Our waitress, Leticia, kicked butt! Very attentive and polite. Food. Was. Great! And an awesome selection of beers! Can't wait to come back again! The whole family enjoyed our experience watching sports and having a good time together!

Met a friend for post pandemic drinks and chit chat. First order on business drinks!🍸🍹. We loved that they offered Happy Hour five days a week. We definitely will be back for more. That spicy taco salad looked delicious. Great service too!

They have been open about two years, but this was the first time we tried them. Man, we've missed out for two years! We had fish and chips, chicken sandwich and a cobb salad. All were fresh and tasty. The french fries (chips?) are totally the best. I had garlic added to mine and it was mind blowing. We will be back more to try more items.

It was my youngest daughter's 21st birthday and you get a free dessert or shot on your b-day. Our waitress was great. Whaen she foundnout it was a 21st bday. She brought my daughter a shot and gave great service the whole time.

Definitely not your ordinary Bar and Grill. From the Gourmet Burgers to Their Signature House Drink, its a place that Wows you every time. Perfect place to watch all your favorite sports. Totally Recommend.

Lots of food and drink choices. Had the Surf 'n' Turff Burger and sweet potato fries. Washed it down with a couple Merlin Milk Stouts. Wonderful, friendly service. Lots of TVs showing sports and nostalgic music videos. Patio seating is available.

Lots of screens. The sound is loud enough. I will return. Food is pricey. Happy hour is 3pm-7pm everyday! Wow! On Wednesday wings are discounted. They have some kind of specials daily. The atmosphere is great. Hopefully the game you want to see is on the big screen (last night Oct 8, 2023 Chiefs 27-Vikings 20) at the bar with audio, only one screen has audio. Audio speakers are throughout the restaurant with the same audio feed. There is a second BIG screen at the bar also. All the other screens around the room are the same size but smaller. There is a screen outside on the patio. On Sunday night during football season all the screens have the same football game (Oct 8, 2023 last night 49ers 42-Cowboys 10). I did not buy any food, just beer.

Sports bar ambiance with higher than sports bar quality food. The dishes here are delicious and the drinks are nice and cold. My personal favorite is the voodoo burger which comes out with a smoke filled dome cover that really adds a smoky flavor to the mildly spicy burger and the fries. I highly recommend you try it!

I wish I took a photo but I loved it. I visited today with a group of my friends from Autozone. But my experience of the place was great. Friendly staff, I was actually surprised about how they put their name on the bun. That was great. I will be back once I'm in town. Amazing. You guys have my support. Great job team. The burger I had was amazing and wonderful. Normally I don't put Chipotle sauce on my stuff but it was fantastic. Gave it a great kick. I'm definitely coming back and also just a comment. My friends thought Arnold palmer was alcoholic beverage. I had to teach them lol.

The food is great. They have a good variety of food choices. They have an excellent variety of beer not to mention a great selection on draft. The staff is always friendly and provide great service! It's a great spot to get together with friends and watch a ball game or take the entire family out to dinner.

The outside patio is really nice. Everyone is so nice and service is fantastic. I also like visiting the Turlock and Los Banos locations!

I'm giving 5 stars for this one. The beer menu was really solid, with plenty of localish options. The food menu was probably a little large, but had some yummy stuff on it. I got the Cubano and it was pretty good. I also picked up a chicken sandwich, a Shrimp wrap and Linguica sandwich for some others. They reported back good things, with the Fried Chicken being a huge his with that person. The fries were also good, seasoned well and potatoey. Bit shout out to Ash and Gabby for being super friendly and making my visit super pleasant.

A coworker and myself were in Atwater at lunch time and since we new Jams was a good place to eat we stopped for lunch. Food was good as always.

First time getting food from there. Food was very good. My only issue was looking at a menu online did not say dishes came with a side. So My french dip was great but ended up with sweet potato fries. Not my favorite. Sorry. Will try again now that I know we can go in.

