The service here is phenomenal always. Super nice people work there and it’s been consistently awesome service since I moved here a few years ago. When I was thinking of great local businesses to patronize in our area, this was the coffee spot the stood out. Unless I’m getting a matcha latte at Starbucks, I only get my caffeine from Jitter Bean!! Always my first stop after a 17 hour shift, yee haw 🤠

Amazing walk up service with the drive through slammed with a line at 8am. Cheerfully pleasant staff exemplary in carrying out their barista skilled duties. Had a 20oz brewed coffee with cream and sugar.

A huge fan of the “mocha explosion”, but to make it vegan, I ask for no ice cream and to use almond milk. The coffee is perfectly brewed every time- talk about consistency! New fan of this place and I will be coming back!

They have really good coffee here. We visited from out of town and liked it so much that we came back every morning all week.

This little drive-thru was everything I needed. Our hotel didn't have breakfast so we stopped here and the staff were so kind and helpful, they were so patient and answered all our questions. Food and drink was delicious but the service was what stood out, Very happy we stopped here!

This place has the BEST servers and coffee! They were open early and right off the main highway! The white mocha was just wonderful and I was so glad that I went here and not dutch bros. Support local and small, not corporate and large! This place is also really really cute.

Trying to be locally focused. This is the closest local coffee drive through for me. Of course I like doing starbucks, but my mom raised me to at least feel guilty if I don't act locally. Really though, better value than starbucks and relatively consistent product, which is important. And right around the corner.

1st time at the Valley West location and I was impressed! There was a long line, about 7 cars deep, and they had some out side taking orders! It took maybe 7 min. When I got up there, the staff was cheerful and helpful and very courteous! I will definitely be coming back!!!

Coffee was great! Just be prepared to be asked for change. There are a tone of homeless in the parking lot.

The only critical thing that I have to say is that they discontinued carrying the one of the flavors the go inside my breve. My ultimate favorite is a Kahlua and cream breve which contains both Vanilla & Coffee flavored syrups. They discontinued carrying the coffee syrup. Other than that it would be 5 star.

The staff was super friendly, but not unpleasantly so for pre-dawn early. The coffee was good, not bitter, and ready pretty quickly. They take an order at the window and can take the next order, so they seem pretty efficient, and it’s nice to be able to swing through. I didn’t look at the full menu because I knew what I wanted, so I’m not sure how extensive it is. It’s close to the 101, so while it’s not right on the road, it would be a totally acceptable short detour. You enter in the side of the little building closer to the 101, and drive away from the 101 to go through the drive through.

For a quick coffee fix this place did the job. The almond milk in my latte was a little over steamed and the java was a grade above the foldgers at the hotel.

They had an open sign went over there and they were actually closed even though they were employees in there the sign was flashing open they told me they don't open up for another 2 hours and I'm like well what the hell are you guys doing here you don't need to warm up a coffee pot for 2 hours so I left bad experience I don't know if the copies any good but the service and the way they run things is kind of weird I'll go get some coffee somewhere else

I really like their blended coffee but I learned today you can't get it before a certain time in the morning. Seems weird to me, never been to a coffee house that doesn't serve their whole menu all day. I tried my usual drink iced instead and it wasn't as good as the blended version to be honest.

Pretty upset that i just bought 3 drinks and then was told that they are not doing stamp cards anymore because of the virus... i will take my business to riptide instead. They need to fix this system, its not fair to people who have been building up rewards

I love Jitter Bean, but lately I have not been happy. Those girls in there are not making good lattes! I have had to have my drink remade on multiple occasions. Sometimes they forget the flavor. The worst is when they don't shake the oat milk before they pour it!! It is not milk, it needs to be shaken!!! So gross 🤮

I'm over Dutch Brothers so i dont go there anymore..and a small coffee shop with only drive-thru windows only so i went to jitter bean and I walked up to the window as a motorcyclist on this particular trip... typical of most coffee places young people inside that are employed..... I watched my order on the counter for more than 5 minutes while they talked about their vacation...coffee was good

Paid $2.15 for a not very strong 12oz coffee... Then after tasting it saw on there board that you could add a shot of espresso for .80¢ ... Ok fair enough I thought.... But the girl insisted on charging me $1.90 for the shot of espresso because the transaction was 1 minute apart... So $4.05 for a so so cup of coffee... Then she explained that I could have bought the same thing for 2.85...then said there is nothing she could do about it.... I will not be coming back.

We waited in line for about 10 minutes when we got to the counter the girl told us they were closed and they couldn't serve us because it was 4:30 and they close at 5pm. Super bad customer service! Ill never pass by again

I love this jitterbean, but some male cashier with a pony tail started working there and made my experience uncomfortable. He touched the lid of my drink right after playing with his hair and handed it to me, I am looking at it and trying to figure out what else he did. I don't have this type of issue anywhere else, except maybe the jitterbean exiting Eureka. Be normal to your customers, I'd make a complaint but I woke up and chose violence this morning. Is it worth touching my drink with your hair hands?

Drink total was $6.15, gave 20.25$ in cash. Was given 13.85 in change. Cashier unable to give correct change. Its only 15 cents but it's the principle. Prior to ordering, the cashier was BS'ing with her friends that ordered ahead of me. Inattentive. I got the same drink yesterday at JB eureka location and it was a dollar less. Price inconsistencies and Inattentive staff. Go to Riptide if you're in valley west.

She then just walks away from the register as the other two employees stood there staring at us. It seemed cleaned but other then that not a vibe for me.

Don't get me wrong, this place has good coffee, but I dislike how sometimes they like to close early. The ones they have in eureka don't do that, so why does this place?? You drive over there, and get there with 15min to spare and they refuse to serve you. It's just coffee, it's not like they are serving you a meal, it won't take that long.
