⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had such a great experience at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar! Steven was our server and he was very knowledgeable and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Service was fast from start to finish. They had a spritzer special — 3 for $25, which was totally worth it and such a good deal. My favorite dish was the honey feta dip (so good, I’d come back just for that). Drinks were great, the food was good quality and a great value, and I loved that they’re dog-friendly — they even have food for dogs! The patio was warm and comfortable too. Great vibes all around. Definitely coming back 🐶🍹

Delicious food and great service! Not sure if I should feel bad or not for leaving zero tip, only because they added a tip to our bill and there was only 4 in our party. We were going to leave a generous tip because service was excellent, until we noticed the tip was already already added.. I've always known there's an automatic tip on a party of 6 or more. Has that now changed to party of 4?

Went for their popular pot roast…..had the potential for being a great dish. But they only give u the smallest amount of gravy/sauce for the roast. This makes the dish very dry. Why they cheap out on the cheapest part of the dish……..decent amount of meat and potatoes. Sorry no pics. Place is pretty good. Probably be back to try other dishes. Just have to skip the pot roast unless they offer a side of gravy.

My wife and I ordered lunch here today. The Cauliflower Buffalo wings were pretty good and the fries were amazing. Super crispy, just the right give, lots of flavor. I ordered the pulled bbq sandwich (pictured). Fantastic flavor and texture profile, stuffed beyond the bun (a must to feel like you got your money's worth). My wife's burger was the only disappointment. I kid you not, it tasted just like a whopper. So basically she bought and overpriced whopper according to flavor profile. Neither of us thought it was stellar. Everything else was good though. But the waiter wasn't really all that attentive and he didn't seem like he was thrilled to be working. Count your blessings sir, I was out of a job till recently and would have killed for a job. Be happy you're able to cash a check every week!

This place was packed and were plenty of seats indoors, outdoors and also the bar area! I only tried one dish so couldn’t rate the rest of the menu but definitely will be back to try more if have a chance in town! Definitely need reservations or might be long waits if you have big parties!

Visited Lazy Dog Restaurant and had a delightful meal. Started with the flavorful cauliflower bites, followed by Chicken Parmesan and Hot Chicken Sandwich, both 8/10. Enjoyed the Pineapple Mojito and Sangria Flight, 7/10. The highlight was the excellent service, making for a good visit.

I asked for extra crispy fries and that's exactly what I got. Delish. But, no ketchup or anything, and it took a bit it to get it when I asked. Our server did check on us often. My burger was OK, could've used something to add flavor, like salt on the burger or some "special sauce"

Burger was cooked well. I ordered it medium well and it was perfectly toasted but the flavor overall was so so for me (personal preference, not due to cooking). There was one server whose name I didn’t get that was pretty unfriendly. The guy that took our order was prompt, nice, and efficient. The one who brought our food had an obvious attitude. I said hello to him and even cracked a joke. He literally completely ignored me. Then I asked him for some sauce or soemthing and he acted annoyed. My coworker noticed this as well so it definitely wasn’t just my perception. The menu overall was a little quirky for my liking and the decor of the restaurant wasn’t relaxing or impressive in my opinion. I’m not saying don’t go. I’m just saying I wouldn’t go back. There was nothing that would interest me enough to return.

Been to 4 of these chain restaurants and I would not place it on the bottom. For this location, I give it 3.3 stars...

Well all the reviews sounds great..but I actually have not been here yet .tempted..but as I was looking at the website on the menu.. it does not price nothing on any items.. fancy I guess!! But alot of people like to know what there in for going somewhere new ..price would be good and recommend..I really don't see the purpose of not showing it..well as a customer I'm capable of affording any dinner but it's the principle of it all..let's be honest no matter who you are everyone looks at price..I really would love to try this place.. but only this issue is holding me back. Put prices ..!!!!

Nachos were terrible. For the price($25) I feel like they can do much better. Seems like canned cheese wiz poured over the top of tortilla chips with what seemed like canned diced tomatoes and shredded chicken from costco with a blended tomatoes sauce. I know better than to complain about food. But do better please. Nachos should have actual melted cheese, black beans, green onions, fresh diced tomatoes, sour cream and whatever protein you choose at the very least but these were terribly depressing and bland. Fries were delicious. Service was good. Burger was okay.

It's February 28th 2026 4:40 pm and I'm inclined to write this review because I came here just now with my family and brought my service dog and she was seated with us and my dog was well behaved and the waiter we had was great he brought some of our food but then the manager who is a female brought us a plate and startled my dog and my dog popped her head up and the look on the managers face was with disgust when she seen we had a dog and rolled her eyes and that attitude is unacceptable and just walked away when my father was explaining to her that my dog's head popped up because she was startled she was ignoring my dad as he was talking to her and when the manager walked away she was telling the waiter that there can't be dogs. It's understandable if dogs are not allowed but my dog is a service dog and also there's a way to go about things. The only thing that manager should be disgusted with is her own attitude and I hope she reads this review because I'm beyond upset I took my food to go. The waiter was amazing tho great personality and attentive. The manager doesn't deserve her title. She's lucky I didn't tell her off because I really wanted too! I've been coming here for years and unfortunately I will no longer be coming back.

Place sucks the last two times I was there the food was terrible, over cooked, wings came to the table with all the bones broken and they were tiny wings too. I told the server I'm not eating this crap. The servers are all mediocre at best with their customer service skills. It's a shame because it used to be a pretty good place. I won't be back.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Lazy Dog in West Covina (1440 Plaza Drive). I’ve always been curious to try their food because of all the positive things I’ve heard and read, so I was excited to order their Pad Thai. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I discovered a hair in my food. Having worked in restaurants, I understand that mistakes happen, so I stayed calm and reached out to address the issue. Sadly, the customer service only made things worse. I was transferred twice, put on hold for an unreasonably long time, and ended up speaking to someone named Steven. He refused to tell me who the manager on shift was or connect me with them, only promising I’d get a call back. By that point, the waiting and frustration had already killed my appetite. An hour later, a manager named Kelly finally called me. While he suggested I reorder the meal for delivery and promised a refund, the damage was already done. I had completely lost my appetite, and the resolution felt hollow. In the end, I was left feeling like nothing was truly resolved, and I just wasted my time and money. I was really looking forward to my first experience at Lazy Dog, but this incident has left a bad impression. I hope no one else has to go through something like this at this location.
