Great food, service and stop before the Grapevine. The lines were long, but they were fast and well organized. Great bathroom size, lots of stalls. I could not help posting a photo of a bird nest made from recycled In-N-Out straw wrappers that a bird made in a parking lot tree.

For being on the road in another state it was quite pleasant. Very friendly people got my food quickly and I was back on the road again.

Get a 3x3 Animal Style with fries and a root beer. You won't regret it. I love In-N-Out restaurants. Their customer service is the best in the industry bar none. Their food consistency is what brings me back every time. Thanks for another great culinary experience!

It's the good burgers that keep this place busy all the time. No matter where I go, it's always packed, but they do manage quick service. I like that they don't mind cutting the burgers in half. Makes them easier to eat.

Order two double doubles and then prior a double double but just the sandwiches no French fries. I ended up with something incredibly tasty and chewy. Pulled in on our trip from Camp Robert's to another army base and the employees/manager saw us pulled in outside. They opened up 30 mins before opening time and let us eat! Restaurant is clean, staff is kind, food was great! Thanks in n out!

Delicious, courteous, and clean. Oh, and dependable. Greeted with a smile and delivered with a thank you. There were so many customers but the crew was quick. I don't think we waited 10 minutes. 🤯 Honestly, what more can a person ask for!

They were super busy on a friday around 2:30pm. There was a lg group of firefughters ahead of us and our orders were taken right away and we got our food in 15 minuites. Very pleased for as busy as they were.

While driving north to my Paso Robles, CA from LA, the out of towner from Kentucky wanted to make sure I made a stop at an In and Out Burger joint while in California. I hear so much about it, it made my bucket list of things to do. I passed many locations, but I wanted to get up the road a bit more. I also did not want to take any difficult exits that will delay my progress. I found this sign In and Out Burger, the exit looked pretty easy so I had to stop at this location. It felt right and fairly close to the middle of my trip. I find this employee while pulling into an empty parking lot. I asked if the place was open, he identified himself as Jacob and said in about 7 minutes we will be open. I made my way to park in a spot to wait. The doors were unlocked, I walked in with Jacob who I just spoke with in the parking lot. He noticed my license plate from Kentucky and we talked like we’ve known each other for a while just catching up. He asked what size t shirt I wore and told him my size. I didn’t think anything of it. A customer in front of me just placed his order and then I was greeted with a big smile from the lady behind the counter including several other friendly smiles from the cooking area. I regret not keeping names, though they did have name tags on. As I’m looking at the menu, the lady at the counter shared a secret menu with me being my first time, I was excited to know more as I discovering this feeling I’m part of an elite club. I did end up taking her word on the item she requested. Again, I regret not keeping her name. Jacob walked up to me with an In and Out T Shirt and stickers handing these gifts to me. I really felt like I’m part of an elite club now. I then found out from the cashier Jacob is the store manager. Yip! I am a part of the elite club. My food was prepared quick as they walked up the food to me. I was excited to experience my first bite of this burger and fries, boy was I surprised. I just entered a whole new world of luxury. My tastebuds were dancing, my heart was singing, what an incredible red carpet experience in California. I was asked how things were as I took in every bite of my burger and fries. This Kentucky Boy quickly became a believer of the In and Out Experience I hear all the rave about. Jacob and his crew really made this trip next level special. Never have I expected to experience such a 10 Star Welcome in the fast few industry. If you go to In and Out Burger, stop at this location. I look forward to my next visit here.

I’m just gonna be real. This is the greatest in n out in the world. There is something about this in n out that is so insanely good. Everything is perfect here. I can’t tell if it’s because I’m either going on vacation really excited, or coming home from one exhausted wanting a good meal. But it blows me away every single time. I love this in n out and I will vouch for it every single time. Welcome to the best in n out on earth.

Best view at an In-N-Out that I've seen so far albeit the outdoor seating is on the wrong side. If they had a rooftop seating this location would be iconic.

Slightly better than average In-N-Out. Very large location that stays open late. Clean location, well lit parking lot, easy to see and access. May have a bit of a crowd if you visit during times of high traffic from travel. Restrooms are also very clean. Parking, entrance, restrooms, counter, and seating all accessible. Will come here again in the future. Staff very helpful.

This location is perfect because although it gets packed it never gets too crazy like other locations. Went on a saturday, it looked packed but my order was taken right away and then we waited 10 mins for our food. Food was def a 10/10

First In N Out after long stretch of drive in Grapevine. Very crowded on the weekends that it can be hard to find a table inside. Much more of a relaxed atmosphere during the week. But of course, everyone loves eating the best burgers in the world!

Good and fast service. I got here at a time they were not busy. Requested less sauce on my burger, and my burger was as requested. Personally, I think they can do with less salt on the fries.

The brand of in and out is known to everyone and it lives up to it every single time. We reached here late looking for some food options around and stumbled upon their secret menu that offers grilled cheese burger or veggie burger for vegetarians. Identical to other locations, the service was faster, clean area, friendly staff. Hats off to the in and out team! Keep it going!

