Had to pick up a large order for an event and Devon was super helpful. The order process and pickup was super easy. Would definitely use this service again.
I go get coffee from this location every single day and usually they’re extremely quick but today they had two people call out from showing up and we’re extremely behind. But they were working their hardest to get the job done and I really appreciate their efforts as they cleared through the group of people waiting for mobile orders Very quickly. Thank you to my local Starbucks as you always get my order right and are quick and efficient even when times are rough!

☕️This SB is my preferred go to and my neighborhood cafe! Aside from the coffee that is always brewed to perfection- the staff, Christina, Quincy, Sam, Dito and the rest of the team, are always so welcoming. They genuinely and naturally know how to make you feel special and in doing so, deliver superior service! I am very grateful for the culture and atmosphere they create here! It makes all the difference and they have managed to make me a loyal Patron. I am grateful and thank you all for that ☕️🍩 oh and there patio is so relaxing - this was taken outside and this is Lady who appreciates her pup cups - keep up the great teamwork! It’s timeless
Well I was having a really, truly terrible day. I honestly shouldn’t have spent money on Starbucks but I’m glad I did. Lina was the barista for the night and when she gave me my drink she drew a picture of a dog on it and wrote, “have a great night” this made not only my day but my week. I hope Lina is given a raise!
This is an excellent location! I arrived during a very busy time and could see how efficiently the staff was operating. They had good workload, making drinks, delivering them to the pick up area, and calling out customers' names. Additionally, when you picked up your order, you received it with a smile. When I was 2nd in line, I was asked if I had a food order by an employee near the register. What a smart idea! Had I, I would have waited less time to receive it because he would have had it in process. The store is spacious and they've closed tables for COVID safety. This allows for adequate social distancing while waiting to pick up your order. Many Starbucks locations don't have this luxury.
Lovey morning here! Great atmosphere and beautiful location. Great seating options outside and inside. Kind service. Pretty high prices. It was $20 for two teas and two muffins.
I'm not a Starbucks regular, but I can't imagine the atmosphere I just experienced here is typical given their cult following. It was strange to hear Christmas music playing in the background with such somber, aggravated employees grudgingly serving cups of holiday cheer. They were literally whispering/ mumbling names and customers couldn't tell when their order was up. Such a missed opportunity.
I buy from this location often. And upon today's visit asked for my order including drinks to be placed in a bag due to having to carry it upstairs alone. Not just for myself but coworkers (6 people for reference). The barista stated (she could do it this "one time", and that they usually "only" do it for deliveries.) How it was said was rude. I'm no softy, I have thick skin. But she came off very rude, like I had completely inconvenienced her. I couldn't see her name on her name tag it was faded. Asked her, "what's your name hun?" but she ignored me. You're representing a very large corporation and you had a horrible response to my polite request. I'm a firm believer if you don't like what you're doing for work, then don't do it. No need to be rude to someone who walks in and spends their hard earned money at your place of employment. Starbucks I think this one needs some extra couching on proper people skills.
I order a quad espresso with 2 packs of raw sugars and when I tasted I didn’t feel the sweet flavor. I went back to counter to ask if they add the sugar? and she responded that if the label said it then should have it. When I say that not necessarily because the label say it the coffee will have the sugar added, 😖her unfriendly face turn me off. Why I paid an expensive coffee to see people with no sense of service? I had been a Starbucks customer for 14 years, I am considering to stop buying in Starbucks because stores like this and the one at the airport their services sucks. And this is not the first issue I have, lately in the past few months I have noticed the lack of customer care at some Starbucks stores.👎👎
I ordered a grande nitro and the barista handed me a grande cup of foam. I told her if she could do it again but this time pour it slow and tilt the cup so I don’t get all foam. It is just like pouring a beer. She said, “that’s how they come,” insisting a cup of foam, all foam, is correct. I came to this same location yesterday morning with a different barista and I was not served a cup of foam. I have been to many other locations all around Austin and never received a cup of foam. She’s the only one that has served me a cup of foam and insists it’s correct.
This store has zero consistency. I was told how to order my morning coffee by a Starbucks employee a while back and have always ordered it this way. I come to this location almost every morning and order this same exact drink. Some days my cup is full like the picture to the right. Other days, it’s a quarter to half empty like the one to the left. Each time I bring this up when my cup isn’t full, I get an extremely condescending answer about how I need to pay extra. What do I have to pay extra for? When you order on the app it charges you for the extra heavy whipping cream and if you get any additional shots. So, I legit do not get it. If the point is to overcharge your customers, then don’t allow anyone to order online. I sometimes want to avoid this issue at all cost so I will drive to a farther location(Northland and Balcones) to have it made correctly. They have never given me a problem with this and always fill the cup. The night crew at this location is always so kind, helpful, and accommodating. They can surely teach the morning crew a thing or two.
I hate this Starbucks it has the worst vibes. It’s unpleasant being a customer here, but I would absolutely hate working here! Also, I’ve been in the store 10 times now and it always smells like they have used a very dirty mop to clean the floor. The air is moist and smells very foul.
I frequent this location at least 3 times a week because it’s near my workplace and sometimes my drinks are a little off in taste but I continue with my day and not make a big deal. Today however just really upset me enough to leave a review. I had a caramel brûlée with 6 shots of brûlée sauce. I got my cup and it felt light, removed the lid and it was about 65% full. As consumers we spend too much money here, but we pay it because we like the coffee. But you guys are playing with the measurements, shortening our drinks and asking for a tip is diabolical.
Was not ok to charge me $1 extra for 1 extra scoop in my venti matcha latte that tastes like plain oat milk without the extra scoop, when every other Starbucks in the city does not charge me for it Even after knowing that and saying “ I want the extra scoop but I won’t pay for it as other places don’t charge me for it” was enough reason for them to show they are customer centric and customize my drink
Great location. Great atmosphere. I am hispanic, the cashier is white female and denied service because i was a penny short, although it is a standard business thing, but the lady had change that people leave change behind, at least statement of next time bring all change. As in consideration. But nothing i can do, since it is common. I always work with my customers to keep them coming. Logic for business.
I used to love this Starbucks and have been a consistent customer for years. In the past month, I have had my order made wrong every time. Today, I received my coffee without the 4 shots of espresso I paid for. Last week my order was made completely wrong, and when I went up to ask for help, I was ignored by 3 workers before one worker stood in front of me as I explained the issue, did not acknowledge me, then walked away with my drink to then come back later with the wrong drink again. I genuinely have given up on the store and just tossed the coffee. It makes me sad because this store used to have such high standards of friendliness and drink consistency and it has just all gone downhill.
Let’s their delivery trucks block cars in the parking lot. Came in for ONE thing at Trader Joe’s (I got 4) and came out to an 18 wheeler completely blocking me in the spot I had just parked in less than 5 minutes prior. Insufferable selfish company
