Fancied an Italian during the F1 weekend and this didn’t disappoint. Fantastic chicken pesto pasta dish, friends had dessert which they said was good too. Catered well for gluten free friend too. Personally thought the Barolo was overrated (as often they can be) but overall a great meal and would happily go again.

Nice restaurant! We had the soup of the day - kale, sausage and veggies. Like a hearty homemade soup. The pepe pizza was good we devoured that thing. Our pastas yum. Squid ink and spicy rigatoni yummm. Both were spicy. Squid ink was spicier. Dessert was a brookie ice cream combo. Drinks were good too. Overall good experience and fresh food. Thanks y’all.

Stopped in for some appetizers while on a little road trip. We had the calamari and Arancini. They are both served with an aioli and both are different and delightful in their own respects. I used both on each of the apps. The calamari comes with a little arugula salad on the plate and if you dont like heat. Don't eat it. However, I loooooved it. We also ordered the panna cotta for dessert. We were brought the most splendid spoon imaginable. It had a pleasant mouth feel, and as a neurodivergent individual, the mouth feel of a spoon is important when consuming a plate meant to ensnare the senses. I could not be more in love with it. As our server said, "That one is yummers" which i loved and told her I may be stealing that phrase, then she followed up with "Its a one way ticket to yumville, for sure''. It had a topping of fruit which I enjoyed but hubby said it didnt need it. I have to say its good with or without it but I must also note that having the fruit adds an extra layer of complexity that really elevates it.

Delicious food!! Such a beautiful atmosphere, and the service is amazing! Our server, Roan, was so kind, friendly, and recommended to me great dishes! I had the Key Lime Pie cocktail - it truly tasted just like a key lime pie, and it was super strong (great value!!) For my entree, I had the seared scallops, and it was such a wonderful meal. The scallops were perfectly tender and paired with the sweet corn risotto and the fried scallops so well 😭😭 My partner got the Seared Short Ribs and they were DELICIOUSSSSS! Lastly, for dessert, we had the Hazelnut Torta. It was crunchy, light, sweet but not too sweet, and overall a perfect dessert! Highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area - this will be our go-to Italian restaurant from now on! Huge thank you to Roan for taking such good care of our huge table and for being so kind, accomodating, and for your recommendations! You turned a 10/10 experience into a 1000/10 one! 🫶

Every North Italia I’ve visited, I’ve loved, and this location is no different. This location is in walking distance of the library and a few other places. I enjoyed everything I ordered, and tried the asparagus for the first time (which is also good). I prefer north Italia over the super “fancy” Italian places I’ve had. I’ve had their calamari, different pastas and pizza, everything spot on. The service is also really good too and each staff member is great!

Celebrated my friend’s birthday here and it’s a good experience. We just walk-in without reservation and got seated immediately. The food was good. Calamari and the shrimp scampi are good as well as the chicken pesto🤌🏼✨ Although we didn’t like the pizza that we got i think it’s just too salty tbh. But overall, good dinner and happy tummy💖

North Italia is a gem! The pizza was perfectly cooked with a delicious crust and toppings that made each bite heavenly. The cocktails were spot-on, offering a great mix of flavors that paired beautifully with our meal. The pasta is simply outstanding—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. If you're looking for a place with fantastic Italian food and a great atmosphere, North Italia is the spot. Highly recommended!

We didn’t have a reservation and got to the restaurant fairly late around 8.45. Even at that hour, they were busy. The hostess and wait staff were kind - we were seated fairly promptly. Our food tasted great. Our server was good with suggestions. Including open to substituting grilled chicken for Italian sausage in the Spicy Rigatoni with Vodka sauce. The food did take just a little long given how busy they were and parking in downtown is a hassle - we paid $16 and in the garage there was two cars with boots on them and constant surveillance to make sure people had paid. We should have just used valet service (so that’s on us - sharing this only as a tip). Overall, we enjoyed our experience at North Italia.

I eat here every year for my birthday dinner. The pastas are so good and the staff is always so kind. The best meal is the chicken parm. Their black truffle garlic bread is SO good!

I had dinner at the bar while I watched a game and the meal was quite tasty. The bartender and other staff were friendly and professional. The food is good, but not amazing. Calling it North Italia is a bit of a stretch since the cuisine is not strictly from there (e.g. pizza). I saw one couple on a date but it seems more like a great place to go after work with colleagues or to watch a game a the bar. Prices are reasonable.

Myself and 3 friends were in Austin for the F1 Grand Prix. We had a lovely meal including a main and a dessert each. I had gluten free pasta which was lovely, and was so happy when they brought out GF garlic bread. Definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant is beautiful inside and it's huge. It was very clean. The service was friendly and fast. We had chicken pesto and chicken Parm. The pesto was good but a little more lemon flavor than I like. Bread appetizer was delicious. Overall it was a good visit. It was pricey for a lunch though. One cocktail, 2 meals, and 1 appetizer of bread was $100. The bartender was friendly and funny.

Everything tastes like the same dough. Garlic bread was good but the pizza was terribly dry dough and bland, the lasgna soup the pasta was undercooked, and the scallops dish was the worst. Rubbery scallops, mixed with sweet potato, with prefried onions on top. So bizarre. Such a disappointing experience. Also, how does this pass for "high end"? The prices don't match the weird industrial looking space.
