receive no food and have them charge your bank account for literally hundreds of dollars. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Trash customer service, can’t even get a order right, ordered mango habanero wings online, I just did a pick up cause my receipt was correct, I got atomics, damn near killed me, I went back and was spoken down to like I was a child by the cashier…

Be careful which night you order here they rush when they are busy. I ordered March 3rd online picked it up. And everything was over cooked dry and no seasoning. I work hard for my money and I was highly disappointed. I called the store for a refund and was told to wait 3-5 days I called twy and was told the refund was never submitted wait another 3&5 days it's now March,21. Spend your money wisely ppl

First and last time getting wing stop. Ordered over 30 boneless wings and the size of them were laughable. You get bigger and tastier boneless wings from your local Walmart. Also the cost of them more is expensive than Walmart. Don’t know how they manage to stay open in this economy.

They are not generous with putting sauce on the wings my wings are dry and i didn’t even get dry rub real goofy they also forgot my large ranch like you can’t eat the wings without the ranch we had too drive there even though it was DoorDash

Terrible location, staff was rude, lobby was sticky and dusty, waited way too long for my food and it was wrong the first time so I had to wait again, avoid spending your money here

Waited 45 minutes for a tub of ranch and a large fry. I ordered ahead of time to not have to wait so long and still ended up waiting. When I got my order fries were over cooked and with no flavor and only gave me small cups of ranch instead of the tub of ranch that I ordered. Will not be going to this wing stop anymore terrible customer service and wait times.

I even noticed some of the employees don't exactly like working there, but I expect at the very least for them to have good customer service, which they heavily lack whenever I have food missing from them, which has happened more than once. Unfortunately due to this, I will not be coming back to this wingstop. I also recommend getting Coke somewhere else, because there's tastes weird for some reason, and they haven't fix It for who knows how long. Other reviews also mention that they dont practice food-handling safety properly either. Either find a Wingstop with positive credibility, or find somewhere else better to eat and worth your time.

Placed a phone order at 4:15 so I wouldn't have to wait when I got there. Arrived at 5:00 thinking that was more than enough time. Food wasn't ready until 5:20. So an hour and 5 minutes to cook 40 chicken wings that's pretty damn bad. Not once did anyone say sorry or offer me a drink for the extra, extra long wait. This same location a couple years back a customer went crazy and through the cash register through the window.
