I really enjoy visiting Panera. The staff that served us was courteous and friendly. (Not so much the staff that takes your order.) The soups, salads and sandwiches are pretty tasty, but over priced and such small portions! Still, it's very nice to meet at Panera with friends.

Went in for breakfast today. Delicious Sausage, Over easy egg, and cheese on a Brioche bun breakfast sandwich. It was great! Other people with me had same sandwich and one with Bacon as well. Had hot chocolate that tasted great as well. Good job Panera Bread AG!

We were a bit concerned after reading the negative reviews before coming here for lunch. They must be listening because we were pleasantly surprised by the great food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant. Would definitely eat here again.

A wonderful Panera! Unlike the SLO restaurant, it's very efficient, and organized. Tried the pizza bread, pretty good! We had a pretty complicated order, staff handled it perfectly! Definitely visiting again!

Its Panera. Good bread and deserts. nice sandwiches, salads, and soups. pretty good coffee. Soda and tea options. Nice place to sit with a group. This location is especially nice and clean. It has drive through. Never seen that before. No homeless or vagrants assaulting you in this area. If you stop here you are safe and it is nice. I say the homeless thing because it has become a plague to get 20 something drug addled youth floating around eating establishments in the parking lots demanding donations to their profligate life style. I am a big man so I dont have a problem telling them to back off. but my wife feels unsafe and will turn right around if she sees a gantlet in a lot waiting. I pray with them sometimes but again, I am a big man so pretty safe engaging. I feel for moms with kids having to thread through the pot smoke and cardboard signs and dogs to get to the door to the place.

I stayed at the hotel next door, working during the days, for a week and ate here for lunch multiple days. I didn't experience any of the complaints here....good service, good food, and pleasant to hang out in.

So for me when I read a review what I really want to know is if the person writing the review will actually go back and do business at this particular location again. Really that's all that matters right? It's either yes I can't wait to come back or no this place is not for me so what's my answer? The answer is ABSOLUTELY YES!! I purchased a chicken sandwich and a small chicken salad, it was very very good and conveniently located right next to the Hampton Inn I was staying at. I've never really eaten at Panera bread and I have to tell you I really liked it and I can't wait to go back.

From the moment I walked in, Damian greeted me warmly and made the whole ordering process easy and enjoyable. He walked me through the different pastry options, explained the bagel bundles, and showed me everything that was available so I could make the best choice. When it came time to pack everything up, Damian went above and beyond. He carefully packaged the items, individualized them into boxes, and arranged everything so it looked really nice and professional. You could tell he genuinely cared about making the order perfect. I also ordered coffee and a sandwich, and the team working that section was just as great — super quick, efficient, and friendly. My order was called out promptly, everything was correct, and I was in and out in no time. Overall, the entire staff was working smoothly and efficiently, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The food was fine, but we had to wait a considerable amount of time to get it. We were the only people inside the restaurant waiting for food - two breakfast sandwiches at 9:55 a.m. Evidently, we have to go through the drive-thru at this restaurant to get our food in a timely manner.

Location : conveniently located near hotel, shopping, and right off the freeway. Food : decent; not remarkable. Service : maybe it's just this location, but they don't offer you a choice of bread sides when ordering like other Paneras...they choose for you. Same with salad dressing if you don't specify. Not too cool.

Always good food, though I have had some trouble with drive through orders--accuracy as well as getting the right utensils and being able to give them my loyalty card number. my dining in experience is usually a 5 and my drive-thru experience has been about a 2/3 so I split the difference!

Meh, I personally believe panera bread is just a hospital cafeteria. Others may disagree, its not for everyone. I usually find their portions too small, and priced slightly high for what you get. But, I still give them chances to redeem themselves. Usually with same results.

I swung by the drive-thru to pick up soup for an elderly lady I take care of who was in convalescent care. I didn't know what she wanted, so I got one of each. She and I both tasted all of them and they were all absolutely delicious. They are her new favorite and she asked me to pick them up for her every time I am by it.

