Food is excellent, but I wish that they would put the tortillas on the grill for a second or 2. Even upon request the cook won't do it. Some of us can't eat raw tortillas especially the flour ones. They get gummy. Other than that I love this place.

My order was ready and waiting and they even brought me the ranch they forgot. My staff was surprised with how quick I got back. The server was extremely nice as well

The main focus of my review is on the server on the morning of 8/12/22. I was placing my order but she came out to get a clearer understanding..She greeted me with a big genuine smile as she took my order. When my order was ready about 7-10 minutes later, she came back out with the same big smile plus a small wave as she approached the car. She double checking the order & made sure the condiments were there still with a smile. It really brighten my day! The food was good as well.I I wanted to share this & commend her on her service.

My family & I have visited this location 3 times in 5 days…it’s Very peaceful and love the service. Spoke to the Manager Leston and he had a friendly smile. Shared with him how ECEPTIONAL Devon served us, smiled, was professional and his positive energy greeted us soon as our car arrived “we ordered food twice” because of his warm presence. Also, Moriah sweetly delivered our food and made sure we had all we needed. We will be back this weekend (AGAIN!) 😊

(5/8/21) Waited nearly an entire hour for six drinks. Almost a dozen cars were served in that same time. I'm the person who would mind waiting at least twenty, this was just the extreme. And I thought online ordering was supposed to be more efficient! All three shakes were partially melted. I did exactly as the app told me to do. Waited, waited... I'm not upset but really, what else is needed to trigger a wake-up call? You know, I have friends that work here sometimes (they were not there today), and what happened today really discredits the hard work that others put in because some people genuinely care about service. I hope to not have to experience a situation like this again.

Food is good and service is ok. But, the prices on the board do not reflect what is rung up. I feel bad for the people that work here, it's not their fault. Like I said, the food was good. Parking lot was dirty :/

I waited a good 25 minutes for a shake and a corn dog. There wasn't much cars. And I noticed the others were waited long as well. When I ordered they told me they didn't have whipped cream for the shake and I said that was fine, after 25 minutes the girl came out and asked me the same question about the shake and I told her that I already had said that was fine so she went in and fix my shake and I still waited another 5 minutes after that. When she came out with my order she didn't have any change and she didn't give me any mustard for my corn dog and she said, well I'm going to go get it, and I said never mind just keep it. So after keeping my change I ended up tipping her $2, I just wanted to go home. And I waited that long because I was really craving for what I ordered. But left a little disappointed. Either they short on staff or they weren't doing their job as they should
