New restaurant, fresh tasting food and dessert is to die for!

Tutto sublime! Servizio eccellente ed attento. Cortesia assoluta, e piatti fenomenali. Mai visti prima . Ho mangiato la mia miglior carbonara della vita ❤️

Ho prenotato telefonicamente il giorno prima per la domenica a pranzo, chi ha risposto era poco comunicativo ho ricevuto risposte a monosillabi,mah. La mattina seguente sono stato ricontattato per la conferma della prenotazione. Il locale è carino, simpatica l'idea delle lampade per l'illuminazione. Il personale è gentile ma trovo l'accoglienza e la gestione del cliente esagerata, tutto è pensato per una politica di marketing spinta, anche troppo, visto la dimensione e tipo di locale. Ho mangiato abbastanza bene, non in linea con le recensioni lette. La carbonara nel complesso è buona, ben presentata sicuramente, ma non eccezionale come letto, la pasta era scotta! La genovese buona ma le cipolle dovrebbero essere più cotte per rendere la salsa più cremosa. Poca preparazione di qualche cameriere che quando ci ha chiesto com'era la genovese e gli è stato fatto notare la cosa, ha risposto: Ma perché siete di Genova? Direi che se non si conosce l'origine e la storia di un piatto sarebbe meglio tacere! Buona la mozzapizza, simpatica come idea. Le materie prime sono sicuramente di qualità. Tornerò per farmi un'idea più completa.

Siamo stati a pranzo la scorsa domenica. Servizio molto puntuale e veloce. Molto buoni i bucatini alla carbonara serviti in una caciotta scavata. Sfizioso lo "stendino" (forse un pò caro) antipasto con prodotti caseari e salumi in cui sostituirei la mortadella con qualcosa di più tipico. Buoni i dolci.

We booked for lunch, and as soon as we arrived, we were seated right away. We opted for the tasting menu and two Genoese-style first courses. The waiting time was average, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. Not to mention the owner, who greeted us with unprecedented kindness as soon as we arrived. The food was all good quality. We'll definitely be back.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Ristorante La Mozzata in Aversa, inspired by positive reviews on Instagram and recommendations from friends. I must say the experience was absolutely positive and I have no regrets. The appetizers, although they didn't particularly excite me, were tasty. However, what really surprised me was the pizza, the restaurant's specialty, made exclusively with mozzarella. I had been waiting a long time to try it, and I must say I wasn't disappointed. While the size might seem a bit small, I understand that for this type of dish, it's difficult to make it larger. I tried both the classic version and the one with mortadella and pistachio; both were sublime and fully worth the price. The overall prices are average, although I found the appetizers a bit high. However, considering the quality and originality of the dishes, they're fine. The staff was kind and helpful in recommending the dishes that best suited our tastes. The restaurant is spacious and welcoming, with décor reminiscent of a dairy farm and an atmosphere that completely immerses you in the culinary experience of mozzarella. Overall, it was a delicious and tasty experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking to delight their palate with original, high-quality dishes.

A charming location perfectly suited to the theme. Friendly and attentive service, highlighted by the expertise of the restaurant manager, Claudio, and his passion for wines and spirits. The menu is quite extensive and varied. Some of the dishes we sampled lack quality, such as the meatballs, but it's still recommended for the unique mozzarella-based dishes.

Lots of socializing (smoke), no drama! Very attentive service! Nice atmosphere! Tasty mozzarella, but not stellar! On a sore point! The pasta was overcooked! (Great presentation, great idea) The pasta was in caciocavallo cheese, but it was overcooked.... 2 first courses FAILED, both QUIT!

This is maybe the most bland restaurant I’ve ever been too. The man who take our order was very annoying and I most of the food was bland, barely any taste and barely any salt. Would not recommend, just a really boring restaurant, I’m not going back.

I went with friends on a Saturday evening in April, and since we didn't book, we were able to get seated right away, around 8:40 PM (it's best to book). First, they greeted us directly at the table with a bottle of sparkling water and a still one, without asking us. We proceeded with our orders fairly quickly, and our appetizers arrived promptly, along with our drinks. A minor point: the Coke bottles weren't even opened. Before we'd even finished our appetizers, the first courses and sandwiches arrived. We opted to order a bit of everything to sample, and overall, the quality didn't match the price. The mozzarella, which should be the star dish, wasn't excellent, never noteworthy, and never stood out in flavor from the dishes. The first courses were very unique and flavorful, while the sandwiches were very bland in flavor and visually bland, not accompanied by the side dishes seen in the official Instagram profile photos, and not consistently prepared. Finally, the price is completely out of proportion with the quality and quantity of food. For six people, we ordered three Cokes, two waters, two appetizers, three sandwiches, two first courses, and a second course, and we paid €19 each. Overall, the restaurant is well-decorated and modern, but this doesn't make for a repeatable experience. A positive aspect is definitely the variety of innovative dishes to try before the main course.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo locale molto pubblicizzato sui vari social per la novità della pizza con impasto di mozzarella, che in sostanza è il “piatto forte” di questo ristorante. Abbiamo preso diverse pietanze ma siamo rimasti un po’ delusi dalla qualità del cibo e dalle modalità di preparazione degli stessi. L’unica che ci ha parzialmente convinti è stata proprio la pizza con impasto di mozzarella che ha reso celebre questo locale. Prezzi oltre la media a mio parere, porzioni normali, non ha un parcheggio interno ma è possibile parcheggiare sulle strisce blu. Zona molto commerciale e abbastanza trafficata negli orari di punta.

Allora, l’antipasto era 50/50 alcune cose molto buone , tipo il bao, altre meno, tipo la parmigiana fredda(congelata dire). Il primo abbastanza buono, un po’ salato ma buono, la cheescake buonissima. Un elogio a camerieri e pesonale qualificato e simpatico. Costo non adeguato alla qualità.Non ci tornerei ma bella esperienza.

Specchietto delle allodole.Fanno video del menù a 25 euro e ti portano solo 2 antipasti dicendo che poi a fantasia dello chef,ma la fantasia dello chef sta nel cambiare i prodotti,non le quantità. Si mangia bene ma non sono onesti. Non ritorno più.

Truly a beautiful location, with qualified staff who paid attention to detail. We had a tasting appetizer, and among the various items we tried, the meatballs were exquisite. Then the carbonara in caciotta cheese was delicious... but what we didn't like were the mozzarella-based products, which, given the name of the place, were a bit of a disappointment... The so-called mozzapizza wasn't anything special, which was strange, since I'm such a mozzarella enthusiast that I'd eat it anywhere and everywhere... unfortunately, I was disgusted, to be honest, I expected much more... I didn't like the pizza sushi at all either... Disappointed!!!!

We came to eat with some friends, we ordered, and within 5 minutes everything had arrived—appetizers, etc.—all pre-cooked, just enough time to heat it up and put it on the plate. The famous mozzarella pizza is nothing special... I'm sorry, but it doesn't live up to expectations. On the other hand, the waiters were friendly, and the place was nice.
