not your average baked potato! i got the chicken fried chicken which was loaded with chicken, cheese, greens, and corn that was topped off with a savory gravy! the flavor combo was amazing! the service was excellent and the guys were very friendly.

OKAY OKAY so if you love potatoes 🥔 and don't mind anything on it! Haha I give this place 11/10. I got the Cajun and Lemon Pepper Wings. Mannnn when I say the Cajun sauce is bomb 💣 it's BOMB nothing like it. Very delicious 😋 and great service too!

Best baked potato of my life. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and the Cajun cream sauce really set it off. I'm definitely coming back and trying the fried chicken next.

I had the Cajun and Dad had the Brisket. Both were absolutely fabulous. The Cajun was just a little spicy but all of the flavors melted together perfectly. The Brisket could easily stand up against Franklin and Central BBQ. It was a perfect combination of beans, cheese and grilled onions. I highly recommend Anything's Baked Potato to anyone visiting Austin Texas.

Wow, just wow. Lovely little truck stop type venue. The loaded baked potatoes (jacket potatoes) are amazing. We had a Chicken fried chicken and a Veggie Baked potato. The flavour and care in the ingredients is really really good. 5 mins from the Hotel Indigo and highly recommended if you're hungry and want something filling and tasty. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

One of our coworkers brought a potato from here for lunch and about 9 of us all marveled as he ate it in awe. When we found out where it came from our boss immediately left to get one, (it was like the claw from Toy Story) fast forward to today I got sent to pick up a lunch order for work. Their online ordering was acting up so they had the order and the money but didn’t know what the order was. Honestly took such good care and I didn’t mind waiting. I was offered a primo parking spot which I appreciated because I’ve only ever lived in cedar park and round rock. Not a big fan of downtown or the east side I probably seemed nervous. Really kind staff and delicious food.

I ordered their Cajun baked potato that comes with a drink and it did not disappoint. It had a generous amount of toppings, the shrimp were cooked to perfection, the fried chicken was crunchy, hints of smokiness from the sausage, the corn added slight sweetness, the cajun cream sauce is what truly elevated this dish adding an explosion of flavor but yet still balanced and it was all topped off on a buttery baked russet potato. Can’t wait to try their other baked potatoes and wings. Rating: 10/10 Cajun- Shrimp, fried chicken, andouille sausage. corn and cajun cream sauce loaded onto a baked russet potato.

Holy macaroni! This is delicious. I ordered the portobello with shrimp. Dang! It is fantastic. My mom ordered the brisket. Same. Fantastic. We will be back

My husband wanted to try this place for the first time yesterday, we got the Country Fried Chicken and the Brisket spuds. We didn't make it out the parking lot before they were devoured. They are a good amount of food for the cost, and so good. They have a nice little set up with tables for those who want to eat and not only pick up from the truck. Needless to say we came back today and ordered 2 more spuds, my husband didn't change from what he got the day before I tried the Cajun one and it was so delicious. I really want to try the Salmon and Asparagus one but they only have those on Thursdays, so we'll be back again.

Anything baked potato is bomb. Loaded with all the toppings and with a generous amount of their delicious Cajun cream sauce. We had the dirty side and Cajun baked potato and we were just sooo impressed with how well the potato was cooked with the large filling. Eggs and veggies added were so fresh. A must try if you are a potato fan!

Solid choice if you like potatoes. I got the brisket(20$) and my wife got the Cajun (21$) but the Cajun one comes with a drink. They were both good, but I think hers was better. Mine had a burned part on the bottom skin but it didn’t affect the flavor any, I just peeled it off and still neither of us could finish them. It’s a serious spud..

Talk about a solid 5-star place!!! This little food truck is the kit and kaboodle…the total shiznit….the bomb diggity…the total package…you get it! I got the Dirty Side and my wife got the Cajun…..both were phenomal! There was a couple behind us that we got to talking too and they said that they eat there weekly! This place went on the favorites and we can’t wait to come back!!

It was closing time and they still made my husband and I, a plate. Thank you Kenesha and the gentleman cooking! Our potatoes were awesome!! Don't let the prices, deter you from stopping by because the potatoes are packed with lots of meat, veggies or whatever you order. My husband ordered the stir fry potato and I ordered the chicken fried chicken. We most definitely will be going back! :-)

Great customer service. And lawd, the potato! The way they let me customize it. From the crispy bacon, to the soft scrambled eggs. And the COLLARD GREENS. Mhmm, they got it. Gonna bring the whole fam back. And. They have a gender inclusive bathroom. I LOVE it.

It is located across from GW Carver library and museum. Puts various toppings over perfectly cooked baked potatoes. Got the cajun for 21 dollars after reading the reviews. Fried chicken, adouille sausage, a couple pieces of shrimp, corn, and a cream sauce. It was good. If I would go back, I would ask for less sauce so that I could fully taste the toppings. Meal comes with a canned soda and inside seating is available after you purchase your food at the truck.

I give this place 3 out of 5. Reason being I didn’t even get to taste too much of the brisket. It was just too much going on. My friend ordered the Cajun and that was pretty good however he explained they ran out of shrimp. My opinion it should have been discounted. Everything is too overly price and I expected something totally different from what I received. A bit too spicy for the brisket and too salty for the Cajun. The chicken and fries were ok. The fries were delicious. I will pass on taking a second jab at it. Good experience!

Got home and the potatoes are not even fully cooked. The price is not worth my time waiting for it or the extra money I had to spend on buying a second dinner because this one was raw and inedible. I was even charged $4 extra for 3 small nuggets of chicken. Wild… Not even worth giving them a second chance with this disappointment.