I really like Jams. Went for dinner. Had the Voodoo burger and was advised by a friend to put the sauce on the side instead of having them put it on the bun for me. Man! Was she right. It is very spicy but so good. And they bring it out to you covered and open it up with smoke pouring out of it....prettty cool and delish. We had appetizers that were great too. Carnitas filled jalepeno peppers, carnitas nachos and the mozzarella sticks. I didn't care for the marinara sauce. The place was clean and servers were friendly and attentive even tho the place was busy. They have the all around the room playing sports which is cool. They were playing 80s music videos at the time which was good as well. Funny to see what people thought was good at the time. Anyways, I'd go again. Thanks Jams@209

Drove by this place so many time until we finally tried it. Loved the food,service was great until the very end of the night. Will definitely come here again! Only 👎 about the place was that we got the tv turned off while watching a game. Would’ve been more professional if we would’ve received a heads up before getting the tv turned off!

The ambiance is similar to the turlock jams 209. Full bar with crafted beers. High Tops and normal tables. Multiple TV's that surround you while you eat or drink. Also a nice exterior sitting area that is shaded and nice view of the street. Plenty of parking on the side and in the back. This is a single person use bathroom. Service was great for the first time visit. Greeted as we came in and told to sit wherever we wanted to. Wait time was ok for a 1 hour lunch. This of course was for a group of 4 ordering a variety of food. Had the wings, jalapeno carnita bacon wraps, french Dip with garlic fries for a up charge of $1.00. Standard condiments with an added kick of sriracha ketchup. Waitress was swift with service and keeping our glasses full (water) and checking up with us periodically. At the end of our experience waitress asked for combined billing or split billing. Had no issue with 4 separate bills. Cash or card accepted here.

Came on a Wednesday, which is Wing Wednesday I suppose? I didn't order wings so I'm not entirely confident what the sale or promotions are for that day of the week, but I felt like I should add that it does exist! Anyway, the food was pretty good. I had their gigantic burger, which its name escapes me(sorry). The burger had two patties and carnitas. So, it was a lot to eat in one go! It was pretty good! The standout for me was actually their seasoned curly fries. They were oddly cute and tasted great. Would go again.

Best garlic fries ever. The chicken burger was great. My complaint is the place was so dark i had to use my phone flashlight to see the menu to order, I kinda like to see what Im eating.

Burger had good smoky flavor and onion rings. The wings were good, and shrimp Burger was good. It's a little pricey, but what isn't? Average $40 a person with drinks and one appetizer to share. But overall, it's a good experience unless you are like me and want a real fresh handmade patty hamburger. It's not the place for that. Oh, the carnita peppers with bacon are good as well.

Unfortunately my guest had the 3 tacos. They just had a real odd taste..My chicken sandwich was very good

The fish n chips was good but skimpy fish, 2 small pieces. Should have been at least 3 pieces for the price.

The california burger was good. The waitress was friendly. However, it seems the bar was under staffed. It was mostly empty at about 4:30pm and we waited too long just to get a round of bottled beer and glass of water. Ridiculously long wait for a second round of beers. So, that ruined thd fun mood

Basic bar food at restaurant high prices. $15 fish and chips only had 2 slivers of fish. $5 bloody Mary's made it more tolerable. Not bad, but no bragging.

A little too much BBQ sauce. The meat was kept slipping out. It took them very long to get our drinks and food ordered. I was able to smell the restroom stench upon entering the building.

We ordered take out on New Year’s Eve due to the weather being so bad. They were very nice when taking our order and for pick up. The Philly cheese sandwich was yummy. I will for sure get it again. The rest of the food was good but the portions for the price was not worth it. We ordered the calamari and it was barely anything in the box. Kind of disappointed with that.

Atmosphere - always a nice to hang inside or outside. We chose inside and were able to watch sports while the music out of the speakers were playing 80s videos. Tables and floors were clean.

