I made my order over the phone with a customer service agent for this location. When i arrived i was missing a pizza from my order. Although it wasn't the locations fault, a gentleman by the name of Raul rectified the issue so quickly i couldn't even be upset! Thank you for your great customer service skills! You have a customer for life.
I had a problem with my order getting mixed up and the Manager from Alamo Pizza hut next to Walgreens solved the issue professionally and accordingly a person with good work ethics and solving problems professionally and respectively should get a Raise anywhere!!! You don't find people like that anymore now and days..grateful that he solved the issue ...Thanks David from Alamo Pizza Hut.
Recently ordered from Alamo Rd Pizza Hut. Pizza was ready as promised and hot. Ordered a Supreme Pizza so was expecting the pizza to have more toppings than we received. Pizza from Sam’s Club or COSCO costing 1/2 the Pizza Hut price was much better in had more toppings, thus better tasting. Speaking to store manager, he said he would tell his staff to put additional toppings on future pizzas. That did not help me but perhaps the next person will be able to see toppings on their pizza!! I do not plan to return.
When I order extra pepperoni on my stuff crust pizza I ask them if they could start 1st putting some on the edge of the crust as much as they can. Ohh boy how good it comes out! :) Sorry I don't have a Pic but I will add it soon.
The on-line ordering was easy. I was able to quickly find a special that met my needs. The pizza was brought out to my car almost immediately after I drove into the parking lot. And best of all the pizza was warm and delicious.
Not what it use to bee but good pizza and wings.
Whoever made my pan pizza, this was the best pan pizza I've had in 10 years. Cooked perfectly, just like it used to be. Thank you.

Wanted to thank Jonathan for going above and beyond on making a delivery out two blocks away from him. I called earlier and the girl told me they weren’t able to but Jonathan was able to go in there and bypass everything and get it done. That’s what you call real customer service. .

A year ago, I used to hate having to order from this location. But I can honestly say things really have changed, the service is great, the food is great, the waiting time isn’t bad at all, as opposed to how it used to be. Love how this place has turned out.
Order taker was able to get our order without having to write them down, food was quick and fresh. They don't have TV's to watch anymore and the interior looks extremely simple, not enough booths or high chairs for toddlers.

Asked for 8 boneless wings. 3 of those wings were ridiculously small. If I could join those 3 boneless wings it would've created 1 normal sized wing. Our server did manage to bring us more wings and was understanding. Food was good as usual but service was from a 1-10, a 7. Can't necessarily blame our server for the way the food comes out but at least he helped out. Only reason why I keep going back is because I like pizza a lot.
Love the pasta/pizza there.. but the last time I was there.. I asked for peppers and the waitress asked "did you order it" I did not know I had to order pepper for my pizza,,, she brought some and i was charged $1.79 since when did they started charging for pepper? It's not about the money it's about the way the waitress talked to me.. and isn't pepper a condiment that should be free if you dine in.. it's like asking for salt.. are they now charging for everything.. ?
After doing some searching I don't understand how a hand tossed pizza can look and taste like a thin n crispy and have crust as if it was stuffed cheese crust with no flavor. Tasted horrible. 1 star for hand tossed 5 star for pan.

