Good atmosphere,service, food and drinks. Not too far away. just becareful whenever you live the casino get pretty foggy.

The food was outstanding and we so appreciated the attention of our server, Karen. She was timely, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended Hard Rock Cafe at Tejon!

I had the Diablo burger. It was delicious!!! Also had the chicken and steak fajitas. Amazing!!! To drink I had a strawberry 🍓 mint drink so good! Our server Alexis provided us with excellent service. Very attentive to our needs. To me what makes a place good besides the food is the service and our server Alexis was amazing 👏 a total superstar 🌟 Looking forward to coming back again.

My bestie and I went to the new Hard Rock Casino for a nice little Sunday girl-time getaway, and we had a great time. There were plenty of machines to choose from. I personally never had to wait for one. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat, and the employees were friendly and welcoming. We had lunch at the café, where they had the football game playing at the bar. I ordered the chicken fajitas—the grilled chicken was delicious, and overall they were very good. I definitely recommend them. Although I didn’t have a cocktail this time (just iced tea), the drinks looked amazing and everyone seemed to be enjoying them. We spent about six hours there, did well on the machines, and had a really enjoyable visit. We will definitely be back! Update: We’ve since returned, and I highly recommend trying the pizza spot in the back of the casino. I can’t remember the name of the place, but wow— the pizza is amazing. So, so good! Definitely worth grabbing a one. Its big enough to share with 2 or 3 people easily. Also a must visit to youyo Another great place service was good food was perfect! I will be back. Its nice to just eat out here play a little and drive home . Perfect for a quick evening out .

It was nice going after the grand opening, plenty of slot machines and good good. Customer service was awesome all around.

Had a great time at Hard Rock Casino Tejon. The casino floor was fun, lively, and full of energy without feeling overwhelming. There was a good mix of games, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the night. The Hard Rock Cafe was a highlight. The food was excellent, well prepared, and came out hot and fresh. The vibe was classic Hard Rock, great music, cool memorabilia, and a comfortable place to sit back and enjoy a meal and drinks. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great spot for a night out, whether you’re there to play, eat, or just enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely worth the visit and one I’d go back to.

The hostess there Tino was a very good hostess he will have his way on his halftime to help us. The food’s great there. Gambling is good. Good parking very clean. Nice place to go to.

Kisha our waitress really sent our experience to the moon. She was personal, professional, great with suggestions for all drinks and food. She guided us on food servings and a great margarita for myself. She made us feel very welcomed and made sure all of our needs were filled in a timely manner without being to pushy to get us out the door for the next reservation. I ordered the seabass and my husband ordered the prime rib. For sides we ordered 1 order of the whipped potatoes which fed both of us with some left over. His steak was a little to charred for a $70 steak. My sea bass was cooked very well with a bed of roasted like veggies. The ambiance of the room really filled out night perfectly with what we were looking for with a steak dinner. Kisha also filled us in on the historical pieces of musical instruments and artists clothing which we also enjoyed. I'd honestly come back just to vist our waitress. We did arrive a little early so we had to awkwardly stand there at the entrance and wait roughly 8-9 minutes before being seated. The 2 women who checked us in were professional and prompt with check in. To confirm my reservation though-thru a phone cal.... now that's another story. Took 2 phone calls 5 different transfers and unorganization made me want to cancel my reservation.

We stopped here on way to LA, to checkout the new Hardrock Casino. Was expecting to see bright lights or big signages off the 99 but there was none advertising this new place. HardRock, you need better signages, which I'm sure will be coming.. If your heading south bound you need to exit off EXIT 4, if traveling northbound exit off EXIT 3. The place inside looks really nice. The lighting inside was bright, 20'+ high ceiling, they have a smoking and non-smoking section but its not sectioned off. So you are going to smell like dirty cigarette butt when leaving. A better ventilation system or contained smoking area would help improve the experience and atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean and private. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Asian Cuisine-You Yu, Steakhouse-Deep Cut, Marketplace with 5 dining options, like Chicken Wings, Tacos, Pizza, Salads and Sandwiches to Iced Coffee, Espresso, Good Pasteries and Sweets! We ate at You-Yu, ordered spring rolls and beef pho. The spring rolls look and tasted like eggrolls...but it was called spring rolls??? Not the best looking and tasting eggrolls. Also very expensive. The Beef Pho was bland. No real Asian condiments available to better the taste. Definitely needs improvements on both these items. Will come back to try the other restaurants. They have real cool rock artist memorabilias displayed throughout the floor. We also like the live stage in the back area by Deep Cuts Steakhouse. They have live music playing throughout the week nights and you can view the performance from the restaurant, bar and Casino floor. Very nice setup so far... More building and developing on this property is coming, like hotel, parking structure, possibly large venue for concerts??? Go check them out and let us know your thoughts.

