I always come for breakfast with my kids to have them enjoy the playground and the morning crew is great. They are so nice and patient and make me and my kids feel welcomed. A previous review said they didn't accept in app orders but that was only during remodeling. I have checked today June 10th and they do now have it open for in app orders. As for the afternoon. I had a totally different experience at night thru the drive thru I was using a coupon and the girl had to re input the coupon and order again and didn't realize she double charged me for fries and drinks. If I hadn't checked my receipt I would have paid full price for more food than I needed or wanted. The manager had to give me a refund on the extra items.

The guy taking our order was great, professional, friendly. The other guy giving the food in the 2nd window was too. He politely told us our onion rings were fresh out of the fryer. When we got home the onion rings were warm but ok but the rest of our entire order was wet . As in watery. I don't even want to know how that could have happened.

Wow! The service here is TOP NOTCH. I'm a Dasher and I came in today to pick up a large order; 5 meals, 7 drinks total. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted enthusiastically and didn't even have to wait for this large order! I was very impressed by their efficiency and work ethic. I thought the place itself was nice and clean. The African American gentleman who took our order was awesome! Extremely polite and was able to do multiple things at once since he had costumers asking him questions as he tried to take our order. Huge playground as well for my little one.

Best experience I've ever had at burger king. There's a young tall kid working there, I think his name started with a C. He acknowledged me as soon as I came in and said he would be right with me. I was impressed right away. I had a coupon for two original chicken sandwiches and fries. And I also ordered a med drink. He asked if I wanted to switch one fry for the drink, I said sure but wanted pickles instead of lettuce. They were very generous with the pickles. Best BK chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Will definitely be going back. Wish I would have caught the kids name. Will definitely be going back.

This day, I was helping my sister and she compensed me with a hamburger, I told her this BK was on the way, so she stopped there to buy me a burger, the hamburger was made like all first quality, just prepared all new, the meat, bread, all new and hot, the fries and the soda too, all first quality, and enjoyed the same way, I told my sister, this was the best hamburger ever in the USA, and intended to repeat the experience, haven't had the time, but soon I'll go to get it again, no McDonald's or Jack in the box or any other burger, was so hot and delicious, FOR THE FIRST TIME I ATE A REAL HAMBURGER IN THE USA.

The manager is so wonderful I actually ordered my food on the app. I don't know what happened but it went to the wrong burger king but this wonderful woman manager still gave me my food and said if she sent me to the store by the time I got there my food would be cold with the Courtesy I will definitely be a regular customer. Stopped in for breakfast. Went through the drive thru. No complaints. I usually go inside but I was in a hurry. The inside is nice and clean every time I walked in. The staff seemed to be friendly and courteous. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The food here is good... The employees and the manager ate very nice... I have been here several times and I have had a good experience every time... If you're looking for a quick meal that won't hurt your wallet, this place is perfect

The service has been nothing but great. The food has been on point as well. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the place and I'm mainly talking about the kid area where the playground is. The floor is sticky and the seating area towards the back of the playground looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while.

You know I forget about this place sometimes but the food is actually pretty good for drive-thru and they always have some kind of deal which truly is a good deal. They usually do your orders correctly and services pretty fast. My only real complaint is that their hamburger buns are kind of on the credit side and they don't taste as good as some of the other fast food places and they also fall apart really easy which makes eating a larger Burger a challenge however they have a really good toppings on their burgers such as crispy onions and crispy lettuce and their tomatoes are usually nice and fresh and they do seem to take care putting their burgers together in their other sandwiches they're not just thrown randomly and a rapper like some of the other places and usually their french fries and onion rings are hot which is nice.

We had the pleasure of meeting the manager at the drive through. She was lovely and very informative . She really cared about her customers and store. The associate that handed us our order however was too busy chewing gum to hardly acknowledge us or speak to answer a question. The manager and food were great.

Food is normal Burger King. The service and atmosphere is nice in the remodeled area. The kid's play place hasn't been updated, but I appreciate the indoor play area on these hot, hot summer days.

