I Love Jimmy John’s! I think the food is very consistent, fresh and delicious! It is one of my favorite sandwich places. Too bad they have some negative reviews. I hope they look at those reviews and make changes necessary. I will still be coming here when I can. I still Love these sandwiches!!

I drive 8.5 miles from Simi to get my regular Size #7 Spicy East Coast Italian with everything and extra hot peppers. Frankly I eat quite a bit more at JM's because they are pretty much everywhere like Starbucks these days-and they are solid. But still like JJ's better. I've only eaten JJ's at 3 locations. This location in Moorpark in particular gets it right. Bartlesville, OK. location(worked there for a bit) solid too. Culver City Ca. location was just OK. Can't believe we have no Simi location. Maybe good thing because if I lived in the delivery radius I think I may have trouble getting out of the house much lol.

I've only ever had 1 bad experience with Jimmy John's. And even then, they made it right. The spicy East Coast Italian is the best thing here.

You really gotta be really good to make the perfect Tuna sandwich to please my girlfriend and these folks got it all! Fresh ingredients and fresh bread along with all the fixings. You really got to try one of these bad boys.

Great sandwich with lots of mayo. Was perfect for eating in my car by myself. I loved every bite, the bread is so good! It is far better than subway for only a few dollars more... I find myself desperately wanting to go back

BEST Sub-Sandwiches....better than Subway! Owners are really nice and they care about their customers! Must try the “Frenchie” or the “Tuna” sandwich at Jimmy John’s!!

They are back in business after water damage. The food and service are great! And they run a really clean kitchen. The staff are fast and friendly.

The bread is great, the sandwiches are fine. They don't make anything until you order, which is nice. Underwhelmed with the sandwich itself. I got turkey and there were just a couple tiny pieces of meat. The sandwich itself was small, too. I like to save half for the next meal - definitely not happening here. Would I go again? Maybe, but I prefer Jersey Mikes.

20 dollars for a slice of roast beef??? Where the heck is the meat!!!! Never ever coming back!!! That place is a fraud!!

Had to check my receipt to verify that I got a "roast beef" sandwich, because I sure couldn't tell from eating it. There was one very thin slice of beef there. It was also $1 Sub day but the employees claimed they didn't know anything about it. Won't be going back.

Never had issues with this store before but today the young man who took my order got both sandwiches wrong so I asked if he could take the order again and fix them. He proceeds to argue with me about what I said vs what he put down. Regardless of who said what the fact he argued with me over something so trivial was ridiculous. Then I asked to talk to the manager and the store owner made himself known, I asked if we could real quick outside because I didnt want to make a scene in the store and he said no sorry im busy. I said you cant give me 5 seconds of your time to talk about this? He said nope sorry and ignored me. Needless to say This could have been a simple “oops our bad let me fix it” and been done. The second set of sandwiches was also incorrect but it wasn’t worth going back in again. This store has 3 stars for a reason…

Food was not good, way to much mayo. One of the guys working was nice and friendly but the other guy had a bad attitude. He was giving dirty looks and making it clear that he was upset that we were there 30 minutes before closing. He's lucky he didn't get called out for it. Poor food and poor service at a premium price? Stay away from this place

Owners of this location aren’t welcoming. Employees are amazing with our DISABLED clients. Unfortunately the owners might need to take notes from their staff on how to treat disabled people. It’s a shame especially knowing how strong the disabled community is here in Moorpark Ca. I’m not from this area. Only here for work and I am reminded daily as to why I would never want to live in an area with people who don’t welcome disabled people into their business. Needs improvement and better business etiquette. It’s 2024.
