Great coffee and affordable, tasty and I got 2 things. Golden eagle and banana special with mocha.

It’s always quick and efficient every time I come here. This place is my happy place. Especially when it’s near the holidays.

Drove an hour out of my way to get my Dutch Bros while visiting LA. They have really good coffee and energy drinks with more customizations, flavors and toppings than anyone could ever hope for. Love these guys! Pro tip: download the app for free coffee!

Wish i can give alot of stars all the employees there are awesome. Going to Starbucks is like seeing a long distance cousin but at Dutch bros it feels like home. Lots of goood ppl in this establishment me and my fiancè adore all of them and they all know our dog canelo they all deserve a good raise and lots of kuddos.

Everyone was super sweet, and very patient with me, since it wasy first time at Dutch Bros. also since it is raining, I really felt bad I took a long time to figure out what I wanted as well. I decide on a large Strawberry sparkling drink, and a chocolate chip muffin top. The drink,and snack were delicious, and I will go back.

I placed the mobile order before leaving my place and got my drink (9-1-1) by a nice young lady at the pick up window. No line at 630am! Coffee is tasty. Nice pretty and quality cup! Place is clean and parking is no problem because it’s early.

Since I no longer buy Starbucks🤮, today I tried for the first time, DutchBros . The coffee was delicious 😋, and what I liked the most was the customer service. The young guy taking my order asked me very respectfully if I preferred to place my order in Spanish 😁 then he wished us a safe and happy day. Then, at the window, the other guy was also very friendly and polite. I will definitely go back.

This location’s drive thru is always busy but employees do a good job in taking orders and serving orders in a timely manner. I highly recommend their cold brew (low calories) or the Annihilitor or Kicker if you are in need of something strong. Employees seems to be friendly and attentive at this location.

The best sugar free anything. They can make any drink sugar free. I just wish they would open one in Whittier. I literally drive 30 mins to get this coffee. I have tried many sugar free coffees. I swear once you have a sugar free coffee from Dutch, you will feel like you are cheating. I even add protein shake to them. Did I say they are the best. Worth the drive but please come to Whittier

I haven't had the food or went through the convenient drive through, the customer service woman who answered the phone was extremely good! Is what came to mind first. I wasn't planning on making a phone call, despite not getting the outcome I desired, her character changed my mood for the better in the short phone call I had which is always a good thing. Today was the first time that my family and I had to wait around 45 minutes. The order staff was very helpful and courteous the problem was waiting for our drinks that long , it felt like fooorrrreeeeeevvv vveeeerrrr. We we go it's usually tops 15 minutes or less but not today.

On a roadtrip and stopped to get our coffee. Always, the baristas are very friendly and this one was very talkative. By the time we left, my ear was hanging on by a tendon😆. Anyway, keep it up! Love the holiday cups.

I live in Carson. But was in the area. I like their H2O flavored water. It's reasonable. But nothing I would drive far out for again.

Ordered here for two drinks through drive through. Took over 20 minutes sitting in drive through. Got up to the window and they tried to give us someone else's order. Told them they have the wrong order and what we ordered. They seem a bit disorganized here. I live in Texas and the DB are a bit more organized, they give you the drinks once you get to the window and you dont have to wait too long.

Great coffee period, but never order at the window. They fumble the bag on that. They get the drive thru going 4x faster so they wont back up. Then forget your order at the window and hit you with an oops. 3x it happened just a Tip to go through Drive through, that's it.

The vibes are great! The energy from the team is great. Only issue is that half the time the drinks i order are usually wrong 💀

Been giving this location a chance over and over but it doesnt get any better. The service and wait time is always lacking. Never fails that an employee is taking my order and they just leave me hanging and talk to a co worker in front of me. Cant have their attention for a simple 2 drink order. To top it off the wait is well over 20 min. ordered drinks at 4:43pm. Still sitting in drive thru waiting and its 5:03pm. Mind you there was only 6 cars ahead of me when I orderded. Line didnt move once for a solid 6 min. No one at the walk up window so makes me wonder why the long wait. Drink is good but the service is not it. Citrus location is 10x better.

Window orders are processed at snail pace. I ordered for window pickup only to wait 20 minutes because they forgot about my drink after I had checked in. The check-in experience is bad enough that the cashier has no idea how to do her job. She's completely unaware of who's next in line. Prefers chatting it up with the staff inside. Walk ups seem to be given priority over people who have mobile orders. Music is blasting like we're at a live concert and the drive thru is rough. The establishment is overrated and their coffee is diluted. Felt like I was drinking iced water with a subtle hint of coffee. Folgers coffee tastes better than this...and that's high praise for such a bad coffee brand.

The system that they have for drive up is horrible. They always have one lane backed up and then let whoever manages to go on the other lane before. The barista are somehow barely starting my drinks even after waiting for over 10 minutes.

I came here from Pico Rivera. I ordered ahead. And it’s been 15 mins since I arrived and my order still not ready. Unbelievable. What was the point of ordering ahead and putting I’ll be there at 10:15 to pick it up? It was a 17 mins drive. I left my house at 9:55! Horrible. I saw cars that got went in and out before I got my drinks. For a Sunday morning this was a very terrible crew. I don’t mind paying a lot for this drinks compared to Starbucks, but dude.

I ordered the new Mexican chocolate breve latte. The girl at the window at around 1:50pm, she had angel bites, was very rude about giving me my drinks. I tried the one I got, and I told her it wasn’t right. (I have gotten it before from this same location) The drink was not sweet, or creamy, and it didn’t have cinnamon sprinkles. The drink tasted like straight up black coffee and had no sprinkles or cinnamon. She was very dismissive and was pretty much gaslighting me that the drink was correct when in fact it WAS NOT.

If you want to wait for your coffee for almost 45 come here! Ridiculous wait time!

Order a 20oz coffee and got half only!! I was staying in Monrovia for work so I drove 25 min to get a bad product. There were no cars behind me fyi. Reading other comments makes me think this is a bad Dutch :( ...

This location always takes a long time with the mobile orders . You order ahead it gives you a specific time and you still have to wait an additional 15 minutes for your drink . It’s unfortunate

If you're looking to order online for pick up, be advised that your estimated time is not accurate and you will be forgotten about. It took me two times to recognize that this place is not properly trained for online orders. Both times we ordered for pick up were the same, we got there and our drinks were not ready, no big deal it's understanble. We waited over 20 mins and still no update or anything from the rep. and once I lost my patience and asked for a status on our drinks, I find out the drinks have been sitting there ready all along (ice melted and all). The reps lack customer service skills, no apology nor a single word from their mouth, literally just hand the drinks to us like it was a normal thing for her. Hopefully they get it together, but like I said this is not the place for online orders.
