When it comes to having a sandwich, Jersey Mike’s is my go to place. The sandwiches are always exceptional and the staff is always pleasant and welcome you into the store. An incident happened today. I bought a chicken salad sandwich (regular) and paid cash, but I forgot to give my phone number so I could get the points. I discovered this when I got home. I called the store and spoke to Ezra. I told her that I forgot to mention my phone number and therefore did not get points for my sandwich. I also didn’t have a receipt. I explained this to Ezra and she put me on hold for a moment to check and see if she could find my order. She was able to locate it as I had a two dollar coupon which was associated with my order. This made it easier to locate. I gave her my phone number and she gave me the credit for my points. I appreciate the time that she took to do this for me even though it was not an urgent request. She certainly goes out of her way to help a customer. Thank you so much, Ezra. I really appreciate it.

My sandwich was made accurately and quickly with a really wonderful friendly attitude by Jesse. He was very accommodating when I asked for my cheese to be sliced on a machine that hadn't just sliced meat. They were just about to close for the day, yet Jesse did not make me feel rushed at all, he made me feel like family. Awesome customer service!

Fast fresh wonderful subs. Very cheerful and helpful staff. It's always spotless inside. The hot tip is to use the app and when you get there you can stand to the left and tell them your name and they'll hand you your order. In and out in 1 minute or less.

By far the best sandwiches and management. I've been going there more than normal not only because I like the sandwiches they make but to support the manager, pretty sure his name is Josh. Always so honest and happy it rubs off on you. Try it and see yourself. I'm in no way related totthe business just a customer who thought to wright a truthfull positive review because people only seem, in any business, love to take there time to only complain about whatever. The employees here are all cool. I love Jersey Mike's. I've never had a bad sandwich. My only wish is the chicken parm will make a comeback.

Good quality meats and cheeses. Skip the veggie sandwich as it's a total afterthought by the company. Hands down the most anemic veggie sandwich offered by any sandwich chain.

Most everything about this place is amazing. I had my puppies out side when my partner placed our order . He is a us Military veteran and sometimes messes up . He did that with our order possibly . And when I went inside to fix my order . The girls behind the counter made me fill so unwelcome and seemed upset that they had to re make food . Yes people order the wrong food it happened . My biggest issue is they talked about the customer in front of the customer . I get your upset that someone made a mistake and someone came in and say hay this is not what I wanted, can you please redo this? There’s no need to be snarky or to make your customers feel stupid. I get this may be like a college part-time while you’re home job but if you wouldn’t make your mother feel stupid for making a mistake. Why would your customer?

My boyfriend and I had the Philly steak and cheese. We went to the Moorpark location and the service was great. I really liked the cheese on my sandwich. I want to go back to try the special sauce. Yes, apparently they have special sauce.

As the woman in the old Wendy's commercial infamously framed the phrase, "Where's the beef?", I couldn't help but think of this when I opened two subs and was less than thrilled. Was pleased and a fan up until the other day but really disappointed that they have now cut back on their meat portions but are still charging the same.

I went after lunch time on Sunday to order a sandwich for my wife and was greeted very nicely. I order my sandwich ask the lady to add Mayo on both sides of the bread and she just squeeze the mayo on the bread and I ask her to spread the mayo on the bread and she replied she had know way to spread the mayo on the bread when there is a knife just two feet away to spread it on the bread. Also was not clean around the meat slicer and the bread was a little stale.

Like the sandwiches but associate got both orders wrong and had to correct.

Maybe I'm a germaphobe, but that's nasty in my opinion. There's absolutely no point in wearing gloves if you're going to simply go back and forth between the register and food prepping. After almost a decade of attending this location, I will sadly not return.

This is the third time I have had a bad experience here . Seems like no one pays any attention to what you say or how you want it. I ask for light mayo they slap on extra! I have 30 mins to get food and eat it. I called to explain my sandwich was smashed and she could have cared less rooms me she will tell the manager without even asking for my phone number to make it right. I understand no one wants to make sandwiches for a living but that’s their job and not one person in there acts like they enjoy it . The man with curly hair who maid my sandwich paid zero mind to what I asked for . Here the photo my sandwich shouldn’t look like this . I will no longer go to Jersey Mike’s. And I usually eat there multiple times as I work next door

If 0 was an option that's how many stars i wld give. Person making sandwich was so heavy handed he saturated it with the dressing..practically dumped it all on there. Made one sandwich incorrectly and scraped everything off. There was no ice for our drinks and when we asked were told i dont know what to tell you....seriously??? How about getting more ice???? Horrible customer service. Idiots. I'll drive further to thousand oaks next time. They have great service and know how to make sandwiches!!!

Customer service was reallllly bad. It was a bunch of teens at the counter constantly talking to eachother, and the guy who took my family’s Oder was half paying attention because he was having a convo with another employee. When we got our orders my whole order was wrong I asked for no mayo and bacon and they gave me just the opposite. As I was eating a few other customers walked out saying that they didn’t even get a chance to customize their orders…

Ordered three sandwiches one was a tuna specifically stated lettuce pickles tomatoes mayonnaise that's it ! and for whatever reason the server girl decided to put oil and vinegar on my tuna sandwich,, it was disgusting and I did not ask for that , by the time we got back to the job and found out my lunch was ruined cuz I didn't have time to go back thanks a lot .. will never go back ,,,by the way. Mike's way on any sandwiches is gross
