Es un lugar muy bonito y agradable, tiene área de juegos para niños lo cual está increíble porq así mi hijo se divierte y comemos más tranquilos. La comida está deliciosa y su presentación es súper linda. La atención es excelente, Miguel fue nuestro mesero y siempre estuvo muy atento y amable. Gracias seguro regresaré muchas veces.

Siempre es un placer visitar Sushigo Yaxchilan... esas aguas de mango y guayaba... Los ramen deliciosos y los sushi empanzados una delicia... y la atención insuperable... gracias siempre, en especial Salomón que nos atendió excelente. Soliciten el espacio privado, lo van a disfrutar y no tiene costo extra 🥰🥰🥰👌

Sushigo lo recomiendo, el ambiente es muy bueno al igual qué la comida, me atendió Neftaly Naal muy atento, servicio y con buenas recomendaciones, sin duda volvería a venir

La comida es riquísima, tienes que probar los “nigiris” tiene un sazón riquísimo, la coctelería está fantástica, el servicio 10/10 el lugar es demasiado tranquilo y te atienden muy rápido,la mejor sucursal de Cancún. Definitivamente regresaría a este lugar. Me encantó. PD: lo único malo es que no tiene estacionamiento.

Es uno de los mejores sushis me encanta tiene un sabor y una frescura deliciosa, que tal vez si cambiaría; el método de servicio se me hace muy invasibo pero ojo no digo que está mal pero es a mi parecer todo lo demás es excelente

Tenía antojo de ramen un domingo por la noche y Sushigo fue el único lugar que encontramos abierto a las 10 p.m. ¡Y qué grata sorpresa! La comida estaba deliciosa, con excelente sabor y calidad. El calpis de maracuyá me encantó, y el sake también estaba muy bien. El servicio fue muy amable y atento, y el ambiente del restaurante es acogedor y con una decoración muy linda. Sin duda, súper recomendable. Volveré pronto.

Recién visitamos este lugar y nos encantó su servicio es excelente por parte del personal y su comida muy rica.Lo recomiendo 100%.

It was a great experience and I would definitely come back and recommend it to others. Our waiters, Salomon and and Tito were awesome!! Very friendly and attentive, with great recommendations. I haven't tried sushi other places in Cancuan so I can't compare prices but it was reasonable for the size and quality. We spent about 1,230 pesos for an appetizer, three specialty rolls and three drinks. I highly recommend the tempura sake roll and roll #5 for an interesting mexican twist on a sushi roll. Also, as a girl whose eaten A LOT of shrimp in a lot of countries the Camarones Roca as an appetizer is a must try!

My wife and I visited SushiGo in Cancun for the first time in January 2025, and now, in January 2026, we happily came back again. And honestly, this is one of those places we always return to with great pleasure. The food is absolutely amazing - fresh, flavorful, and consistently excellent. Good food, good service and good atmosphere! On Wednesday, 2 classic sushi rolls for the price of 1, and I believe they also have some good deals on other days. The waiter collected the plates very quickly, while we were still chewing our food. A bit too quick for my liking, but I guess that is what they are striving for here everywhere in Cancun haha. Very kind and welcoming staff.

Great service from Miguel, he is the face of this establishment. The sushi is excellent and worth the money! Ramen looks great and tastes great, but noodles are better than rice noodles for authenticity. Thank you Miguel, I will definitely come back more than once!

Miguel was an awesome server! We came for an early dinner and ordered a few 2x1 rolls and WOW! Best sushi in the Yucatán. They even brought it out on a sushi boat! Drinks were great. Didn’t have dessert but looked delish! Gracias Miguel and chefs for an excellent time and meal 🙏🏼

just went in today for food. I've been to every Japanese restaurant in Cancun this was either the best or one of the best up there with yamamoto and hanaichi. They prepare their own wasabi which is different than the regular green "fake" wasabi that you get everywhere else. I had an hamachi tiradito freshness 10/10 flavour 10/10. Also had a tuna roll which was excelent. girlfriend had the eggplant also excellent. The restaurant was empty which is a shame considering the high level of food delivered. I would 100% recommend and hopefully more people will find out about this very good sushi/japanese establishment.

I really enjoyed the concept the manager take a time to talk with us and tell us the history about the mural in the principal wall in restaurant, he was so attentive in all our stay. The food is a nice concept but the pork belly gyosas were dry. The mushrooms rice was top-notch, the best that I tried and the roll. the hostess was indifferent when she saw us and she just tell us that she only haved a spot beside the DJ and was almost free at the restaurant, we didn't take to much importance. The waiter service was good, he take the time to give us recommendations about the dishes, and when we finished our food we were full. So we decided to not try dessert in these visit, but he insisted to much and looked really mad about our decision. Before we left, i gone to the restrooms and our waiter was talking with another co-worker and he was telling him that maybe we even not left him a tip because we seemed that we only have the necessary money to eat little things just because we decided not tried a dessert. When I asked him about the restrooms he looked shocked because he thought that I listened all that he was saying. I just want to say that if I go to try any place is because I have the possibility to pay what I order. just to finish this review satoru is a nice offer in this city, I will try it again because it have a good and fresh ideas. Thanks again for the manager to be helpful in all our questions.

Me cobraron el IVA aparte eso nunca lo había visto 🤯 ósea el precio que aparece en la carta es sin IVA . El servicio fue bueno pedimos 3 rollos x 2. Y un agua mineral . Costo 800 pesos aprox. Es algo caro.

Sushi was not the best, way too much rice and did not taste fresh. The soy sauce was quite watered down. They are Ramen, which is a soup they’re supposed to be known for was also not very fresh. Gyosa was soggy and bland. Wouldn’t recommend. .

Nos han cobrado 195 pesos por una piñada y cuando le he preguntado al mesero Jordi si ese precio en la cuenta estaba bien, me ha dicho que sí y me ha dado una excusa que no tiene sentido. Todos los cocktails con alcohol valen menos que 195 y la piñada que habíamos pedido era sin alcohol. La limonada 60 pesos por lo que la piñada no puede ser de 195. Muy decepcionados especialmente ya que al preguntar todavía podían haber dicho que era una equivocación pero nos han hecho pagar una piñada a precio de piña colada, un scam. Vivimos en Cancún y no lo voy a recomendar a nadie. Scam, they charged us 195 pesos son a non-alcoholic cocktail, it was a pineapple mocktail, not a piña colada with alcohol. Lemonade was 60 pesos so you can compare. I confronted the waiter but Jordi came up with some BS excuse he even wouldn’t believe himself. I don’t recommend you going since they will try to rip you off.. and I speak Spanish so imagine the nerve to be lying to my face.. not cool.

"sticky" rice was falling apart... Impossible to eat with chopsticks. Sushi had a strong fishy odour... Tried serving us fake crab meat rolls when we specifically asked for tuna and salmon and played dumb when i confronted them... As we confirmed tuna and salmon verbally at least twice and the waiter confirmed. Will not be back.