Very very slow service. Waited over an hour for our food, which they kept getting wrong. 3 times I was brought another tables food, and 3 times the waitress had to take it away just saying, "sorry can I get that plate back."

We had the worst service yesterday (between 4-5pm). I don’t know if the server was new or just in a mood but she was terrible. She took our order and forgot all about us. We had to wave her down for water refills. Ordered 2 appetizers. One came out with our food. She didn’t mention anything about the second so we asked. She said “oh they forgot to make it, it’s coming out right now”. We had all our food and no utensils or napkins. Again, we had to initiate basic service 101. She then put the utensils ON TOP of a side of ranch on the table. So 2 out of the four had ranch on them. The second appetizer was the green beans. She said “I had them hold the jalapeños” Why??! She also ordered the pico on the side for the nachos. All on her own because we DID NOT ASK for that. I like the beans spicy. So confused why someone would make those changes without asking. She also spilled the ranch all over the green beans. At the end we needed one box for the late appetizer. She brought the box open, holding the tab/money folder INSIDE THE BOX!! So unsanitary!! Just nasty. She said good night as she walked away rolling her eyes. We left the leftovers and for the first time EVER we didn’t tip. Possibly the worst experience with a server. The food was good though!! The only redeeming part of the night. Nachos 5/10. Would not order again. I’ve had way better. Green Beans 5/10 Bland because again no spice?? Normally these are 11/10 PB Burger 10/10 Quesadilla Burger 9/10 Shrimp Hawaiian Pizza 7/10. Interesting but would not order again. Kids Grilled Cheese- adults liked it, it was on a bun with yummy cheddar cheese. Kid hated it because kids are basic. She wanted sliced bread and American cheese. Just FYI, if your child is like mine and won’t eat anything thats slightly upgraded.

My family and I have been coming to jams for a very long time and we’ve never had a problem. However, today was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Not only was our waitress Kilee very rude rolling her eyes at us when we said, she forgot our drinks but completely forgot about us. 20 minutes had passed, and we still had not gotten our drinks or even our orders placed. We had to walk up to the bar in order to get service. We noticed a couple outside, who was also completely forgotten about and waiting longer than my table. Our food was also put in wrong and forgot to add or take out veggies that we requested. Very disappointed, but the food was still good.

She said “oh they forgot to make it, it’s coming out right now”. We had all our food and no utensils or napkins. Again, we had to initiate basic service 101. She then put the utensils ON TOP of a side of ranch on the table. So 2 out of the four had ranch on them. The second appetizer was the green beans. She said “I had them hold the jalapeños” Why??! She also ordered the pico on the side for the nachos. All on her own because we DID NOT ASK for that. I like the beans spicy. So confused why someone would make those changes without asking. She also spilled the ranch all over the green beans. At the end we needed one box for the late appetizer. She brought the box open, holding the tab/money folder INSIDE THE BOX!! So unsanitary!! Just nasty. She said good night as she walked away rolling her eyes. We left the leftovers and for the first time EVER we didn’t tip. Possibly the worst experience with a server. The food was good though!! The only redeeming part of the night. Nachos 5/10. Would not order again. I’ve had way better. Green Beans 5/10 Bland because again no spice?? Normally these are 11/10 PB Burger 10/10 Quesadilla Burger 9/10 Shrimp Hawaiian Pizza 7/10. Interesting but would not order again. Kids Grilled Cheese- adults liked it, it was on a bun with yummy cheddar cheese. Kid hated it because kids are basic. She wanted sliced bread and American cheese. Just FYI, if your child is like mine and won’t eat anything thats slightly upgraded.

My family and I have been coming to jams for a very long time and we’ve never had a problem. However, today was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Not only was our waitress Kilee very rude rolling her eyes at us when we said, she forgot our drinks but completely forgot about us. 20 minutes had passed, and we still had not gotten our drinks or even our orders placed. We had to walk up to the bar in order to get service. We noticed a couple outside, who was also completely forgotten about and waiting longer than my table. Our food was also put in wrong and forgot to add or take out veggies that we requested. Very disappointed, but the food was still good.