First time here. Ordered 2 pick two lunches to go. When I drove home I found out the order was wrong. Called up the store soke to Cory and explained the situation. He we very professional and resolved the issue. The store is very clean and Mary at the counter was super nice and professional as well. The food we got was yummy. Mistakes happen it's how you learn from it and move on that matters.

Came here for breakfast recommendation from my close friend who’s been raving on about this place for over a year to me. They were out of the Soufle which I found disappointing considering I only went in before noon. However garden caprese melt sandwich was nice, the half grilled cheese sandwich looks better than it is. 🌟 🌟 🌟 But the macaroons were amazing. Not had better macaroons seriously both flavours. I could have just ate a few boxes of them lol. And the hot chocolate was superb, cup size ridiculously huge though but managed to finish it off. Soufflé next time or don’t eat here, travelling all this way for a sandwich isn’t ideal.

The service was Slow, mostly accurate with the order with a couple of mess-ups. It was pretty expensive for 2 half sandwiches a half salad and a bowl of cheesy macaroni. (~$26.00) A lot of the tables needed to be bussed, Unless I was feeling very wealthy I don't think I would return.

Food tasty but sparse for price. I got real sick twice after eating here. Not sure my 3rd upset was from here...bad hospitalized. Great tea selection. Good loaf bread selection. Love their expensive bear claws, better than more expensive ones from Bear. Take pro/prebiotics before eating there!

The thing about Panera Bread is that it is a big franchise where you consistently get the same thing. Ours seems to run out of stuff,close the drive through early a lot. Not offering the consistency is a disappointment. However, everyone who works there IS consistently friendly, helpful, doing their best. The food they serve is good Panera Bread food. My recommendation is to not expect full service or the full menu in the last hour they are open. If you go earlier you will be happy with everything.

Not my favorite fast food place. Hasn't been for many years, and especially since it was acquired by JAB. For a place positioning itself as a bakery, the bread and pastries have been in decline for more than a decade. German efficiency, I guess, but you'd think the service would be better. I go for the bagels, only since our local bagel shop owner retired. Otherwise, nah...

Every time I come to this location something comes up. Most of the time they're out of bagett bread for sandwiches. At 6:00 pm. Panera Bread out of bread. If that's not an LoL, I'm not sure what is. Forgetting to put chicken on a chicken sandwich is frustrating. That is easily enough fixable, but shouldn't happen consistently. The workers are always friendly and professional.

Been Years of the same issue. The headset or the speaker at the drive thru doesn't work. Like seriously been a problem since the place opened... As a result drive thru order take ages... As everyone has to come to the window, order and wait... Just thought I'd leave this here. Maybe someone from corporate will fix it... Cuz it been years.

Today, We Ordered two chicken sandwiches which you could not even taste the chicken as it was like a sauce on the sandwich, maybe a tablespoon spread over the whole sandwich. The women’s bathroom was dirty, no toilet paper, paper towels not in the holder. Just the big roll on top of it. You have to tear off the paper towel, the trash was overflowing and paper all over the floor. The cashier did not knowcow to use the gift card. We were the only customer, no other cars in the parking lot or in the restaurant.

Very disappointing. Large Asian Chicken Salad. Six bites of chicken. Piece of bread was the saltiest bread that I've ever had. My wife had a Steak & Arugula sandwich. Very difficult for her to eat with the rock hard bread. I watched her struggling to cut it in pieces and again, pretty skimpy on both proteins. Neither item looked anything like the pics on the website. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Over priced. Not very clear on what was on their food items. I called to ask about their breakfast wraps and what she was on them and she simply said "the same stuf thats in a breakfast burrito" she wasn't rude but she wasn't supper helpful either. The portions were very small and mostly empty onto of it. Supper delicious though. I just dont think it was worth it. Having a drive through was a life saver. I am torn 🤷

I won’t go here again. 3rd time getting a sandwich and there was barely anything on it. The bread was stale and everything is overpriced for what you get. Do yourself a favor if you are in the 5 Cities area, go to Urbane Cafe, 10000% better all around.

Stop by Aroyo Grande on saturday 27, in san luis obispo was permanently closed. We order steak sandwiches and french onion soup, meat not fresh, slimy, the color old and cold. Come with a pack of chips was opened. So disgusting. Might be from yesterday they kept it. How they do that.

