Edit: changing my review to 5*, the team way better yesterday. Way better. 1* Guy made me feel awkward ordering my drinks. I asked triple shot expresso cause I wanted the caffeine, gives me a weird look. I wanted a cover for my pink drink, and they didn't carry any sleeves for me to cover.

I've been coming here every day for 11 years. I have to say that this is the best Starbucks I have ever experienced. Every employee knows ever client by name. Every employee is super-friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They're so nice I even invited a couple of them to my wedding, as we've become friends over the years. As for product, nothing beats a nice Sumatra through the clover machine, and some Bacon & Gruyere Sous Vide Egg Bites. I can't possibly recommend this location highly enough. If you like being treated like family, this is as good as it gets.

Top notch service. Went completely above and beyond just because she charged me for the wrong size drink. It was completely not a big deal, but they made me the bigger size anyway. Everyone was very friendly and service was fast even though they only had 3 people working.

A great place to relax. The staff is eclectic and interesting and they noticeably like their jobs. The store is clean. The restroom is very clean with plenty of nobs and shelves to place your belongings. The art and atmosphere is fun, good and stylish. As for the coffee, I am always happy with my purchases. This is a great little slice of planet earth :)

when you meet the girl that works here you realize that AI technology exist. she is like a robot with zero personality. My wife snd me were debating if she is a real person or just a robot, but I think I wone because there was nothing in the way she reacted to customers to prove that she is real.

I had a Venti drip coffee and stayed for a refill. Service was basic on the first order, but when I got a refill, the barista was unfriendly and seemed put off by having to serve me. Starbucks used to be a pleasant place for me to get a cup of coffee and do a little bit of work. In the last few months, the service has been basic to subpar and I no longer look forward to coming into the store.

Probably just an off day but the cashier took my order, then repeated it back to me. Asked what it was again said OK then got my order wrong. Wrong size and without sweetener. I feel annoying to complain about Starbucks but it was iced green tea. How do you get that wrong?

Worst Starbucks around. Very very slow service. I have waited 20 minutes on many occasions for an iced tea, doesn't seem to matter if they are busy or slow. Staff seems very indifferent to their customers. They also seem to not like to use their A/C, it's stifling hot and stuffy in there every morning. Yesterday was the last day for me there, I am now changing my route to work to be able to go to a different location.

I ordered a drink using my stars and another order using more stars with a hot sandwich. When picking up the order, the barista said there was only the latter part of the order and not the first part, a free drink using 150 stars. This barista needs to learn how to read orders for the same name. I was already on the phone with customer service. The only thing wrong - well, her inability to read properly or pair orders for the same party. Pay attention.

Terrible place, I don't want an agenda blatantly shoved in my face the whole time I'm there. I'll never be visiting this Starbucks. There agenda should be good service and good coffee not pushing beliefs on people. I'll be going to the next town over if I need a late night place.
