We live an hour away from this incredible location and we can't wait to come back! The chicken is amazingly fresh and cooked to perfection, better than the other kfc’s we’ve gone too. Also customer service was really good!

I went into the KFC/Taco Bell and the stores was very clean. I was greeted with smiles and acknowledged. Francisco took my order and was very polite and professional. Service with a smile. I’ll be coming back again and recommend my friends to come here.

It has gotten a bit pricy. The chicken seems smaller it was disappointing.

I don't know what's going there the service use to be great but now the service is terrible. They tell us to wait back from the windows until the food is ready WHY???

Drove thru. Wanted to compare their chicken sandwich with Popeye's and Mc Donald's. Crispy and taste fine but way too dry. Hardly any sauce. Paid by CC. Didn't get the receipt.

This is one of the combination KFC and Taco Bell locations. Service is very good, and the food quality it's not bad. But the menu, bring a combination of chicken and Mexican food, is very confusing.

The engineer who designed this KFC should be demoted to a chicken fryer. You park your car and it's like a mile walk to the restaurant. Drive thru is really weird too. A lot of times drive thru cars block the entrance.

Combo KFC/Taco Bell. Unfortunately I went in the drive thru which was a mistake. The line was long and took forever. Every car wad asked to wait before placing their order, delaying everyone. By the time i received my order i was going to be late for work so i took off. Get onto the street and realize they didnt give me my drink. Turn around and walk inside. The employees didnt even realize they forgot to give me my drink. They gave me a cookie for my ibconvenice which was appreciated but that made me even later for work. Not visiting this location again

I went to kfc and ask for no gravy on my mashed potatoes. When I came home there was gravy on it. I hate gravy! That guy, I don’t know who is all I know is he had tattoos, was not paying attention. By the way your biscuits taste disgusting.

Hello and as Good Evening All, the Reason for the 2 Stars was for the price! MU GOODNESS!! I mean I know everything's gone up but, Cheeses!! I bought a 3 piece meal with the mash potatoes and gravy. That set me back like almost dollars. Don't get me wrong Folks, the food was good and we were hungry waiting for our Grandson's lab people to draw blood from him to leave for Home.

I only come to this place cuz I'm working nearby and it's the only food so far been there three times they don't give you a receipt the first two times they overcharged me I ordered off the Y2K menu four items in a soda they charge me $26 today I went there I had a coupon for a combo which comes with a drink plus I ordered an extra drink they tell you to pull forward and then when they came out they only brought one drink I said you owe me one more drink he said oh well we only charge you for one I said yeah and then the other one comes with the combo he goes inside comes back out and says yeah the drink you got is the one that came with the combo I said okay well where's the one I ordered he said well could you come back in and reorder cuz we didn't charger for it I said well where's my receipt he says there's no receipt so I didn't end up with a drink so I only ended up with one drink and I don't care if I have to starve I'm not going back there horrible customer service I got ripped off for a drink and I got ripped off the day before and they purposely don't give you a receipt so there's nothing you can do about it and when you ask for a receipt they say there is no receipt

I ordered the 8 meal pieces for $23.99 today and I asked the cashier to give me all the pieces crispy (because she didn't even asked me) but as I got home, I noticed they gave me 4 original and the other 4 crispy. Also, the two crispy wings looked like they have been reheated for quite a few days. It used to be a good KFC but now it is not good

Was not given what I ordered. Meal was cold. I was charged 22 dollars for 2 number one meals. Went back twice and still was given the wrong order. Terrible experience in my opinion. I will never go there again.

How do you forget to give someone half of their meal? Got a meal combo and when I got home to eat it my sides were missing. Also the guy asked me 4 times what sauce I wanted and still gave me the wrong one. Horrible employees here beware.

Cashier Gerado, is rude to customers, I asked him to substitute the shredded Chicken with Grilled chicken he said substitution is extra as this is not regular Taco Bell. I wounded if thats true. I agreed to pay for that. When he gave me the receipt he Tore the survey section and gave it to me. When I said I want to take survey he gave me someone else survey code. I asked then said I want to talk to manager, After waiting for 10 mins there was a person called Joshua came and said he is the manager. I asked him why did cashier tore off the survey section and gave the receipt. He said we were told not to give survey codes to customers. I wounded if this is the new policy of KFC or Taco Bell. I asked him who told, he told me General Manager, I asked for general managers name said we are informed no to give the details. He said you can call 1800.... They will give you the manager name. I wounded will there be any worst customer service in whole america. I later said I want to cancel the order and would like a refund. Joshua said he can give me cash. I said I wanted it to be credited back into my card. He called someone and then refunded. I would like to here back from KFC and Taco Bell franchises I this is what they train employees to give best customer service. Grow up people....!!

Very very horrible customer service. Cut my order short and didn't apologize. They Work very slow. I ordered a Zinger combo and a large coke which made me waited 20 mins

-1⭐️ They have a bug problem. I ordered at the drive thru and when I got home a roach crawled out of the bag. I phoned them to let them know and they seemed unconcerned, so I've never returned.

Staff claimed to be serving 2 thighs and 1 leg for 3 piece combo but served 2 breasts 1 leg instead. Staff unable (or apathetic) to distinguish the difference. 👎

High chance your order is wrong. I suspect management tells employees to get the order wrong on purpose to save money, since they got my order wrong consistently the exact same way 3 times in a row. I love KFC, but I pay extra to avoid this specific location.

I went Friday, February 27, 2026 I recently went to this KFC and had the worst customer experience of my life. The food was cold undercooked the associate was very rude and obnoxious she had attitude. I told her multiple times I needed hot sauce for both the burrito from Taco Bell and hot sauce for the chicken from KFC they also made me wait an extended period they didn’t tell me thank you and there was barely any napkins in the bag. Do not come here the customer service was absolutely ferocious.!!!!

I guess it’s my fault for not double checking the price but at actually why is it priced so high. And those nuggets are the size of half my thumb. Won’t come back EVER again.