This is an update to my previous 3-stars I left but with no explanation. 9 months ago I went through the drive-thru and they were out of several items. This is understandable but my most recent experience has caused me to downgrade them to two stars. A different visit but I learned they were still out of items such as the chocolate chip cookie and candied pecans for my wife's salad. Those things happen but the extra disappointing part is we decided to dine in for a quick, quiet small dinner date together. What we did not get was quiet. We chose a table in the corner and next to us was a couple. Also eating. One was I believe a manager or assistant manager of the establishment. Well in company uniform there was an inappropriate amount of affection and kissing before she finished her break, got up and went to work. But what made things more frustrating is after she left her significant other, stayed behind and continued to play a TV show at high volume. I believe the show was Gordon Ramsay's Hell's kitchen. I got further annoyed as I observe this person not even watching the show but rather drawing in a notepad. Allegedly just using the show as ambient noise. Either way, I don't plan on dining in there anymore. I will continue to use the drive-thru and hope they have in stock what I'm looking for. The food they do have in stock is still high quality and good.

I've been here 3 times. They forgot to include a cookie first time. Second time, their drive-thru menu light was out in the dark. Tonight, same thing with menu light. But, a guy ran out to turn it on. This time they forgot the bacon in my turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich. Very little avocado, too much mayo. Bread fresh. Potato soup good. I won't return. Its disappointing when you don't get what you ordered.

I order a rapid pickup to be ready at 10:10am. I hot there at 10am, was the first one in since they open at 10. I asked for my order and it was not ready. I was ok since I order it for 10:10. But they could not even find my order. Customers came in and out and they were helped before me. I waited until 10:30 for my order to be ready. Not cool!!! :( very disorganized employees.

April 3, 2023, 6:00 P.M. The food rocks. However, Arroyo Grande's front service staff is useless! The menu availability of items should be known and explained to the customer. Beware of the term "Seasonal" because it means no. However, the discontinued item should not be on the menu to taunt the customer. A simple no would suffice. Basic customer service has dropped to nil after our nation's Covid debacle. A job is just that, a job. If you want to get paid better, or for that fact paid, then do the job set before you. Learn the task and execute! 🤔

We just left the location at Arroyo Grande, CA at 1205 pm. The cashier Rebecca was so nice. I even complimented her because for the first time in my life, my name was pronounced correctly by someone who does not know me personally. Unfortunately, that’s where our nice experience ends. The woman handing out the food to go was NOT HAPPY TO BE WORKING TODAY. She placed the bag at the counter after calling my name. I asked her if everything is in the bag, she said “yes” with a dismissive tone. Then I remember we have a Strawberry Frozen lemonade ordered as well. so I asked her, it turned out she has it behind the counter. She places it on the counter, I said “thank you”. She did not respond back. Then, we found out we are missing a large bacon mac& cheese, so we have to come back to ask her again. She said , “ just give us a minute’” with the same tone. We waited again and when she placed the food on the counter, she just said “here you go” . I’m not expecting any special over the top treatment but a simple “ sorry for that. “ would suffice. Service time is from 11:41a to 12:05p. The woman behind the counter has blonde hair, with glasses.

Visited Panera today for Lunch. My wife ordered a bowl of soup. At counter pick up, I questioned the amount of soup in the bowl with the manager. We were lucky if the bowl was half full. She told me I got my full 12 ounces (like I could actually measure it lol) and were not entitled to anymore. I guess at this location, the customer is always wrong. Maybe they should consider using smaller bowls so at least it appears as though you're getting something for your money. I am a frequent customer and spend a lot of money here. Sad.

I have been to many paneras and this is the worst one I have ever been too. The places was dirty the restrooms looked as though they had not been cleaned in months. No toilet paper or seat covers!! This was at 10:00 in the morning. Staff was friendly and as always the food was great.