Pizza Hut has become a real disappointment. I was unhappy a few years ago when they started charging for red pepper flakes & Parmesan cheese, when all other pizza places till this day provide it for free. Now, they’re charging for marinera sauce to go with the cheese sticks I ordered. Really? Every time I get the cheeses sticks it comes w/ the sauce, but not today. That’s like charging for ketchup when ordering a side of fries, it’s ridiculous!! It seems like Pizza Hut is starting to hit rock bottom and have to charge and collect anything they possibly can. I’m a regular customer, but this will be the last time you have my business. You’re a real disappointment.
When I placed my order on line, I requested some blue cheese but was sold ranch dressing instead. I love too far from this restaurant to return it. I wonder if the people that filled my order even know what Blue Cheese is.
Went in on a Sunday with my wife and it took 25 minutes before someone decided to help us. Our waiter wasn’t the best, a bit rude. We just ordered a cheese pizza and it took half an hour. I don’t know much but I do know that this Pizza Hut needs to be managed better.
I ordered a pizza by phone halfway through the order, the lady hung up on me. I had to call them back to give her my name before, I can find out how long to wait for the pizza, she hung up on me again, so I called again to got a time, when I got to the store they didn't have me in the system. And didn't have my pizza ready, so I had to reorder and had to set 20 minutes to get my pizza so I can take it home. Not real happy.
Took forever on a simple order which they got wrong and the place was no where near full so why the took forever I don’t know, they were out of chicken Alfredo so we ordered the other option cheesy Alfredo which they said they had only to tell us way later they no longer had any so we only ate the pizza since we didn’t want to wait more then half an hour again which wasn’t enough food to get us full, all that plus a worker who was on break who was vaping in a corner made this experience absolutely terrible.
Really bad poor costumer service definitely not coming here again order online they couldn’t find order they didn’t know anything after I show proof of purchase the 2 employees go back to make out or cuddle instead of getting me attend I just can’t believe this
Worst thing ever they kept giving me the go around saying they never got my order had nothing of me in the system for a straight hr said they couldn’t give me a refund but some how gave my a receipt of what was paid for in my name at the end when I left if you can get my receipt then I’m in the system you can see my order just a bunch of idiots that don’t wanna work
There are no menu's at Alamo location. No menu is posted anywhere. Asked for meaty marinara pasta. She said they didn't have any pasta. What?! I then asked her sarcastically if they had pizza. They had no tea and other options were out of order. I asked to speak to manager to give feedback and manager never came to counter in the hour I was there. Poor, poor management.
I had the most horrible experience with my family today at this Alamo location I came to dine with my husband and 2 girls and I was treated horribly by Amy she has a tone in her voice that just was awful after we finished our order we walked out due to the lack of human decency or this women had.DO NOT COME HERE Not WORTH IT .
We had an awful experience here. We ordered a BEEF pizza and ended up getting a SAUSAGE (Pork) pizza when I pointed out their mistake the waiter kept insisting that it was beef when it clearly tasted like pork. My daughter is allergic, told her not eat the pizza because if something happened to her they’re to blame! Had to get a cheese pizza for her. They could at least have the been honest about their mistake. I don’t appreciate this at all. The waiter didn’t even bother to check up on us after she brought the pizza. And then to top it off I asked for box and it had grease stains on it. I take a picture but it doesn’t let me upload it.
Fountain drink machine doesn’t work, they just gave us the menus and no one came to take our order, tables all dirty. Improper relations in the back. Seems like there isn’t a manager. If i could give NO stars i would.
Horrible experience they gave us our pizza undercooked and when trying to contact them the phones where just being hung up on after 20 mins of tiring, I finally was able to get someone to answer the phone Joel the manager told me they did that due to them being short staffed and really busy also their single serving pasta bowls if now the same for family size which I find ridiculous. If I knew I was going to have to cook my own pizza in the oven I would have just made myself a Digiorno pizza.
In order to give you my experience with this establishment, I need to at least give it a 1 star. The A/C was not working, the young waitress, with NO WORK ethic, whatsoever, you know the type, only there for a paycheck, seems she was bothered in being there, she brought the order of pizza, before our salads, in which I had to remind her of them, the salads were most of white hard leafy lettuce. She could not answer our concerns, her response was, I'll tell the manager. AVOID THE ESTABLISHMENT 👎👎👎🤢🤮
Worst service ever. Ordered a carrout order for the triple box holiday special. When we got home all our food was raw and spoiled. We didnt even eat because of it. Called in and the manager said they were providing credit for the two medium pizzas. When I called in for the credit I spoke to the manager and he said he was only providing credit for one. Worst customer service I have ever received by a manager. He was very rude and condescending. We're never stepping into that pizza hut again! If I could rate zero stars I would! Super dissatisfied customer!
So disappointed in this establishment! We sat got drinks! Waitress never came back, we waited 25 minutes but no ever came! Thank you for ignoring us! We left, tried to pay for drinks but we're told it was fine. I didn't see a manager, would have liked to have spoken to someone!
My friend not only found a hair in his salad, but 3. The server was apologetic. The manager, however, never once looked at the floor. As we were walking out he did look over at us. Have us a dirty look and jyst let us walk out without saying a word. He was to busy chatting with the cashier to care. Awesome job.
Th app said my pizza was ready but I still waited 10 min more and the personnel was having a blast goofing around
Everytime I order it's never actually pizza hut it's a third party..over $50 in food and always missing items.or food comes like it's been sitting there for days...this last time did it for me..never ordering from here again

