A classic west coast staple. They are remarkably consistent. Simple but delicious. No need for gimmicks or goofy promotions. Burgers. Fries. Shakes. That’s it. In this era, they’re probably more affordable than all the other fast food situations.

Fast and very kind service. Lots of parking. It was slightly cold inside (but it is the middle of summer, so I shouldn’t complain. I just get cold easily).

Came in 9:30pm and place is packed! But so were the workers. Very impressive staff, efficient with providing service for us. Order came quick and no issue. Bathroom has no lines, good amount of stalls. Would go again on meal break on long rod road trip again!

Shoutout to the location manager and employees at In-N-Out! We were stuck in traffic for about an hour and a half after lunch due to an accident on the freeway. Fortunately, instead of a traffic officer, an In-N-Out employee and manager came out to help control the traffic and a lady who was stuck in the car. What an amazing group of people!

My first time at an In-and-out, great experience, now I understand the hype. The fries are a little soggier than I would like but for what it's worth, I can't even care. I also asked for the kid stickers and the staff was nice about it, feel like a little kid again.

As always I love In-n-out! May be biased because I grew up in southern California, but it is hands the best burger joint in my opinion! The staff was great, friendly, and all had smiles. This was my second time eating at this location but you can bet if I pass through Grants Pass again I will definitely be stopping by this establishment for another meal!! Keep up the great work!

Quick service… staff was extremely polite and considerate… I salute the management for creating such a culture… for the important part, food was like always very tasty… we had four double-double meals and we were very satisfied… I can say I had the most delicious burger here… thanks.

Four stars for In-N-Out at Tejon Pass. The food is exactly what you expect from In-N-Out, consistently good, fresh, and worth stopping for, but the wait times here can be brutal. We first stopped on a Thursday around eleven in the morning and it was already extremely packed, largely because a large tour bus group had just arrived. Even with that, the staff stayed friendly, organized, and polite, which I really appreciated. You could tell they were working hard to keep things moving. We stopped again on a Sunday around four fifty in the afternoon, and it was even worse in terms of crowds. The line was massive and the wait ended up being over forty five minutes. That’s a long time for fast food, especially when you’re in the middle of a road trip. That said, the employees were still great, the food tasted good once we finally got it, and everything was prepared correctly. This location is clearly a major stop for travelers, so the crowds are understandable, but if you’re in a hurry, be prepared to wait. Overall, it’s a solid In-N-Out with great staff and good food, but the constant heavy traffic and long wait times keep it from being a full five star experience.

This is one of my favorite cravings when I travel on the West Coast. I always get the double double cheeseburger animal style, and when I'm really hungry, the 4 x 4. If you have ever been to one of these establishments, they are always packed with people and long lines. There is a reason for this... the food is always fresh and made to order regardless of which location you go. We hit up 6 locations across three states on this one.

I love In N Out, however this location lacks. The restrooms are so dirty. The fries are soggy and oily. I asked about new fries and was shrugged off.

Worse inandout I've ever been to. They just put my food in the box no container no nothing Under it except a napkin...so unsanitary and the employee was rude and short with me at the last window.

No receipt. Paid 38 for my meals wich i was missing a soda and some fries. Ask then to bag my items and got them all in boxes.
