George, Tommy and Carlos were amazing. The service they provided was above par, they had a professional and friendly demeanor and kept the place clean. They went above and beyond what is expected. Wish there were more employees and places like this. They need to promoted and appreciated, this is what brings people back. Highly recommend. Location is Tejon Ranch, CA.

Best Carls Jr. experience I’ve ever had! Although there weren’t any bathroom coat hangers, and the toilet paper was just kinda on the floor… Other than that! Fantastic service, quality food and drinks, and a clean lobby. KEEP IT UP YOU GUYS!!!

Stopped by the Carl’s Jr. at the Outlets at Tejon and had an absolutely excellent experience! Carlos, the manager, went above and beyond to take care of us — truly outstanding customer service. He was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was hot, fresh, and came out fast — exactly what you hope for on a road trip stop. You can tell this location is well-managed and takes pride in quality and service. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re passing through!

Craving a hamburger and so many options at Tejon, but my family chose Carla Jr. It was a little hidden near the Tejon outlets, but I'm so glad we stopped to eat the. Our food was made fresh, and it tasted great, just like we ordered it. I feel there's fast food restaurants you have to remind you would like made fresh, no need to do that. I had a Western burger, no pictures, I ate it so quick no time to take pictures. Fries were hot again no picture, I was very concentrated on eating. Well, we did have a spill, but one of the workers was very polite and cleaned it quickly. Great customer service and great food. Next time I pass by, I will stop by. I was left with a great experience. By the way, clean store. Management should be really proud.

California classic was good but ordered zucchini and onion rings. Maybe old oil? Im not sure but it didnt sit right.

This poor crew was out of everything, but they made it right with every customer that they could have. The manager was making great calls to make customer service a high priority, it was very well done. They didn't have anything to sell yet. They were doing the best they could in there.

This visit to Carl's J.r I ordered 2 double western bacon🥓 cheeseburgers🍔 2 large fries🍟 waffle Style 2 large drinks🍸🤪 5 piece chicken tender I went through the drive-thru to order everything was fresh the chicken🐔 strips were crispy the burger🍔 was fresh prepared correctly I asked for my bacon to be well done crispy the fries were perfect as well I enjoyed the complete meal the person that took my order was Carlos I found out later on that he was the head manager/general manager the restroom was also fairly clean for the time⏲️ of the day there was not many customer's in the drive though line even though I dined takeout the dining area was pretty nice and clean as well I recommend people to try this Carl's Jr great experience as far as fast drive-thru food times

The food is very salty for breakfast. The price on window cling says 2 for $5 but it actually 2 for $5.98. So wrong.

Out of beef, ketchup, napkins today. Even with the hardship employees were wonderful. Poor planning order management.

They were out of beef (no sign posted, had to wait until you were ordering to be told), ketchup, and napkins. We ordered a western burger with chicken instead, since they didn't have beef ... And we were charged extra. Are you serious? And the chicken was not good, I took 2 bites and threw it out. Staff was nice, but this was ridiculous.

This place was a disappointment .I have been to Carl's Jr. before. It was great! BUT not this one it was our kids 1st time and last time. The order had to be remade a few time.. I spoke to management and they seem to not have any problems with the way service was handled.... Fortunately our youth is trying to get jobs and be responsible, but it is up to our leadership to set the standards.. Good luck and peace happiness to you all✌️❤️

Received chicken strips in Drive Thru that were literally burnt to a crisp and inedible. Sat in parking lot for at least 10 minutes before receiving my food as well. Not very pleased with overall experience here.
