Just wanted to share a little word of encouragement, and deposit a little bit of cheer to Kendall (sp?) that was working today here. She was super helpful, kind, made delicious sandwiches and made our day with her service. However, out of the blue a couple walked in to order with misery in their lives obviously from the treatment that they gave poor Kendall. They yelled at the top of their lungs at her and accused her of saying something derogatoryi that my husband and I clearly did not hear. We were sitting there. She broke down obviously and stated to cry. We personally got up and talked some positivity to her. To the rude couple that tore her down with your words today…shame on you! She’s a kid, someone’s daughter, and a human being. The world is hard enough. Have KINDNESS! If you’re that miserable that you need to make everyone else miserable around you…you NEED Jesus in your life! God bless you Kendall!! Keep your head up kiddo! You’re doing a great job!! 👏
Food and customer service was absolutely outstanding
The food is always fresh and well kept. The two women working the afternoon shift at Subway are amazing. They’re always friendly and professional, even when they have to deal with rude customers. They handle everything with patience and grace they truly deserve recognition!

I eat here once a week. Tho Subway's quality of food has gone down over the years, I still frequent this spot. The people that work there are great and food is usually good.
Food seems all right. I'm not sure I'm a good judge - I don't like subway. It was open and within walking distance of where my bf and I parked that day. The customer service is what really caught my attention. The people who work there are genuinely friendly and cool. It makes a big difference when they're selling cheap scraps lumped together into sandwich-shaped piles. No hate on subway. I'm not a sandwich person. But you hire good people and your stores are clean. Kudos.
They served me a frozen pizza to give to my child... at first, they called me and told me they didn't even have pizzas after I placed the online order. The teenage boy and girl running the place definitely have not received proper training.

This place needs more staff. The poor woman working was working alone handling every part of the process by herself- bread, building, checkout, cleanliness-- doing the best she could. It is too much for 1 person-- they're working under unfair conditions creating longer lines than necessary to save having 2 staff. The store is suffering through bad management.
The employee here was great but someone decided to not make wheat bread at all today and they only had two bread options. The bread on our sandwiches was definitely stale and multiple days old. Not joking - it was as hard as a crouton and just crumbled. If we go back I’m going to have to ask when the bread was made because today’s lunch was garbage.

I ordered a foot-long cold cut combo, from subway, via DoorDash! Now, I'm not a big Subway fan. Not because I think the food is nasty. I'm just not into cold cut sandwiches. I was hungry. Subway was close, so I ordered the cold cut combo. It is supposed to have ham, salami, and bologna on it. When I opened my sandwich, it only had bologna. I immediately put my clothes on and headed to Subway. I went into the restaurant livid. I ordered through DoorDash because I didn't want to come out of the house. I asked the little girls in the restaurant who made my sandwich. They never responded. I told them who ever made it had to know what goes on the sandwiches in the restaurant where they work. The one little girl wanted to get smart. I put her in her place, because I am old enough to have been their grandmother. She tried to explain to me that the meat is prepackaged. I said, little girl, when you took the meat out of the package. Clearly you saw that it was only bologna! Come up with a different lie, because that one didn't work. I am paraphrasing because I don't remember exactly what I said. I just know I wasn't having it. As you can see in the pictures, there was very little meat on my sandwich, and a ton of vegetables. First off when you order a wrap and the lady puts down flat bread and doesn't say anything about it untell u address the fact its flat bread and then states they are out of tortillas... so I change to footlong and instead of rotisserie style chicken she makes my sandwhich with homestyle chicken salad... and then I request toasted and the sandwhiches goninto toaster but didn't come out toasted... sandwhich is cold and mushy.... I asked for sweet onion sauce and the lady slaughtered the sandwhich with the sauce... can only taste sauce.... she put 3 huge lines of sauce.... can't even taste the jalapeños there is so much sauce.... Definitely won't return to this location and I hate so much that I paid for this sloppy sandwhich made with zero care

