Had an amazing evening at this place. Atmosphere and food was amazing. The only bad-ish thing was that the waiter forgot to bring us our bill when we asked and the apple pie was cold.;( but everything else was perfect

Superb, atmosphere, food, wine qndctge staff were great, our group were well looked after.

The service is very slow and very inattentive. Had to ask twice for the bill and twice for the butter. I had duck tartar which was very weird- it’s very dry but also WARM, pieces of duck were even “cooked” and turned brown as well done because the duck is served on a bone which is hot and warms up the tartar. There are much better options of restaurants in the valley from the food perspective.

Per onestà intellettuale bisogna dire che il cibo è buono ma la maleducazione del personale è notevole. Sorvolo sul fatto che si può prenotare solo online e non è possibile chiamare per fare presente la presenza di bambini, che è stata fatta pesare come un peccato capitale all’arrivo in entrambe le occasioni che siamo stati li. Quello che lascia veramente basiti è la maleducazione del personale nei confronti degli ospiti con bambini. I nostri hanno 4 e 2 anni che sono super abituati ad andare al ristorante poiché tutti i weekend siamo via e sia io che mia moglie ci teniamo ad evitare che diano fastidio agli altri tavoli quindi sono gestiti tutto il tempo e non lasciati a se stessi come a volte capita di vedere. In 4 anni di vita genitoriale e centinaia di ristoranti di tutti i livelli visitati con i bimbi mai mi è capitato di trovare un personale tanto spiacevole. Questo sia la prima volta che siamo stati lì, dove i bimbi confinati in un angolo hanno fatto amicizia con i vicini di tavolo (2 coppie adulte) sia la seconda in cui siamo stati letteralmente cacciati dal locale perché ho avuto l’ardire di sedermi sulla stessa panca dei bambini, tra l’altro per gestirli, riducendo la distanza dall’altro tavolo di ben 30cm. Non mi dilungo oltre ma è degna di nota l’arroganza delle cameriera che è stata totalmente incapace di prendere alcun feedback. Esperienza totalmente diversa dall’altro ristorante dell’albergo dove infatti non si trova mai posto perché è gente che il suo lavoro lo sa fare.