I was really dissatisfied with the service here. My boyfriend and I drive thru pickup ordered a blueberry bagel and two smoothies ten minutes before we would arrive at the location. When we drove through, our order was not ready, even though it was fifteen minutes passed the pickup time. We had to wait an extra ten minutes for our order, and they didn’t let us know that there wasn’t any blueberry bagels left when I was ordering, so we had to wait five minutes for a toasted plain bagel. Next time I’m picking up food at the Santa Maria location, they are always on time

The entrance door glass was super dirty. The staff were super nice. I ordered the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, the menu stated it would be an over-easy egg, so I was looking forward to the yoke being liquid and yummy with the bun, but the egg was cooked hard. It was really no difference than what I could have ordered at Jack in the box. It was also flavorless. Very disappointed….

I'm not sure what it is about this location. I travel and usually stop at this location because it's not fast food and the location is good. The last few times have been less than great. The dinning room had most tables full of dirty plates and dirty floors. Tables were only cleaned when patrons complained they had no place to sit and at that not all tables were cleaned. SOME of the staff was rude. The only redeeming thing about the visit was that the food was good. San Luis Obispo County has indoor mask rules which is fine but don't be selective in how and who you enforce it with and staff should know CA restroom use rules. Unfortunately taking this off my list.

Ordered a turkey sandwich. Flavorless. Worst sandwich I've ever paid for. Maybe some smoked turkey? Salt and pepper? More Onion? Other flavorful toppings on the sandwich? The size was like two sandwiches, but you'd be better off to make a delicious sandwich rather than a double sandwich. The coffee was good. When I got home I realized NO side in the bag. You forgot the Chips..

Stopped here on a road trip from LA to SF. It's in pretty poor shape, A sign at the entrance greeted us with a list of many essentials that the store was out of. The store itself seemed fairly empty, both of stock and staff. Now to be clear I don't think these shortcomings are due to the staff, this location just seems to be sort of forgotten, tucked away between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo. Not a priority destination on the supply chain. It's not the worst Panera I've been in, but it's not even close to the standard. If you need to stop off for a bite, it'll get the job done but that's about it.

Visiting in SLO for a few days and just happened to run into Panera. I am a daily+ customer as I love the Sips. I've been to Panera all over California & Arizona with little differences mostly if the store has been remodeled. This I find to be older in looking around some chairs have covers, booths are extremely dirty, tables were dirty however customers just left. Outside was clean. We had to park in the hotel area which didn't bother me one bit as it's a beautiful day. Not to mention I had great company (Victor). We ordered at the kiosks that blocked registers kinda weird. Then when you should be given the option of a Sips pastry I select yes then it immediately clears the screen and changed it to food menu and 2$ off purchase. The same exact thing happened to my boyfriend. Not happy about that at all. The rewards systems is so inconsistent to begin with but the bait and switch is truly agrivating. Rewards systems needs work. We both opted to place a separate order for a bagel each. I never get mine toasted sometimes they do and it's never a problem to get another. Today however a first happened the girl took the toasted bagel from me and sliced another. Which I appreciated. This may sound strange however it's against the health code and they just usually say keep it. Now I paid for my bagel so I'm not mentioning this because I didn't get to keep it. Only because that has never happened at any Panera before. Just found that to be very odd. All is well. And my star rating reflect today's visit. If you've never seen a sandwich or have never eaten a sandwich in your entire life I could sort of understand that this could seem adequate. Now back to reality... There is no excuse that would make serving this to a paying customer ok. The 2 stars are a stretch. 5 out of 5 stars for the customer service given by the girl at the window and my daughter's soup.

Stopped here on a road trip from LA to SF. It's in pretty poor shape, A sign at the entrance greeted us with a list of many essentials that the store was out of. The store itself seemed fairly empty, both of stock and staff. Now to be clear I don't think these shortcomings are due to the staff, this location just seems to be sort of forgotten, tucked away between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo. Not a priority destination on the supply chain. It's not the worst Panera I've been in, but it's not even close to the standard. If you need to stop off for a bite, it'll get the job done but that's about it.

