The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and I was especially impressed with how tidy the kitchen looked. Got 2 ghost burgers one was even a 4 patty monster and was lettuce wrapped and prepared to perfection. The girl working the counter provides beyond excellence of service to the customers and the man preparing the food does a amazing job. 7pm on Oct. 2nd 2024

Service great, clean... but Carls is my favorite burger. Had a big Carl. Smaller patty than I've had at other stores...and dry ..like was cooked n reheated. Even bun a bit stale.

There was 1 person in front of me in the drive thru and I was there more than an hour waiting for my Chicken BLT. I ordered crispy... NOT BURNED. I was only able to eat half of my $7 sandwich ! AVOID this place if you're in a hurry to get somewhere. I would've still made it to work on time for my 30 minute break if it's just gone to McDonald's in Richfield !

Worst Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been , that had us wait so they could cut tomato and onion or if we wanted it sooner we could take it with out ,the bread east fully cooked as you can see in the picture , also I paid for two super stars meals , course it comes with double meat , well we got one meat on each meal 😂, my “super star was so sloppy that I had it because I’m a trucker and I can’t stop many times and I was hungry but , for sure I will never 👎 stop on this location again , I should mention they had a dog inside the kitchen , it was barking , hopefully the owner takes care of all this cause Carl’s Jr doesn’t deserve to get such a bad reputation for one bad location

I hate this location. Last time I came like ³ years ago, I ordered a guacamole bacon burger and they were out of guacamole or bacon. So I have avoided it and thought I would try them again. We stopped at 6:59 pm on a Friday night. As we were going inside the employee inside grabs the door to pull it closed and said sorry, we've already put everything away. Don't waste your time stopping here. They don't want the business.

The buns on my burgers were cold. The lady in the kitchen was touching her face and armpits all the time. She kept making French fries and didn't wash her hands. She just put on latex gloves and that was it.

Visited Friday 7/26. The store was pretty busy and you could hear employees asking where the manager went….well he was out in the tables watching movies on his phone. The store manager sitting around setting an example it makes sense why this location struggles so much!!! Need new management!!!!! They don’t get it. His employees did their best to pick up his slack!! Place used to be great sad to see it go so bad so often!