Everything was excellent here except for the fact that they have a children's play area that is completely closed down. And that's the only reason we went to Burger King in the first place. But the chicken nuggets were delicious fresh hot. The customer service was great!

they messed up on my order but were so nice to correct their mistakes and even went so far as to remake a drink for me. I made the same assumption as many that they would be open till 10pm like google maps has listed. The dine in and takeout portion is open till 9pm. You can use the drive-thru until 10pm. They need the time to clean, which includes the ice cream machine, so no ice cream or shakes after 9pm 😕 The guy working the drive thru was great. He let us use our two coupons instead of having to do 2 seperate orders. Get to the window to get our food and he asks if we want any ketchup or onion ring sauce. What the...? This is the first time Ive even heard of onion ring sauce at bk.

The kids club is awesome. If I was a kid I'd come here instead of the Mickey D's on Hwy 18. My daughter loved it here and all the kids that were here too all got together to play a big game of tag. Great if you have kids. It was a little dirty in the dining area but considering how busy it was. Not a big deal.

Love the Whopper with cheese.🍔 Tacos are much better than Jack in the box🌮 Problem is, like all the other fast food places, Burger King has just gotten way to expensive! 💰 I had the bacon whopper w cheese today and it was $9.99 ! I remember when a whopper was 99 cents. I know inflation is out of control now, but that's ridiculous. I spent $16.13 for lunch today and that's with no drink. I can eat at Olive Garden for that price. It's Definitely not worth going out for fast food anymore...

They need to start enforcing the height limit in the play place. It's for kids 4 foot and under, not 5'6" wearing cowboy boots! There is even a big orange sign that explains this. This has happened more than once, making it unsafe for my 4 year old.

Air conditioning was down so it was hot on the main dinning side. One family came in and turned around and left due to this. The staff is friendly and the play structure is the best I seen yet. Great place for little guys.

It's Burger King, nothing to different from other locations but the service is good at this particular location. The food could use a little work however. It just seems like the food at this location is always a little on the cold side for some reason. I've been to other locations where the food comes out piping hot and is much more enjoyable. If going to this location I would recommend eating the food on site. If you try to bring it home it will be near dead cold by the time you get home even if you live close by.

I used to enjoy going here, but my last visit was quite unpleasant. The staff messed up my order and were very rude about their mistake, acting as if it was a major issue. I had to go through the drive-thru again to pay for what they initially forgot to give me, and I was overcharged. For two large Cokes and two large fries, I ended up paying an additional $20 on top of the $30 I had already spent on two burgers and two pies. I had ordered two combo meals, but they insisted that I didn’t order drinks, even though drinks are included with the combos.

It’s a nice new Burger King and they have really good deals in their app so I decide to stop in. The food was OK and the wait wasn’t very long but he got one of my burgers wrong. He messed up the ladies order in front of me as well. Like I said there’s good deals in the app like three original chicken sandwiches for eight dollars nevertheless I will not be rushing back. There are too many burger places on Bear Valley Rd. to choose from.

Last Monday on 2//19/2024 I stopped by Burger kink to get a special duo, Jr whopper for five so I went to the drive-through so the wind was blowing pretty hard first window I paid my bill. I drove up to second window. I didn’t notice, but maybe didn’t see that there was a part of a 2 x 4 and had fallen off the wall where they have nailed the plastic to the wall because they’re doing remodeling a reconstruction on the building and fallen off the building and was in the drive-through as I pulled out my back tire caught. It had a nail, and it was clearly inside sidewall of my tire, causing me a flat no big deal, except for no one came out no one offered any help. No one even went to look to see why the board was there or what happened people were rude and caused me a great grief I do like to Burger King for the most part. I’ve always had great service good food today. I guess they were asleep at the wheel. Typical Monday thing or maybe the contractor that remodeling the place doesn’t care.

Food was okay, but over priced. Staff was friendly enough. Bathroom was disgusting. About what I would expect at a fast food joint.