Visiting in SLO for a few days and just happened to run into Panera. I am a daily+ customer as I love the Sips. I've been to Panera all over California & Arizona with little differences mostly if the store has been remodeled. This I find to be older in looking around some chairs have covers, booths are extremely dirty, tables were dirty however customers just left. Outside was clean. We had to park in the hotel area which didn't bother me one bit as it's a beautiful day. Not to mention I had great company (Victor). We ordered at the kiosks that blocked registers kinda weird. Then when you should be given the option of a Sips pastry I select yes then it immediately clears the screen and changed it to food menu and 2$ off purchase. The same exact thing happened to my boyfriend. Not happy about that at all. The rewards systems is so inconsistent to begin with but the bait and switch is truly agrivating. Rewards systems needs work. We both opted to place a separate order for a bagel each. I never get mine toasted sometimes they do and it's never a problem to get another. Today however a first happened the girl took the toasted bagel from me and sliced another. Which I appreciated. This may sound strange however it's against the health code and they just usually say keep it. Now I paid for my bagel so I'm not mentioning this because I didn't get to keep it. Only because that has never happened at any Panera before. Just found that to be very odd. All is well. And my star rating reflect today's visit. I have ordered for pick up a few times now. Twice it wasn’t ready and this last time they pushed my time back and the app said my order was ready even though it wasn’t. They also didn’t have all of the things that I ordered. I place my orders online a day or two ahead of time. They have time to get this stuff ready. I sat in the drive through for 15 min waiting, got no apologies or “hey can we throw in an extra…” or thank you for your patience…. Nothing. They just shoved the box through the window and closed it. So rude, no customer service.

Asked the counter guy, and after some back-and-forth with a manager, they kinda sorta applied a discount-my bagel, cream cheese, coffee, and pastry went from thirteen bucks to ten. But nationally, that coffee and pastry should've been straight-up free. Grabbed my stuff, and surprise-no pastry in the bag. Place was dead empty, service felt half-asleep. Disappointing for a veteran just wanting a simple thank-you bite. Two stars, tops-Panera, step it up.

Employees claimed they were out of all soups and mac and cheese. It’s literally noon on a Tuesday. Not sure how it’s possible for them to have none of those available. Service was quick though and atmosphere is the same as all Panera’s. Oh and no ice in the store for drinks.

I really want to love this place but I am consistently disappointed. I went through the drive through for convenience. They seemed to be out of a lot of stuff. Communication was difficult. I had to go to the human window to place my order. They warned me they lacked the sauce for the breakfast item I ordered but I wanted to eat. It was disappointing. I should know better and avoid this place.

We placed an order for a wedding and they canceled the order without letting anyone know. So now we have to feed everyone on the fly because calling a group back to let them know is too difficult for this location to manage. Go through another location and save yourself disrespect and headaches.

Ordered a whole Green goddess salad to go. Got home and they didn't put the avocado or bacon on it and forgot the dressing. They did make me a new one but I had to drive all the way back to pick it up. Checked my order before I left and they had made a half salad so had to wait for them to remake again. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. The staff working that shift seemed incompetent. I saw a lot of mistakes being made while waiting both times. It was my 1st time getting food from any Panera and I don't know if I'll go back.

Slowest drive thru ever and bad customer service! Waited 20 minutes (only 2 cars in front of me) for one bowl of soup. They also must have changed their portions because a “bowl” is tiny and way over priced. Used to enjoy Panera be won’t be going back anytime soon. Especially to the AG location.

I went in to order a meal for my grandson and asked for a classic grilled cheese sandwich with turkey. I got a plain cheese and turkey COLD sandwich. I went back and asked them to please correct the order and to make it a GRILLED cheese sandwich with turkey. They MICROWAVED it and handed me a half melted mess that didn’t resembled a grilled cheese sandwich. At that point I realized the Panera workers at this location were not interested in making customers happy so I just gave up and threw the sandwich away. Don’t waste your time going to this place.

