Fast service, plenty tables to eat , good food

I came to pickup my order 1hr after it was ready and they had thrown it out due to it getting cold. The worker I spoke to was beyond pleasant. She gave me a complimentary cup to choose any drink from the fountain and said they'll remake the order. It was ready within a few minutes! Awesome experience

Honestly never thought I would have ever said this, but panda Express has become my top 3 favorite Chinese food restaurants of all time. Food is quick to receive, there's great options, and I would say the food is very affordable. I recommend the Orange chicken of course (IYKYK), and the teriyaki chicken. Also, the teriyaki sauce packets they have are probably some of the best tasting teriyaki sauces I have had lol. Believe it or not lol.

felt i should go out my way only to give Charles a 5 star review. service is always good at this location but this one person always has such positive energy. Seems like he’s always having a good day even when other staff members seem fussy/bossy. This guys customer service is excellent and welcoming. Thanks Charles!

All I could say everyone was very nice and helpful, it got bussy, but they all kept working hard. I had to wait for some cheese ragoons, Tina was so nice , very great customer service and even gave me a water cup and politely ask me to wait and brought me my food.

My experience at this particular location was very pleasant. I was greeted when I walked in. Chris took my order and was extremely polite and very welcoming. He looked happy which that made me feel comfortable enough to ask him questions. I consider this pretty good eating. Small-batch cooking makes this "fresh food", not fast food. With a variety of healthy options, I can choose to "eat well" with, good, flavorful food - - or I can opt to mix it up a little and occasionally indulge in some different taste-treats. I definitely have my own favorites, but it can be fun to throw-in and try one of their other special entree options. The fun part is, I get to choose from what looks good to me at the moment. ...... And, all of this for quite a reasonable price. I think that getting the 2-plate (choice of 2 entrees) is probably the best deal - and I get plenty to eat. Panda is now a "go-to place" for me.

I placed my order online to save time and when I got there, my food was not ready. People that got there after I got to the restaurant, they ordered and were served sooner than me. I think the system is too slow or they just give more importance to people ordering right at the restaurant.

Im complaining about the chowmein in this location I came a few times already and I’ve noticed that their chowmein is low grade they put too much cabbage and onion that we barely get any noodles and it just doesn’t give it a good taste .. I’m just annoyed with the fact that everything is going up in price but the quality of everything is being down grated which is not good, if I’m paying I’m expecting good quality food and your location is not complying with that .. Get your act together and make some good food again !!

was kinda upset with the restaurant, after waiting for my food to be made for several minutes I ended up getting less food than whatever they put in there and felt bad because plus i waited but ended up having tiny portions of whatever.

The food is pretty good and the servers are somewhat friendly, they are meat pinchers here, more so than any other panda express. The portions are definitely not enough for the price your are paying especially when you have 2 other Asian cuisine restaurant with bigger portions and competitive prices and arguably better flavors. Choose wisely.

Give low rate today. Food was old. ChowMein was old at the bottom and this manager want to serve me this. I asked her no I don’t want that old one. She then turn and not apologize. Bad service today. Not the type of manager you would have.

They didn't have very much food when we went in and siad they would have to make more. We waited for a long time and got super hard crunchy orange chicken. None of the kids finished their food.

Came here last night and the food was cold and the counter people get upset when you ask them to make a fresh batch of food when the bowl is almost empty. I don’t know how long that has been sitting there sheesh.👎

They don't serve like before, they put a little food, no forks , no nothing if don't ask for chile or soy sals they don't give, they give only one soy and one chile sals and I ask for more because I have two plates y and she get mad 😁 food is good 👍

This place has horrible service first able after waiting for so long they messed up in my oder I asked for a third item and didn’t get my third item it’s not the first time it happens I asked for broccoli beef I got a bunch of broccoli and only 2 pieces of meat I also ask for koung pau chicken she only put one little scoop poor service.

I purchased a giftcard with a $25 amount went to get takeout and was paying one cashier stated 0 balance on card which I knew was impossible spoke to Panda Express customer support they showed a full balance turns out whoever was taking my order did not enter the 4 digit pin correctly and was giving major attitude like as if a $0 balance giftcard was purchased horrible service and shame on the worker who clearly entered the wrong pin #for the card clearly she needs to work on her customer service and treat the customers with respect and check who is wrong first can’t wait to go back and make sure that the pin #is entered correctly

The. employee there were super lazy.. I understand the pick up door and order door.. this employee wanted me to walk back to the order door when I’m at the pick up and just order a drink, she wanted me to walk back out to the ordering door just to hand her my cc and pay!!so ridiculous!!! The worst service ever. There is a Philippine girl, looks like she is a manager and she feels that she holds the power of the world. She could count the rise grains per portion if she had the time… the welcome greetings as you come in, is a big fat lie. lol

I had placed an order through Postmates that showed the arrival time of 10:55 am, and it suddenly changed to 12:50 pm so I contacted the store location and the person who answered was not helpful at all. She asked for my name and told me there was no order placed and while I tried to talk further to provide the order number, she hanged up on me. Very rude and I called 2 times after and no one answered. I'm aware it's partially Postmates fault, but I think it could have been handled differently.

Manager has a needless terrible attitude. I purchased an item that was not placed in my bag. In this location you are not able to be inside the location. So as a customer, you cannot see them prepare your order. I called for a reimbursement for the item they forgot to place in my bag and they refused. The cashier confirmed they missed the item. This was a stand alone transaction with the one item. That is basically theft. I guess this Panda Express is fine with stealing people’s money. This is actually the second time this happens at this location. Check your order thoroughly, otherwise you will be left with money stolen.

Horrible food, I got high blood pressure and got sick because of the food. Not a healthy alternative to fast food. They over cooked the beef they put too much sauce on all the entrees. The chow mein is dry no flavor and it's all cabbage. They have lost there touch. This location always messes up my order and the last few times I been here They made us wait for the food. Never eating panda express again 🤮

I came in today to buy food , honestly the food it’s good but such of horrible customer service , the line was really long outside and it was moving really slow ... I ordered 3 plates and wanted 3 water cups for the 3 of us, and the cashier was adamant that she can only give one water cup. The chowmein and the fried rice was cold and hard. Then when I asked for a new chow mein they said they would give me one, but then they forgot. The cashier (Isabella M.) was so rude to us.

I've given this location so many tries with online orders and in store orders. The food is never up to par compared to other Pandas I have visited. Customer service is not the best. The employees just don't seem happy. I blame management after having to encounter them myself. I will not be going to this location anymore.

The people that take your order are in Lala land never pay attention when people placing their order. Instead of chatting with other co-workers they should pay attention to the customers.. then employees be asking to be getting paid more money.