My family and I were having a great time. We ate and enjoyed our food, my kinds shortly went to play. Soon after, my sons came back, 2 of the 3 came with scratches and some blood drawn. I then told my eldest to go tell someone from BK. what had happened. I was listening while my son was telling Claudia the manager what happened, she told him in an uncaring tone "just be more careful" and send him on his way. Without​ any concern where it happened, so this would not occur to anyone else. Coming from a manager it was unprofessional, ignorant, and inconsiderate. I believe a person like this should not be in management, she should be demoted. I hope, it does not happen to anyone else and experience this type of treatment.

It only gets 2 stars because my kids did have fun in the play place but otherwise it was hotter inside then outside. On top of that well waiting for our food I had to swat away flies flying all over me. Well watching 4 or 5 at a time landing on the front counter and the manager acting like she didn't see me swinging at the flies trying to land on my food she just served.andddd the kids area was supposedly closed when we got there but no signs saying so but manager had no problem coming to tell us so once we were comfortable and ordered our food. It was supposedly closed because there was safety hazards which were noticeable where the foam met the floor about a 3 in difference no smooth transision and our kids coming to us telling us it was so hot inside the felt that they were going to pass out...that was enough for me so we took our food to go and hope Mr Burger King Puts Some money on the inside of his palace instead as of the new paint job they were doing. Hope they get a AC update or just full inside remodel ASAP

Starting off with positives, staff was really friendly and we received our food promptly. Food was accurate and at an acceptable temperature. The play area is huge and the kids love it. Now for the reality check this establishment desperately needs to hear... This place smells awful. As soon as we walked in we were hit with a wall of it. It reeked of a nauseating aroma of old greasy food and years of stale breath and body odor stagnating on the walls. The bathrooms were even worse. Putrid is the best way to describe. This place is long overdo for a renovation. No amount of deep cleaning can erase the decades of neglect. The walls are stained with caked on food, debris and scuff marks. It's so dated on the enterior and it's really hard to enjoy your time in a building under these conditions. Every other fast food restaurant has upgraded at least once in the last 30 years, why can't they?

I've gone to the drive-through here many times and had no problem, but this time I decided to go inside. Huge mistake! I couldn't get over how rude the staff was! No smiles, no eye contact, no "thank yous", no friendliness of any kind! The dining room was filthy, I had to clean my own table and seat. I watched the lady at the checkstand wiping her mouth with her hand and then going over and bagging french fries! GROSS!! I was so disappointed. I'm hoping I just caught them on a bad day because they are the only Burger King in Apple Valley. 😞

Stopped by to ask a few questions about their party room. The man who was talking to us (Johnny) was extremely helpful, but his team leader was very pushy and rude. Would have brought 20 something people, but no thanks.

The food was served quickly but didn't appear freshly made. Their 10 chicken nuggets for $1.49 were flavorful but found to be dry. The $6 King box, a good deal but not visually appealing. Shakes for $3.69 was small size. Oreo cheesecake looked old and tasted stale. Chocolate sundae only syrup no nuts or whip creme. I'm not a regular BK patron and an old gift card brought me in today. There is plenty of seating. There is a kids play area but did not enter the area.

These people are the most slow, and the most rude bunch of workers I have ever ordered from. They will leave your food sitting and have you just waiting. No wonder BK has went down hill. I will never ever go here again. Bring back the old Burger King back when you can get a hot Burger...

Paid $10.00 for a whopper meal with small fries and a small drink decided to dine in my order was ready right away came to my table cold and the bun fell completely apart had to eat my whopper with a knife and fork. They got two items on my order wrong. Also didn't have advertised frozen strawberry Fanta. Since 7th st location closed up, this Burger King is 10 miles one way from my home. I do like their special on chicken nuggets, whoppers. But they need to concentrate on the orders.