Went yesterday, first time going to any Panera Bread and will be my last based on the experience. Girl taking order could not explain the menu or pricing on the pick 2 and I did not understand how the pricing worked. Took over 20 minutes for order inside yet there was no one else there. Could hear all the employees talking in the back about schedules and breaks. Finally got my steak and cheese only to find it had pickled onions and horseradish, not noted on menu and was not asked if I wanted that. The guy making the sandwiches did take it back and correct which was helpful, but by the time my sandwich arrived my Mom was finished with her lunch. Then I opened the sandwich to find a tiny bit of steak in the center, so was almost all bread and cheese, asked him about that and he said something about 1 1/2 ounces is what they use, not much for a $10 sandwich. So hungry by now I would eat anything so bit in and pulled most of the meat out as it was mostly gristle, now had a cheese sandwich. Will never return unless I hear from management and they want to make things right.

Im sorry, I've never wrote a review before but it's really upsetting that I pulled up outside this Panera and they closed 30 mins early. No reason, just closed, drive-through and lobby. Like I said, not usually my deal to nag on food service workers because I am one, but half an hour early? I have a rare disorder where I can only eat select things and due to this I was unable to eat tonight.

I went to this location at 4:50pm. The front door was unlocked and the single counter employee didn't acknowledge me. After helping the customer in front of me, the employee slumped over the register said it was after 5pm and I would have to go through the drive thru. I responded that I was inside before 5pm and no one said anything about closing at 5. The employee repeated the line. No apology for the inconvenience nothing just a monotone Panera Bread representative that couldn't care less about customer service.

Absolutely terrible service. I came in at 6pm and no one was at the register for 10 mins. The whole place was packed up like everyone was ready to go home even though they didn’t close for 3 more hours. Jeanette finally came up to take my order. Panera got rid of their customer survey, probably because of all the negative reviews. This place is a waste of time.

Really bad service. It took 15 minutes and having to ask twice to get a toasted cinnamon bagel. We also ordered 2 bagels to go. The finally brought a second toasted bagel instead. Pretty simple order that shouldn’t take 15 minutes and repeatedly asking snout

With myself as their only customer in their establishment, ordering 3 bagels sliced and toasted proved to be too difficult. Good thing I checked my bag. After going back in, I was met with attitude. I wonder what happens during a lunchtime rush....

Mary at the counter is very nice, helpful and charming however one of the ladies in the back just complains about having to work every time I come here. She also argued with me about giving me a “bowl” of soup that was not even 1/4th of the way filled saying “I can put it in a bowl if you want to see” 1st of all the customer is always right. She could of just given me a half of a scoop more and I would of been happily on my way. Instead I just bought more soup because she argued. I believe her name is Gloria. What a horrible soul and poor quality of customer service. Coming from someone who has worked in the food service for many years. If I was the owner or manager I would be very disappointed in her.

I was staying at the hotel right next to this location and the first time I went they gave be less than a milliliter of dressing for my salad, the next day I go the don't put any dressing at all, and they take 10 minutes to make my iced chai(usually only takes one minute) then once they make it they mess it up and end up having to re do it. All I have to say is unacceptable

Terrible service. Just waiting in the drive through for 20 mins and didn’t even get to order food. Two cars in front of us took about 5 mins and then I got up to the screen and worker says “hold on a moment” turns out it was 15 mins, so I just left. As I left I looked through the window and there was 4 or 5 employees. Won’t be returning here. No wonder it only has 3.7 stars. Do not recommend this place.

Just went to the drive threw waited 15 min then was asked to pull to the front because they forgot somthing in the order. Waited another 5 minutes finally dragged my two kids in and said I just wanted a refund. They said they gave my order to the person in front of us. I totally understand it was a mistake however explain that before you ask me to pull around and wait longer. Also at that point offer something to make it right. Frustrating

This was my first & last time visiting Panera. I ordered the steak & cheddar sandwich and to say the least this was the worst sandwich (if you could call it that) I’ve ever tasted. I grabbed a fountain drink and it tasted like cleaning solution. I paid almost $20 for gross food. Never going back.

I’ve been going to this location for years, but the last year the service is terrible. The drive through is only open sometimes. They are out of half the menu. I have myself not been given cream cheese when I order a bagel. They have forgotten the knife to spread the cream cheese multiple times. I’ve had to go back in and ask for the things I have paid for or utensils. It’s ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I come to this Panera I place a Rapid Pick Up order and arrive well after the time when it’s supposed to be ready, and my order is never ready on time. Every time I end up having to wait 15-20 minutes while they serve everyone in line before making my order, which has been placed long before arriving to the store. If you’re not going to make the orders a priority and have them ready on time, simply don’t offer Rapid Pick Up as an option. I’m better off waiting to order until I get here. They give priority to the drive through and dine in customers, when the whole point of Rapid Pick Up is the convenience of not having to stand in line or sit in the drive through. This is absolutely ridiculous and makes me want to never come to this location again.

