This is a 5-Star restaurant operating in a small strip mall location. The chef's are way too talented for such a location and I expect they will some day own their own building. The food is that good. I ordered something called a Molcajete, and was blown away by the size, flavor and love that they put into making this dish. (see pics) it is a towering, bubbling, colossal combination of meats, peppers and spices, accompanied by Rice/Beans condiments. And let me tell you that there is no way you are finishing this by yourself! It is for sharing. The tortillas are really great too. It is like a volcano of Super flavorful and Spicy food. Especially good if you like Chorizo. My wife ordered Fajitas, and again, it was a large portion. Both of which fed us the next day as well. Tasty Margaritas as well! Note: Allow for an extra 20 minutes or so on the Molcajete if you try it because it is not a small or easy creation to make! As I mentioned, In any other town, this restaurant would have its own building and be frequented regularly by locals and travelers alike. It really is in disguise at this location.
Looks can be deceiving. May not look like much on the outside, and it's because all the magic is inside. Hands down delicious authentic Mexican food. The flavors was there. So delicious 😋 and good prices too!! I would definitely back again and again
Stopped here during a road trip. Food was great, service was great and meals arrived fast. The chips and salsa were very good. Chips were nice and crisp and the salsa had good flavor with the right amount of kick. I ordered a smothered chicken burrito. Yum! Very large and they use chicken breast, not thighs. Which is something you don't see very often. My friends all were very satisfied with their meals too.
Unassuming restaurant from the outside. The service was fast and great. Food was amazing. I had the tacos and tamales.
Employee's are awesome. Very family friendly and friendly people. Food is good also. My favorite is Taco salad (apologies for the bad pic)

Stopped in for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised by this little place. The service was great, food was excellent and a good value too. The atmosphere is okay, nothing over the top, but it's VERY clean!! I'll take clean over fancy any day! We had super burritos (They are big!) Ground Beef and Carne Asada. Shrimp Taco and Al Pastor Taco. We liked their chips and salsa as well.
Many delicious things here and what gives me cravings here is their refried beans. Don't know what they do to them but just a bean and cheese burrito here is so very delicious to me. Soft chewy flour tortilla, beans and a little extra Jack cheese and I'm happy. Street taco's carne asada, are my other fav.
I am from the Central Valley living here for work and this is the best Mexican food I’ve found around here. The daily specials help with saving money but you get your moneys worth and always a bag of chips n salsa. A little hidden gem here for sure and it’s close enough to the highway to stop before hitting Clementine in the summer!
Came in for lunch around 11:00 AM. They were open I was able to order immediately the price was reasonable. I got a three item combination plate, and the flowers were awesome crispy yummy. The rice was excellent. The crispy taco was the best ever had and the tostada out of this world. I would suggest anybody driving by living nearby, or just looking for a Great Taco, please come here….
Hands down the best California burrito I’ve had, and their horchata was very delicious! It was very spacious and clean, and the staff were super friendly. We’re definitely making this our stop whenever we pass through!

The best Mexican Food that I’ve had for a long time, except for their free chips. That’s a huge thing but the food is so good you’ll be glad you have room in your stomach for more great food!😂

I don’t get it. How can you charge a person $20 for yesterday’s food? It’s dried out, burnt from the microwave and tasteless! The beans are from a can; I’d bet money! Authentic Mexican? No Mexican has ever been near this place. It’s bad cafeteria food. What a waste of money!
Came here for the first time based on reviews. Ordered a “super burrito”. Got 3/4’s through it and realized there was NO guacamole in it. Called the waitress over, I pointed to my burrito with no guacamole. She said sorry and walked away!?!?! No offer to remake it, no offer of a discount, nothing. No tip for you non-caring waitress! If you like tons of rice and beans in your super burrito this is your place. Also, the “salsa” they serve with your stale chips if from a can and not fresh made. Also has a sweet flavor. Another reviewer said this is the best Mexican food in Auburn?? If that’s the case it’s the last Mexican joint I’ll ever visit in Auburn.
