Their $35 buffet menu is an absolute steal, offering a wide variety of delicious, high-quality meats, including chicken wings, picanha, sirloin steak, and more—all cooked to perfection. There’s a salad bar with pasta and other items. The flavors were rich, and everything was juicy and well-seasoned. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the service is excellent—the staff is attentive and keeps the meats coming without long waits. They also have a Mocktail menu which was a fun touch and paired well with the meal. Though we didn’t stay for dessert, the options looked tempting. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a great meal, whether you’re a steak lover or just looking for a unique dining experience. Will definitely be back!

Great vibe overall. I went on a Friday night & they took us in right away. Angelica our server, was the best waitress ever. She was so nice & welcoming knowing that it was our first time coming in the restaurant & she suggested a lot of the items. The drinks were awesome I have 100% recommend & their unlimited meat that they serve every few minutes were incredible . I highly recommend this restaurant for any event or just a relaxed vibe. Will definitely be telling my friends about this place!

I had an amazing experience at Rio Bonito Grill. From the moment we walked in, the attention from the staff was outstanding — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Every dish felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and relaxed — the kind of environment where you instantly feel comfortable and want to stay longer. This is the perfect spot for a date night, family dinner, or simply enjoying great food with great people. Highly recommended. We will definitely be coming back.

Angelica was the best waitress and she was so sweet and welcoming to our party. Since it was our first time coming she nicely explained to us how everything works. She made sure to come by often and ask how we are doing. Will definitely be coming back again

Came on a Sunday evening for AYCE barbecue and had a great time. Service was excellent—Lucas was super friendly. We were seated right away, but it filled up by dinner, so I’d recommend reservations. Nice salad bar for appetizers and sides, and the star is the tableside churrasco: fresh cuts carved right onto your plate—lamb, several steaks, chicken, and garlic bread. Cheese bread was so good. Halal option available.

Stopped by for the buffet and bbq experience. I went on a weeknight so it wasn't busy at all, we were seated easily. The buffet has a good amount variety including potato salad, couscous, beet salad, and beef short ribs. The real highlight was the different bbq meat options such as hanger steak, lamb steak, and chicken wrapped in turkey bacon. Also loved the halal meat, such a unique offering!! We also tried some of the mocktails like the pina colada and flor de liz. The service was amazing and friendly. Pricing provides good value for the quality of meats and food.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish was full of flavor, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy a nice meal. Angelica was a great server. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Angelica was a wonderful server! She was very attentive the entire time, we never felt rushed at all and we got to enjoy a pleasant dinner. All of the cuts of meat were delicious and cooked to perfection! The buffet was small but had a good selection of items to pair with the meat. Everyone was very attentive and I would definitely come back! The desserts and drinks were a wonderful addition to the meal.

Amazing dinner at Rio Bonito tonight. Nicole was our actual server and she was phenomenal, but honestly everyone on the team was incredible — Vanessa, Angelica, Lucas, and Benecios all made the night feel special. We’ve been to many Brazilian steakhouses at other locations, and this one beats them hands down in both service and price. The attention, timing, and energy were next level. They even sang Happy Birthday to my fiancé in Portuguese, which was such a beautiful and memorable touch. Truly made the night. Highly recommend — we’ll absolutely be back!! They made new loyal customers

Don’t eat meat like that. So this was differently a new experience for me food wise. Rodney the manager was wonderful & very welcoming to us. Helping us understand the only the menu but the food that the offer here at the restaurant. Not bad price wise either. For the amount of food you get it’s definitely worth it!

So impressed with the service and the flavor of the drinks here! Eny and Hudson took care of my friend and I so well, letting us try different things and making the best drinks I’ve had in a long time. Don’t come here without trying the Caiprinha Rio Bonito - it’s hands down the best caipirinha I’ve ever had!!! Please give this place a try and make sure to stop by the bar :)

Lucas was a great waiter. The experience was phenomenal. He made sure that My Son had a birthday cake and they sung happy birthday to him. He kept coming back at a timely fashion. The food was great. That atmosphere was very homey and comfortable. Definitely will come back.

Rio Bonito Grill Stopped by on a whim, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been a fan of the supermarket side for a while—it never disappoints—but this was my first time trying the restaurant, and it exceeded expectations. Let’s start with the caipirinha. After being let down by other places, I was hesitant—but one sip changed everything. Hands down the best caipirinha I’ve had! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I noticed a previous review that praised the staff but still leaned negative overall, which didn’t reflect my experience at all. Everyone here was attentive and genuinely kind. A quick note for first-timers: if you sit at the bar, you won’t have access to the buffet—they offer a separate menu there. But if you’re dining in the main area, the $35 all-you-can-eat option is a steal. They bring around a great variety of meats. Parking was easy, as always—never an issue here. I’d absolutely recommend Rio Bonito Grill to anyone. I’ll definitely be coming back. Don’t miss the Rio bonito cocktail —it was out of this world. And again, that caipirinha? Unbeatable. Bartenders and manager just no words.

Expectations were blown away at this establishment, me and my family had a great time. Price in my opinion is fantastic, Finally getting Halal all you can eat Brazilian! Staff was super friendly, and the meat was super tender. Especially the top sirloin, lamb & chicken wings. They said they only have about 8 different meats, but we felt like we had more which was great! 100% recommend visiting and I’ll be going again! Try to come an hour before your initial time because they don’t do reservations, the place is not super big but it’s a nice cozy environment!

Good Brazilian AYCE steak place in Astoria. They offer well marinated steak, lamb, chicken and they were all good! Buffet had more authentic Brazilian spread of food and service was friendly. It’s a good value for $35 and if you are meat lover, you will definitely enjoy it.

All you can eat Halal Brazilian steakhouse located in Astoria, Queens NY. For $35 per person, you have access to 4-5 cuts of grilled meat including steak, lamb and chicken along with a limited buffet bar that has salads, appetizers, and fried goods. Pretty solid for the value, definitely not as extensive as some of the other traditional Brazilian steakhouses. Went on a Thursday evening and it was mostly empty. Service was fast and friendly. Really appreciate the fact that they have made their entire menu Halal and no longer have any cross contamination.

Firstly, the place opens after 5pm and there are no reservations so anyone coming with a group has to account for that. When we visited, the place was not overcrowded (Thursday) so its worked out. The food is generally good but very inconsistent, even to the extent that same meat cut but offered at different time could go between great and not great. The salad bar was decent but what really worked was the servers were very pleasant and the desert was great. Would I be back? Perhaps as its worth at a one-time visit for halal brazillian bbq…

Went here out of curiosity as I often see a line gathered outside. The staff were extremely professional and welcoming, but the food was typical to that of Brazilian stake houses I have visited. Though the offering was a bit smaller and so was the buffet section. The drinks however, were outstanding. All said and done it was a nice spot to grab a bite and experience the delight of Brazilian cuisine. However I would not wait online for this.