If your entire staff is going to ignore customers who walk in at 7:40pm on Sunday(Jan 14), you shouldn't advertise that you're open...website says open till 8pm... lock the door, turn off the open sign and fix your advertised hours...or at least acknowledge that we're there...as I was walking in another woman was walking out and waited outside to see if I could order. I thought it was odd till I experienced what she did. She laughed as I walked out.

Ordered thru catering for my niece's wedding this weekend. Went to pick up two large salads for the group and found out that while we were at the the wedding, the manager had cancelled our order earlier in the afternoon. No phone call, no reason. We showed up at 5:30pm to pick-up the order to find out it was cancelled by the manager. Seriously couldn't understand why since I had talked to them the week prior about my order. I also learned they closed at 6pm and I had ordered for pickup at 6:30pm. BUT that should have justified a phone call to see if we could come earlier... ???? I would never order from them again when planning a party or special event. They couldn't even make a phone call and just cancelled with no explanation. Even the guys at the counter had no explanation and felt really bad. Really sucked trying to come up with an alternative solution at the last minute to feed the 20 guests who were on their way to my house and ended up waiting for me.

I tried this place again! It was such a disappointment. I met your from what he introduced himself to be as the assistant store manager... and the other was a Manger also. I was there for awhile for my order they both couldn't even give me an answer and were rude. I believe both their names were the same. They seemed very intoxicated they were both slurring. Now i know why they can never get my order right or on time, they are too busy doing stuff that shouldn't be happening in a work place environment. This place is getting worse. I love Panera but when is management going to get it together? I mean even their store manager has a really ugly attitude and cares nothing about customer satisfaction. I'm sorry but today was really bad. I think you guys should start testing some of your employees or making sure they aren't intoxicated on the job. Out of all the employees there today i only seen about 2 or 3 really trying to work on orders . I felt ready bad because those 3 guys looked so stressed.

Never again! Waste of time. Nov 23 2021 and we'd been on the road and went thru the drive thru to get something quick. It took forever!!! we ordered some salads with sandwiches and with pizza Flatbread. We finally got our order and drove home with hungry kids! Got home to eat 10miles away and found no pizza Flatbread at all. Why is it so hard to look at an order and check what goes in or what is in it before handing it to the customer. I've worked food services its not that hard really!!!Our salads and sandwiches were there and a baget just thrown in broken in two pieces. Such a bummer! We had the receipt and invoice number but they would not do a return price for food not received. And said we can drive all the way back and wait in line for pizza we already paid for. I had to make something for our kids with like no groceries. It's sucked!

This Panera seems to always get their orders wrong. I ordered 2 broccoli cheddar MAC N CHEESES and instead got 2 broccoli cheddar SOUPS. I guess close enough is good enough for them. Don't come here unless you want a wrong order.

Been here several times, it seems to be very poorly managed. Three times they had no coffee. Salad ingredients not as fresh as other Paneras. I quit going, which is too bad. It's a great location, and when done correctly, a good menu. I feel sorry for the staff, training is clearly not happening.

Worst Panera bread store I have ever been in. Seems like my last seven visits they can't get nothing right order cinnamon raisin bagel get cinnamon crunch, ask for lightly toasted get it burnt. I've ordered a sandwhich and seems they make it wrong. Today asked them to double check my order do to receiving wrong items. I get the bag and the bag had been sit ina pile of old cherries. I gave it zero stars because the store doesn't correct its issues. I've contacted corporate and the store hasn't improved.

Came in just because I was gifted a gift card. Should have left immediately when I saw flies all over the desserts behind the counter, but I was already there... oh well. Espresso tasted bad and smelled synthetic. Sandwich was extremely expensive for what amounted to a half burnt ham and cheese melt. Service hardly warranted the tip I gave. Furniture was ratty and unkept. Don't come here, go to IN-N-OUT up the street, food and coffee is better.