The food was OK, but, the sodas were super gross. There were tons of flies inside and it was too hot. If they had it air conditioned, Maybelle, I would overlook the or rest of the complaints. So, basically, it sucked¡

The staff is rude and they gave me old stale fries with stale old chicken sandwiches and old burgers I spent good money here and got old food on top of rude customer service. Never again am I eating at this nasty place. Drove into drive thru for a quick fish sandwich. NEVER AGAIN. The cashier was to busy to help me because someone was dumping trash in their dumpster. She finally gave me my card back, drove to the pick-up window and waited 15 minutes for my order. The cashier was running around trying to get pictures of the car/person who dumped trash. When I finally got my order (3 cars behind me now) I asked what took so long and was told its fried at order, then she slammed the window shut! Would have accepted this comment if the sandwich had actually been hot!! One question, when did the customer stop coming first?

We've eaten here without any issues for a long time. This time the young man at the drive thru was having trouble with their intercom. He quickly became extremely rude. One star is too much. We left without food because of him and will not go back.

830pm lights in drive through off sign off. I did not know if it was open. I pull in and order food, I pull up to the window and give my card. The woman at the window is texting on her phone. I get the food and guess what, food was terrible threw it away. Now today the next day sick unable to work. I have not been to Burger King in awhile, but with this experience I will never again. Such a nice Play place for the kids, Restaurant is in HORRIBLE Shape and I've called BK Corp twice to resolve the cleanliness and Safety Issues at this place, But they don't seem to care because nothing has been done. Spoke to a person named Shawna that said she was the manager on 3/29/2013. I ordered a Whopper w/Xtra cheese,heavy onion and a 9 piece chicken fries for a total amount of $17.00. Didn't get the Xtra cheese that I paid for and my food was COLD!!!. The receipts here Never print well. I'm upset because who wants to drive back after they get home and is hungry for exactly what they ordered and paid for? I wish I could post a picture of the B.S I got. They're website doesn't allow for photos and I wonder why?

We moved to Apple Valley in 2013 and here we are in July 2022. This Burger King consistently sells lukewarm burgers, never ever hot and fresh. I visited Burger King in Chico and theirs were hot and delicious. I don’t know what the problem is with Apple Valley Burger King but we are done giving chances. No wonder it isn’t nearly as busy as a good Burger King should be. Don’t waste your money here.

First off the app wasn't working for this resturant. Secondly, the employee taking orders was Rude, did not smile, and called wrong number out to the wrong order This issue was addressed and she ignored it. Our order took 30 minutes to place for indoor dining. Not good at all.

Food was "ok" and the kids play place could use some cleaning. I think places that have play places should employee someone full time to make sure things stay clean. This one keeps getting worse and worse every time I go. I love for my kids to have fun but I also hate to let them go in there. Please hire someone just for this position.

My food was not hot, could not get the Morticia shakes, as they had run out of the flavor shake to make it with, the tables weren't clean, will only return if I can get the Morticia shakes made correctly.

I'm only giving one star because then the employees have all been polite. Do not pull into their drive thru close to closing. Even if you are next in line the second it turns 10pm, they'll send you on your way. They'll say sorry you pulled up at closing. No, I didn't pull up at closing. I was already waiting in line. Everyone in line at that time within reason should still have their order taken. I'm already in line. If they won't take anyone after 10 when already in line then someone should stand out there and not let anyone through passed a certain time.

Went through the drive through got an 8 piece mozzarella fry to get home n find that they charged me for an 8 piece but only gave me 4. guy handed me my oder with a rude attitude and proceeded to close the window couldn't even get marinara?

Gave this place several chances already and every time something was wrong 3of those times the food was not cooked properly (raw batter on chicken nuggets) other times I did not receive all items I paid for. Location is actually not clean. For covid 19 pandemic you would think they would properly sanitize and clean specially behind counter were they food prep. I must say however that the lady that seems like the manager there has a great personality towards customers ..

Staff is very friendly, the food quality isn't always the best but you get what you pay for. My concerns are the cleanliness of this facility I took my 4 daughters and wife here we are in the play area. I sat down there was old fries around my table. There were 2 members of the staff who greeted me one whom wiped down the table next to me saw the mess on the floor said hello and walked away never came back to clean the mess around here. Usually I'm not that kind of person to complain, and I'm not writing this review for any compensation or free food I don't care about that. I'm writing it for someone to make some kind of change to how the area where our kids play is kept up but I haven't really come to Burger King often but after today I'm not sure I want to I know how the food service is, I used to work for McDonald's. Maybe their success is due to the fact that they have a maintenance crew for the up keep. That way it keeps the food workers able to concentrate on food orders, and there is still cleaning going on without the compromising of being backed up in the kitchen I don't know hopefully if I decide to come back there will be some sort of change.

