We do not eat fast food very often, and when we would typically we would go to McDonalds across the street. My husband talked me into trying BK and I think this location changed my mind. The orders have always been correct, everything is hot, and the service is so great. I love that this location is not updated. All of the employees are so nice and hard working.

It's always good to eat at a fast food restaurant that's clean inside and outside with respectful employees. Also the whopper I purchased was made perfectly with the pickles, toItsmatoes and onions spaced out perfectly. And although I forgot to get a picture of the restroom it was clean.

So far everytime when I come to get a large Hasbrown I always get it quarter way full I'm lucky if it is halfway. I am paying extra for a large but am getting a small, that is a rip off and the first few times I try to have grace but now it's become a thing and with all the inflation it is upsetting that I am being ripped off. I am disappointed BK your employees should know better. If I could I wouldn't even give any stars.

I just got the worst case of food poisoning ive ever had. I had a whopper last night and im just now waking up at 11:30 in the afternoon. It was a terrible night I will be reporting this. They are doing something very wrong there.

Lady with the orange wig and huge lashes needs to keep you problems and attitude at the house and do her job. Giving horrible service in the drive thru at night when I was trying to order and pay. Everyone has a bad day but it doesn’t give you the right to put out on customers who you didn’t cause it. Don’t like the job, quit. Can’t quit, suck it up and do your job without an attitude. That simple.

I went to this Burger King yesterday I stood in the line for 15 to 10 minutes inside the lobby, which it wasn’t full at all the cashier who was on the lobby was wiping the tables literally ignored me until someone else came in. She took the other Customer order and after she got done taking that Customer order, she literally walked away didn’t even acknowledge me at all when I first walked in the door of the restaurant Bad customer service bad food in the GM manager was inside the store why he let his employee yell and scream and cuss at me as a customer. It was so unprofessional so hostile workplace as a GM you should never let your workers talk to customers any kind of way and that’s nature is so unprofessional and so rude

I’ve been eating at this Burger King regularly every morning for the past 4 months everyone is normal nice and friendly but this weekend there was a woman on shift with a very nasty attitude very mean and talks to customers like where gang members on the streets,I had to go inside because my order was wrong at the drive through And she went from the front to the back yelling I will never go back to this location again for breakfast!!!

Today Feb 19 at 7:25am, there was two ladies unprofessional, rude & taking thier sweet time. We was waiting for at least 10 mins. There was no one but like 2 cars in the drive thru. We never told her nothing till she told us "yall just going to wait there" like reallly? So rude. We left. Never go in the mornings. They need to be fire. Bad for bk.

This location is horrendous. I tried several times and it is just unbearable. From the drive thru window experience, to the mixed up orders, and miss priced items and horrible customer service, I won't ever go to this location again. There are always quite a few workers, so the long wait to even be able to order in the drive thru when no one else is there baffles me. I have never been inside, but it appears to be an older location. I do like Burger King! Their Whoppers are great!

I have been to this location many times over the last 30 years! Usually, a well-managed restaurant. Not now. I had to wait over 35 minutes to get my food. It took 15 minutes to get to place my order. The guy told me to "pull around" after I paid, which I think means, burger king can't get the food out in a timely manner. I pulled around, waited another 10 minutes, till I saw others getting served who came after me. I got out of the car, went inside, and they had not even started my order. He didn't even offer me a refund, after 15 more minutes they just handed me food that was old and cold. Sad to say, after all these years, I won't be going back to this BK, store #4659.

They have the worst customer service, they always get orders wrong, and they have nothing but kids working there that are un professional and clearly hate their job! Where is the manager? The owner? Somebody!!!

These kids are always High and upset when you order They give you. An attitude as if you are disturbing their peace! I would not go ! Place should be closed down or under investigation! Never go at night !