My family and I ordered a total of five meals. I had the footlong Mexicali and the chicken was probably the worst chicken I've had at any subway station ever! And the meat tasted as if it had been frozen or refrigerated over and over and over and over again and then served! One of my daughters had the Philly cheesesteak and the meat was extremely fatty and I believe Subway prides itself on being healthy. My son had the meatball sub everything was good except for the meatballs itself where he explained had something hard on the inside of it and he's only 9. My other daughter had the hot Italian sub and she describes the meat is not good. My 10-year-old daughter had the ultimate BMT she describes it as good but she said that the drink station was very dirty. We did not use the one restroom available as it was flooded and overflowing dirty and smelly. Although we will continue to eat at Subway we will never return to this particular Subway due to the way they treat their meat and the lack of cleanliness in the store itself!
Ordered 2 footongs as we do every weekend. This time got 2 hotshot itailiano instead of one roast turkey. We had just got home after errands and didn't feel like going back. I did check my receipt and it was as we ordered. I cannot stand pepperoni/ heart burn, but decided to just go with it. None off the sauces I ordered were on it, sub crunch was so stale. I ate 1/4 of it and threw it in the trash. Been going to Aubrey subway once a week for a couple of months now. Never had any problems until now. This was the last time. Switching to Crossroads location.
Just sad because subway used to be good but bad stores just make me not want to go anymore
Terrible customer service . Lady that took payment didn't acknowledge me at all . Didn't even look at me. I was the only customer in the store. 1-20-2026 12:40pm
THIS LOCATION MUST BE SHUT DOWN. CANCEL ORDER AND DECLINE TO REFUND. They accepted my order online but never made the sandwich. When I called, they claimed they didn’t know how to process a refund and told me to contact the manager the next day. When I did, the manager told me to drive three hours to the store for a refund and then hung up. Every time I called after that, they kept hanging up on me. I reported the issue to the corporate office, but nothing was done. They simply stole my money.
We have been to this location about 4 times over the last 9 months- 1yr. Keep returning trying to give it another chance. The fresh bread at subway was usually the best part of the sandwich but each time we have visited this location the bread has been hard and not worth eating. Out of chances...won't return to this location.
The store was dirty, the vegetables holders dirty. They have blocked the meat so you can't see it, no telling what that looked like. The young lady fixing sandwiches never changer her gloves. When you go into a subway, we expect a clean fresh bread smell. A shiny counter, fresh vegetables that are not slung all over. We would love to see the meats like we used to. You can do better subway.
I’ve been here several times and it seems like it’s getting worse and worse. I showed up about 6:45 for a sandwich. They are out of flat bread again. I asked for a wrap and she tried to tell me that’s what they use for wraps… uhhhh not right. Training is 1000% needed there. My footlong steak sandwich toasted wasn’t toasted long enough meat was still cold when I got home. I live across the street. On top of that she’s wearing a pair of sweats and a plain black shirt. When I worked at subway during high school I would be written up 3 times for tonight’s show. It’s getting worse and worse here. Almost willing to drive to Walmarts subway just to try theirs now.
I placed a mobile order today for 2 footballing sandwiches, and 2 large drinks. The online tracker showed the sandwiches should be ready around 5:55pm, but I arrived around 6pm because mine and my husbands mobile orders have never been ready on time. The online tracker showed the food was ready, but it was not. At 6:15 the 1 person, and half a mobile order that were in the air in front of me were finally finished. I asked about my order and was told that “No, there are no mobile orders, only one came in.” I didn’t know what to say and the girl finally said “if you tell us what you had we will make it.” Okay cool beans at least I’m getting my order right? After another 10 minutes of absolute chaos and confusion from behind the counter my sandwiches were finally finished. Unfortunately there was hardly any meat, and I would not recommend asking for extra of anything because you will for sure get EXTRA. My husbands sandwich was pretty much just olives and pickles with a giant gob of mayo at one end. I went to fill my drinks and noticed that the brew time sticker on the tea said it was last brewed at 10:30am, figuring that couldn’t be right I got a bit to taste, it was not good. For sure had not been brewed recently. The three teenage children are not at fault for my poor experience today. It is obvious that they are not ready to be left on their own and a manager should be present. They need more training and help and that is on the manager.
I knew better to go to this Location, but did anyway. Of Course I Regret it but didn’t have a choice for the most part. They need to Reevaluate the Current Staff No Dress Code Tattoos all over the place. Their Attitude is Horrible and they are Very Rushy and Impatient. She didn’t Cut the meat or the Cheese she Tore it with her Gloved hands. Ask for Vegetables instead of getting a Fresh replacement because it was Empty she grabbed the leftovers to offer until I said Never mind I don’t want that. I will Never go to this Location again. These corporate people don’t care who run their store as long as a Body is present during business hours SMDH!!