Service is good and food is good but they will find any excuse to close down the play area. It's 3pm on a wensday and it's closed. They closed early the other night for cleaning. I'm sick of seeing my kids cry cause they kick us out early or they're closed again because they don't want to clean it

Me and my brother were excited to go to Burger King for the first time in forever, me and him were playing on the play place like normal. We played on there for about 30 minutes. We weren’t being mean to any kids or breaking any rules. We were being really responsible and respectful, even playing with the little kids nicely. Then the manager came and started being VERY RUDE! she was yelling at us just because were to tall. We are still kids so I don’t see a problem it’s not like we’re teenager's. WERE STILL KIDS I DONT SEE A PROBLEM?!! When we were getting ready to go a REALLY nice worker was talking to us. Please talk to the manager because they need to learn manners.

Doesn't accept online or in App ordering. That's where I do my ordering for all fast food anymore. The good deals are there, better than clipped coupons. Especially nowadays with money tight. This location is only 1 mile away but I do business with the other fast food places close by because of online ordering and ease of accumulating rewards perks. Sorry guys but get into the 21st century and make it convenient for more people to do business with your establishment.

These people are filthy they should not be handling food On top of that, I ordered a few smoothies. They took 20 minutes to get them to us and still never got them to us. We’re on our way out leaving ask for a refund. The manager asked me to dig in the trash to find the receipt. Also, I have to say she looked filthy as well. One of the lady workers that works there is very rude. We've gone on Wednesday with our kids Avery time she takes our orders she has attitude. My kids have more manners than her. If you dont like your job just quit all you do is cost the business costumer. I hope she's not a manager at this location, that would be very disappointing. I came here after work with my Children to have a nice peaceful dinner with my kids . Im a single mom of four and also a general manager OF A restaurant. We came here to not be greeted . To be sold they were sold out of the how to train a dragon meal . Also to be told that the ice cream Machine is broken . Christina was very rude to my children as well as myself . The shift manager wasnt any more helpful and or nice . The atmosphere become unwelcoming very fast . The place was extremely dirty . I will never come back to this location again.

The manager put my food on the counter. By the time I walked up she walks away didn’t offer me sauce for my food or anything. I had to wait for another employee to come and insist me. Also I ordered sundaes and the ice cream was completely hollow in the middle.

I attempted to place my order in the drive thru but their speaker system is absolutely horrible! I gave up because I couldn’t hear them and they couldn’t hear me. So I proceeded to the window to place my order. I stopped at the first window and noticed a large unhappy woman at the window doing something but never acknowledged me or signaled to me that she could help me so I went to the next window. When I stopped there I was told by the an employee that she could t take my order then I was told the unhappy woman at the first window was the manager. So when she came to the window, I explained that I couldn’t hear them and they couldn’t hear me. When I stopped at the window you never even acknowledged me so I pulled up to this window. She told me she was aware of the speaker system being bad but she was helping the person behind me 1st and I would have to get back in line. I said I only want two burgers and she just looked at me. So I said well I’m not getting back in line, I’m here. She said I can just call the cops! She slammed the window shut and did just that... As a manager you would think she would have the skills to resolve a simple situation. I came to spend money, not to be treated like dirt. This person lacked any customer service or respect for the customer. I don’t this she’s had any training. Law enforcement have actual crimes to prevent. There was no crime but I’m pretty sure she dialed 911 because I waited for about 5min. Then when I left I got pulled over. I’ve never been disrespected more by an establishment. This is a franchise store by the way so no corporate oversight. They’re free to do as they please and free from ever seeing another dollar from me 1st time here and last. So beware!