Food was very good. Food and drinks are way over priced. The flies inside the restaurant is a big issue. We were forced to leave with our food. Worst experience in a restaurant.

Walked in, ZERO customers wearing masks, tables close together! Had to yell for someone to help me with my phone pickup order... then noticed they charged me for the extra sauce, but there was none! I'll be thinking twice before coming back here!

Horrible customer service was told to watch my language and what I say definetly very rude and not understanding waiters and if it’s a bar shouldn’t be available for kids to be there but I would never go again after my experience

EXTREMELY DISCRIMINATING. Called about possible hiring. I have severe social anxiety so my speech can be irregular. I was responded with "don't call when you're drunk," and was hung up on. I called to complain and was hung up on again while trying to explain myself. Disrespectful and absolutely wrong...

I like great customer service like everybody else but here? .. I asked what's popular here since its my first time. My waitress said whatever is highlighted and walks away in a rude way. So I get the Philly cheese steak, DRY. My gf gets a spicy chicken sand which, big and dry like we know it's not fresh food but we try to give the benefit of the doubt. food is dry and bad except for the fries, the fries is pretty much all I ate.. The inside of this place looks like a barber lounge feel which doesn't look bad but you be the judge. And the price is not bad but not worth eating garbage

The salad and fries that i ordered were ok. The wrap was disgusting and the shrimp that were in it tasted off. I will not be eating here again

Food didn't look bad or anything, but waited to see if a hostess would seat me. Watching other folks go in and get helped I took a seat, as well. Waited about 20 minutes while watching other people who came in way after me get helped and was pretty much ignored. Would have liked to try it, but I guess not today! Weird experience, not sure.

Gave this place 3 chances, consistently bad customer service. I thought maybe It was just a fluke first two times. The fried green beans are the only things that were enjoyable about the place, all of the other food I had was very bland and dry.

Rude customer service & food was cold & dry do not recommend at all

Most miserable place anyone could dine. The food is probably good, at least it smelled good, would have loved to have been served. My group of four ordered 4 burgers and fortunately got a pitcher of beer to pass the time as we waited for over an hour for our food in a dining area that wasn't busy at all. We watched a party of 3 come in and be served appetizers while we sat hungry, a table of two came and and were served apps and entrees, and then another table of two served their entrees. When we questioned the waitress what the issue was she had one excuse after another "well it depends on what you order" "well Im not the cook what do you want me to do" "well the cooks are stressed and tired" along with a real attitude (One waitress we had was great, kind of shy, very polite, wish id paid more attention to names). When another plate of food came out that wasn't ours we decided it was time to leave and go somewhere ANYWHERE else. As we attempted to pay for our beverages 1 of our burgers was being walked out (Shocking) and we were told the order was almost done. Too little, too late, We told them they could keep it as it was inexcusable to serve 7 other people before us. Then the mouth of a hostess/waitress flared up again telling us we probably couldn't afford to pay for the meal anyway and blah blah blah. (the one that cant find her lips with her lipstick, you know the one). She eventually stated well just pay however much you want to pay...well We left a $20 for the beer and walked out. Anyway if you want to be treated decent, go anywhere but here!!!

Came to have an appetizer & drink with my daughter & service from waitress was awesome, BUT the food, jalapenos stuffed with carnita's wrapped in bacon were bad.. didn't even have any meat in them. (I made a comment to the waitress & she asked the cook, who said that the previous cook was making them "wrong".) This is the 3rd time I had them. The other 2 times were great. My daughter had a margarita that had a grapefruit after taste. She didn't drink it & I tried it..(it was on the rocks, but my daughter only likes blended. She forgot to ask, but she wasn't asked either..so....🤔) when we asked is they could blend it, we were told they didn't have a blender & the bartender told her just drink it really fast..REALLY! So I will not be coming back. The young waitress was nice, but the bartender not so much!!!
