Excellent service. It took a while (10 minutes) to get us a table because there had been a mix-up with the reservation, and they treated us to a portion of croquettes and a drink. The steak was delicious, and the cheeks were delicious. Great value for money. We'll definitely be back!

The food is spectacular. Both the meat and the fish. We had monkfish, turbot, and steak. Everything cooked to perfection and very well seasoned. The cheesecake is the best I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They could use some extra staff because the wait times are a bit long. An experience worth repeating.

We went for a vermouth and to eat the famous croquettes, which were delicious. We were lucky enough to have a very nice day, and we were able to enjoy the magnificent views. If you're driving, you have to be careful because the road is narrow and there are a lot of pedestrians, but it's a highly recommended place to visit on a nice day to enjoy the beautiful views while you have a snack and, why not, a portion of croquettes.

Arrate is worth visiting just for the views, and if you stop by this restaurant to treat yourself... well, need I say more? Everything was delicious, and thanks to the recommendation, we didn't overdo it. We've been back! And just as we expected, we had a fantastic meal! As you can see in the photos, all the dishes were extraordinary, prepared with care and great taste! For this reason, and because of the friendliness of the young woman who served us, I'm giving it a 5-star rating.

We went there for lunch with a group of 5 adults and a girl. A round table in a corner is perfect for a chat with good friends. A very beautiful place and a kitchen that matches the landscape. We visited on a Very busy day, during the Itzulia Tour cycling race. Even though we arrived late, we were warmly welcomed, and served simple but delicious food -- jamon, grilled green peppers, and whole Roasted monkfish. A lovely place to eat if you are in this mountainous region.

Third time's the charm. We'd tried it twice before, and when someone told me, "The food at Tiro Pochón is amazing," I was blown away. We went this time and had a fantastic meal. Exquisite food and excellent service. It's every bit as good as Artola or Ixua.

I'd heard it was one of the best places to eat, but being Galician, it left much to be desired. The scallops were scarce, tiny, and undercooked. The prawns were raw, and the sole was bland... but the worst part was that it was served with a slice of lemon. Where were the boiled potatoes? For the price... The food was very good, but I thought it was expensive. 100 euros total for one person for a turbot. With the starter and dessert, it seemed very expensive. I've literally had cheaper lunches in the Swiss Alps and the Norwegian fjords than at this restaurant.

Nada del otro mundo, te saca de una apurada pero no recomendaría ir expresamente a comer allí si quieres comer bien. Las porciones son ridículas por el precio en las que las ofrecen. Los fritos, tal y como he leído en alguna otra reseña, son un mix, pero ni siquiera llegaba una de cada tipo para cada uno, además de que para mi que son congelados. Los postes, desorbitados de precio, y bastante aceite para mi gusto en los platos. La camarera que nos toco se olvido absolutamente de todo, se le veía muy verde. El día que fuimos tuvimos que comer con chaqueta, ya que no tenían los radiadores puestos y hacia frio. Lo dicho, te saca de una apurada, lo bueno, las vistas, pero eso no es merito del restaurante.

Although the food was good, I think the prices are exorbitant for the type of restaurant (a plate of fried food was €16, and except for the croquettes, there wasn't even one for each of the other dishes, and there were three of us). We ate upstairs, but the restroom was located downstairs, making it quite inconvenient to go to the bathroom. Of course, that floor is inaccessible to people with reduced mobility. The tables are so close together that there's no way to walk between some tables, so there's no privacy when having a conversation. The waitresses were a bit curt or unfriendly. And what I found most disturbing was that they tried to charge me for bread I hadn't even ordered or touched, and when I complained about it, they tried to replace that price with a "tax" they called "service" (handwritten on the note), which wasn't even listed anywhere. After talking to the manager, she resolved it, and good for her, but the situation that ensued was a bit unpleasant for me... Right now, it's the only one in Arrate, and I think they're taking advantage of the situation. It was my first visit, but I don't think I'll be back.

We had the set menu yesterday. The service was good, the food was average, and the price was 14 euros. The views were good, but the only downside was that they were practicing pigeon shooting and the noise was annoying.

Con quince días de antelación solicitada la reserva, habiendo constastado que llevábamos un coche de bebé cuando llegamos a ocupar la mesa, una desagradable encargada nos dice que teníamos que subir al piso de arriba al mostrar nuestras sorpresa nos dice que la parte de abajo tenía preferencia la gente descapacitada, lo cual nos provocó.......... y al preguntarle por la discapacidad de la gente que se encontraba sentada, de malas formas le mando a una cámarera que nos llevará a una mesa que estaba libré. No creo que vuelva hacer uso del restaurante. Al bar tendremos que acudir cuando vamos al monte, porque desgraciadamente no hay otro sitio donde ir.

Very poor service. We booked a specific menu at a fixed price, and when it was time to pay, they wanted to charge us more and said that price didn't include VAT. One of the waitresses was very rude, and since the restaurant was packed, we were very cramped. Despite this, the food was quality and the setting was very nice. I wouldn't recommend it.