Not happy at all with my yogurt!! This is about $1.00 worth of yogurt and you all charge $4.79!?! This small cup isn't even half full!! I didn't even look into the bag until u got to work. I and my out of town guest from Texas went to enjoy a nice lunch at Panera's. We walked in and NO ONE was at the counter there but were 2 order machines instead. I on one and my girlfriend on the other trying to order our lunch. It was extremely difficult to operate the machine. It was NOT user friendly. We got so frustrated. We tried to get attention to an employee to assist us and they ignored us. After many tries both trying to get attention with an employee to help us and trying the stupid machine we gave up and walked out and went to In & Out were there are many employees to assist you and are friendly. We will never go to Paneras again!!!!

Ok I usually give ppl the benefit of the doubt. But let me say I was the first in line at 1126am, didn't get my food and drive off til 1142am. To get jot my order. Like wow! I'm just shocked. Got to work, and expecting my order to be correct as it took almost 20 minutes with at least 5 employees working and barley anyone inside to get 2 slices of bread with whatever guacamole spread that was. Man I will never waste my time...thanks for my 1/2 refund and a crap experience.

Poor, poor, poor customer service. Out of soup and out of bread. They made the choice to give us chips instead bread without asking our approval. Who wants chips with soup? Got a refund and they tried to keep my tip. For what... bad service? That was instantly corrected.

Absolutely terrible. Filthy. Tried to order French onion soup, they're out of it. Tried to order a mediterranean sandwich. Out of tomatoes. Try to get a coke- Machine broken- trash everywhere. This place is a disgrace. The staff was nice that's the only good thing I can say about it.

I'm not sure what happened to Panera, but you'd be better off going to 7-Eleven for food than here. Garbage quality, indifferent employees (didn't manage to cut the ingredients of the sandwich in half, but managed to cut the bread in half?). The bread was this weird orange color and borderline a paste texture. Only reason I felt compelled to finish the meal was because it costs $45 for two sandwiches. Awful.

Not service dogs inside the dining room and inattentive staff, cannot believe how long I stood at the counter before someone came out of the back. The hotel next door is a dive and homeless wander the lot looking into your car as you eat. The staff does not seem to care as I saw them handling food. It used to be better, and I hope management can turn it around. But there is no excuse for poor food handling practices and animals in the dining room.

As a first time visitor to Panera (I’m from Canada) this was extremely disappointing. I found the food adequate but the staff left much to be desired. There was not even one clean table at 3:30pm. But also, not another customer in sight. So there was plenty of time to wipe them. The cherry on the cake, the state of the washroom. Embarrassing.

Both of these were bought today... The one with a fork in it tastes nothing like the normal Mac, it tasted burnt and just not what you would expect from Panera bread. BUT the other Mac that was bought at the same time tastes perfectly fine! They also couldn't remember to include cream cheese for the bagel

THIS PLACE IS NOT CLEAN nasty floor behind counter .I saw drop something and put it back up on the counter too. Flies and the places bathroom is trash always overflowing . The employees ALWAYS have an attitude, and forget SOME PART of an order .

We placed a catering order online for 12 people, and the website confirmed a delivery window between 12:30 and 12:45. At 12:50 we contacted the location to check on the order, they had not even looked at it! We were told it could be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. Upon arriving half an hour later, I still had to wait another 30 minutes. The staff seemed unorganized, moved slowly, showed no urgency, and offered no apology—in fact, they came across as borderline rude. I ultimately had to leave without the drinks and requested a refund, which I’m not confident has been processed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using this service for catering or larger events. If fulfilling such orders isn't feasible, I strongly suggest removing the catering option from the website. I would also suggest more training on efficiency, customer service, and proper management!!!

We took a chance when we were passing through the area on a roadtrip and couldn't regret the choice more!! In addition to the food making us physically ill, the overall experience was poor- unclean restrooms, dirty restaurant, long wait times (despite almost no customers), and awful food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SICK!!!