We had so much fun playing slots. I actually won playing, that's a first. The You Yu restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend it. Also the Constant Grind has delicious deserts and coffee. I will definitely go back.

my brother wanted to come to the new hard rock casino and i mainly wanted to come to eat at the cafe! i always wanted to eat here but never got to go when we had one open in city walk. i personally loved the food. i ordered a spicy diablo burger and honestly one of the best burgers i have ever had. i don’t eat out much so all i am comparing it to is in n out, five guys and Red Robin burgers lol. my family ordered buffalo wings and i actually liked them. good flavor. i am interested in trying other flavors they have available in the future. i ordered a mango something in was in the mocktail section, its made with redbull and i loved it. i would honestly come back. It’s averagely priced honestly so that’s also a bonus. The staff was also amazing, 10/10 customer service. We had Liberty as our waiter and she was so nice. She unfortunately disappeared for a bit due to an allergic reaction she experienced and the other lady who stepped in to cover her in the meantime was also sooo nice. I did not get her name but they were both amazing waitresses.

My husband and I loved eating here at the Deep Cut restaurant on short notice. It wasn’t too crowded on a Thursday afternoon, service was excellent, very attentive. The band wasn’t playing yet but the atmosphere for the live music was great. The steak was AMAZING as my husband put it, excellent rare cut of ribeye. The sides were hugely portioned. We plan on coming back to try their crème brûlée next.

There are a lot of people who work at this casino and I haven’t had any issues with anybody, but I do want to recognize the ones I have interacted with that have made a very good impression on me, and provide customer service that is above and beyond makes you feel valued as a guest. Especially in the UNITY PLAYERS CLUB I have to give a BIG THANK YOU to ROLAND D.! Not only is he very helpful but he goes above and beyond and takes his time to explain any questions you may have as well as the entire interaction is very genuine! Every time that I leave from the talking to him, I feel happy and ROLAND D.has made me feel appreciated when I was a new player as well as now; we have racked up not only unity points, tier credits but also established a brand loyalty type of bond! I didn't really see anyone getting any handpays there and I've been a few times now. It has definitely calmed down and is not as busy anymore. It's nice to be able to play any machine you want. They have allot of the Favorite games like buffalo link and dragon link, huff n puff. And tons of new games I've never seen before. Tables are reasonable at starting bet. All in all we had a good time, The food at the Hardrock Cafe isn't nearly as good as at other Hardrock s I've been too. The menu isn't very impressive either. Hopefully that will change and get better as time goes on. It's a really nice casino and not too big at all.. can't wait for phase 2.

Tried to get food at the restraunt Youyu and they never took my order. Tried to cash my winning ticket and cash machine wouldnt cash $500. Not sure if they are having a good grand opening. The doorman said on day 1 they ran out of money, I think the machines ran out today too. VERY CROWDED.

Restrooms looked clean but smelled like urine. I didn't like that the toilet paper was loose and out of the toilet paper holder. Its so unsanitary

Very smoky besides being so new! Great food but ordering kiosks program not easy to maneuver. Bought 2 Roast Beef Sandwiches and ended up eating only one! They are "generous" and I don't eat much anymore... bought a salad where they sell the pizzas and it was the opposite! Very stingy! The small round container was halfway! Good coffee.

Thought I'd give this Hard Rock Cafe a try I must tell you I regret it. The service was okay the food was mediocre not satisfying whatsoever for the price I paid. Took forever for the food to get to our table and it wasn't that crowded when it did come the salad for $7 looked like some type of high school salad, definitely was not worth the price, the chicken strips had no flavor greasy, french fries were warm not hot, hopefully they'll get their act together. I should have went to the food court in the back of the casino I will do that next time and avoid this Cafe.

I’m not one to write a review but with that being said I ordered a 16oz ribeye and it was the worst steak I’ve ever had. I don’t think they put any seasoning on it at all. All I tasted was Burnt meat. The staff was great but I will not be getting any food from here again

Got dismissed by the only worker at the coffee shop...she was rude and unattentive, probably cause management didnt schedule workers right. Coffee was tasteless and sandwich was made quickly. We sat down in the main area and when we left the cleaning lady voiced to her cleaning coworker and annoyed like, "we have another one to clean".

Although these mozzarella sticks look appealing, they are not. I was looking forward to enjoying them, but once I took my first bite, I realized they contained rice and cheese. I’ve never eaten a Mozzarella stick with rice. I asked the “chef” if the mozzarella sticks had rice, and he confirmed they did. I told him the description when I bought them doesn’t mention that they contain rice. He dismissed me, and there was no compensation, which was really disappointing. Don’t buy mozzarella sticks here! Stay away!

The worst they weren’t ready the lines to even get to the cashier is insane 2 hrs you get better rewards and better customer service at Yavama San Bernardino kiosk for food was ridiculous you had 6 cashiers and only three were working as the other three we’re just standing on their phones

Got the tri tip sandwich and pastrami sandwich. The tri tip was cold and too raw for me so when I asked for it to get warmed it, they were going to make me a new one, I opted for a pastrami instead. The pastrami was also cold and was cheese made it super greasy that the bun was soaked in grease.