The people here are very cheerful! They greeted my friends and I with a warm welcoming smile and attended us rather quickly after being in a 2 hour traffic jam. The food is cooked fresh to order as always and smells amazing!

I'm traveling through and ate dinner there, pulled into the truck stop and slept, the next morning I noticed I lost my wallet, only place I could think was at dinner, so I went at 8 the next morning, they had it still with cash, thank you for great honest employees and whoever found it. This is hands down one of the best in n outs I’ve been to. I live in the San Fernando valley and don’t eat In n Out anymore because to me it’s just a regular affordable fast food meal but nothing too special. However, I would drive to this location specifically just to eat there because the quality is way better than any other in n out I’ve been to in years. The burgers are cooked and assembled picture perfect and the fries are always cooked to perfection. It’s a 2 hour drive for me but I will always go here if it’s on the way to my final destination. Shout out to the crew there who makes the food with love and an amazing attitude.

I've been on a hunt for the perfect burger, and I finally found it! This place is a hidden gem that delivers on all fronts. I ordered the double double and Cheese burger and a side of fries, and everything was incredible. The burger patty was thin, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the cheese was melted just right. The bun was soft but held up to the juicy toppings. The service was also quick and friendly. very busy during lunch time and Mi evening we ate outside on the patio, there were a lot of flies around. I can't believe I didn't discover this place sooner. You can tell they take pride in what they do. This is a five-star experience from top to bottom.

Four stars for In-N-Out at Tejon Pass. The food is exactly what you expect from In-N-Out, consistently good, fresh, and worth stopping for, but the wait times here can be brutal. We first stopped on a Thursday around eleven in the morning and it was already extremely packed, largely because a large tour bus group had just arrived. Even with that, the staff stayed friendly, organized, and polite, which I really appreciated. You could tell they were working hard to keep things moving. We stopped again on a Sunday around four fifty in the afternoon, and it was even worse in terms of crowds. The line was massive and the wait ended up being over forty five minutes. That’s a long time for fast food, especially when you’re in the middle of a road trip. That said, the employees were still great, the food tasted good once we finally got it, and everything was prepared correctly. This location is clearly a major stop for travelers, so the crowds are understandable, but if you’re in a hurry, be prepared to wait. Overall, it’s a solid In-N-Out with great staff and good food, but the constant heavy traffic and long wait times keep it from being a full five star experience.

This is one of my favorite cravings when I travel on the West Coast. I always get the double double cheeseburger animal style, and when I'm really hungry, the 4 x 4. If you have ever been to one of these establishments, they are always packed with people and long lines. There is a reason for this... the food is always fresh and made to order regardless of which location you go. We hit up 6 locations across three states on this one.

I ordered a protein style double-double and was given an exceedingly large serving of lettuce, much more than at other locations. A couple days later, I came back and asked for a beef patty with cheese, a pretty simple order and the cashier seemed very confused. The employees at this location need more training. Other than that, everything else was what you'd expect from an In-n-Out

I ordered a hamburger and it was not cooked as requested. (extra-well done) All the trash cans were overflowing. The bathrooms were filthy!

Always crowded, noisy, and the burgers are thin (but tasty), and you can stack 2-3-4 patties to satisfy any hunger level. Service is outstanding, prices are the best in town, and they pay their employees well. If you are feeding a family, this is the spot.

I love In N Out, however this location lacks. The restrooms are so dirty. The fries are soggy and oily. I asked about new fries and was shrugged off.

This location dirty floors and paying at register for meal and Manager Pablo was not able to accept any large bills over 50.00 and fries were over cook. I ask for fresh fries and we’re over cook and hard to chew. Revisit On Sept.04. 2024 And ordered the number #2. Both of my burgers were raw inside.never coming back again.

My issue has nothing to do with the location nor the customer service instead much worse. As an in n out lover i go regularly to many different locations in Central & Southern California. However, i was driving from Bakersfield to Los Angeles & stopped to eat at this location which ive been to a few times prior and didn’t experience this. We got CROSS CONTAMINATION , as soon as we started eating the burger it tasted NOTHING like in n out burgers . It had a weird & unappetizing taste so i stopped eating half way through, the person i was with did eat it all but also agreed it didnt taste right. Within 1-3 hours we didn’t feel well , extreme nausea, stomach cramps, unable to eat or drink anything for days. This happened 2/19/2026 around 10am-12 pm . 2 people got sick, it was the only thing we ate the entire day & after so we know it was this specific place that gave it to us . Its now 2/22 & still dont feel well. DO BETTER YOUR GETTING PPL SICK , train your wmployees better! wonder if anyone else got sick this day let me know!

Worse inandout I've ever been to. They just put my food in the box no container no nothing Under it except a napkin...so unsanitary and the employee was rude and short with me at the last window.