I’m done with them screwed up the order not once but twice. Pizza was only half done … mushy in the middle not fully cooked. Ordered diet drinks got regular. Not patient or understanding when I tried to discuss my order with them
this woman named amy had such a rude tone while i was ordering , and when i sat down and waited for my food the lady (amy) was being extremly mean to a sweet mexican couple and the poor sweet couple simply asked her why Amy was talking to them like that and she completely disregared them. I felt so so bad because those people definetly didn’t deserve that treatment. I turned to talk to the couple because I was in complete disbelif on how that Amy woman was so cold hearted to them , and encouraged them to leave. And they did . It was my first and last time ever at this location and is defffffff my LAST. I’ve never met someone so miserable in my life .
I got my order confirmation and the time when it would be ready, I got to the store 8-9 min after the time it said I walk in and my order wasn’t even done. While I was driving over I got the notification my order was ready. I understand if it was packed but the store was empty when I walked in and they were just talking in the back. When my order was done the girl in the front just threw my pizzas in the counter and walked to the back. So rude .
The manager running the front well I’m assuming she was the manager she had super red bright red hair as soon as I can in was leaning on the host stand on her phone again when I went up to the counter she was on her phone again pretty sure on a personal call I had the service was not good at all only went to the table to take our order and drop off the food that was it. I went up to the counter to pay idk if things have changed that much since the last time I came here but man the food was ok I guess but yeah will not be dining in again anytime soon.

The front lady, again the front lady who was taking care of the order was so rude and screaming at the customer once you walk in to get in line but there was no line form. Everyone was standing around and some were sitting. So what line and why are you yelling. Maybe be more more prepared for the rush and form a line for order online and order for carry out inside better.
Got a supreme pizza no olives no meat pay extra for jalapeños just threw them on top didn't warm them up , horrible
I ordered online for a deal 2 medium pizzas one topping it took 2 hours and 30 mins to get my order delivered. I called to complain to the store no one answered, when I reached out to the door dash driver she was told by the manager to wait till her (mine) name was called. When we received our pizza after 2 hours and 30 dang minutes. ( mind you we live 10 mins from the location it’s self and it’s for my nieces . And it came completely cold and hard as if it was sitting in the back of the restaurant. Waste of time and money. Management is completely unprofessional and took no accountability.. only that “ it’s super busy in here today “ I get that but the matter of the problem is. Everyone’s time was wasted. And not enough people were working on a day it’s super busy with meal deals.
If I could give zero stars I would. Workers took forever to talk to me and they were too busy making out in the kitchen. When they did get to me the lady attending me seemed lost. She couldn’t find my order even though I had the confirmation number in my phone. I was there trying to resolve this issue over 30 mins. When I spoke to the manager they were no help either. When I asked for a refund with my number they were able to refund my money and even gave me a receipt. My question is how could she pull up my information on the system in order to refund my money to my card but not find my order? Cherry on top was the place wasn’t even busy, but that makes sense now with their lack of experience.

Poor customer service. Both employees there lack it. After voicing my concerns, I can tell they get it from their manager on duty. Poor Management skills. Plus she can’t help customers who speak Spanish because she doesn’t even understand it, less even speak it. Super supreme did NOT have black olives. Can’t even call to complain because it’s pointless when you have a manager that has the same attitude as your employees. Employees are busy with orders while your manager on duty is in the back of the dining on a laptop. Then she still expects employees to answer the phone. Managers lead by example. Disgusting.
