Happened to walk past by chance and so glad we stopped. The food is authentic and simply delicious. I'm from Leicester, UK home of curry and this was as good, in terms of the food quality, freshness and flavours. Definitely recommend. The owner is a lovely and attentive guy too. 😎

Très contente de cette découverte ! Le restaurant est propre, le patron très gentil et à l'écoute. Concernant la nourriture j'ai été agréablement surprise. C'était très bon avec des prix corrects ! Je recommande leur boisson à la mangue. Aussi, faites attention aux descriptifs des plats, certains ne sont que de la soupe sans accompagnement de riz, il faut bien lire leur carte/menu. Le restaurant est halal également pour ceux que ça intéresse.

I’m Indian and was missing street food snacks from home and this place delivered! We got the Samosa chat and pani puri and both were exactly what you expect in terms of authenticity. We also had 2 masala chais each. They also have real pakoras— not the Spanish style falafels some restaurants call pakoras.Will be back!

Amazingly good and fresh homemade Indian vegetarian food. I was visiting Barcelona with few friends and was looking for vegetarian restaurants and only found this place on our last day. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and all the meals were superbly delicious. The sweets were so tasty they reminded me of home. The guy tejinder, owner of this family restaurant makes it very welcoming experience for everyone who come to eat there. Well done team Samosa. We are definitely coming to eat there on our next visit to Barcelona. All the best xx

A lovely Indian restaurant which is only a 10-15 min walk from the Las Ramblas. My mother and I enjoyed having dinner and evening snacks here almost every other day. We tried the Veg Thali, Chicken curry, Naan, Roti to name a couple of main course items. And we also tried the samosa chaat, Pani puri and aloo Tikki chaat as well, all of which were amazing! This restaurant has the best Indian chai I've ever had (oustide India). The owner is a really lovely person and he gave us a complimentary gulab jamun on our last meal which was a kind gesture. If you're in Barcelona and want to try authentic Indian food, please do visit this restaurant. 😊

Looking for indian/paki food I came across this unpretentious restaurant. Very friendly staff and the manager (sikh/dastar ?) helped me select a non-spicy dish: Lamb Korma, plain rice and a plain Naan. It was delicious with a lovely mild taste, exactly to my wish. Loved it. Also important to note - this place is very comfortable for a solo female traveler!!! Dined there the other day again. Thanks a lot.

We were on our way to another Indian restaurant when we found this place. It was very casual and homey, a good indicator of quality food. A few locals popped in while we were there - another good indicator that we were in for a treat. We tried the palak paneer and the madras chicken with a side of rice. We also got a side veggie dish that was so hearty and flavourful. The food was amazing, the spices were incredible!! The entire dining experience felt like a warm hug. At first glance I thought the portions weren’t enough - but everything was perfect. Not only was it enough, we were stuffed! Not one bite left. The owner was super lovely and gave us some complimentary sweet treats to try from the display case. Wonderful flavours, vibe, and reasonably priced. I’m craving Indian food just thinking about it!

If you’re craving some authentic homemade food, this is the place to go! We got the veggie thali, chole butra and chai and all three things were made amazingly! The daal is an absolute must. There was three of us and the proportions of the food were perfect. The uncle ji who runs this place is very polite and welcoming. We had a great time conversing! He also included two gulab jamuns for free! 100% recommend and would come again.

My wife and I were visiting Spain for 10 days and wanted to try Indian food in Spain. We found this place online and decided to give it a try and it was very good. The service was amazing, food was very good. When the power was out for the entire country, the employee was even kind enough to let us pay with USD since we didn’t have Euros. That gesture meant a lot to us as we didn’t have a way of buying dinner since no one could process credit cards.

Cada €/gramo está totalmente justificado. Los alrededores no son los más “lindos”, pero es un entorno muy pintoresco, mucha actividad y un muy buen cómodo lugar para pasear y luego tomarse un café y/o vermut. El señor que atiende es algo tímido. Luego de ser súper gentiles con él, comenzó a echar chistes, reírse, sugerir cosas, etc. 100% recomendado.

A great find as I happen to glance by it on my way to La Ramblas. I stopped because I saw the samosas nicely presented by the window. They were priced at a €1 each and they were delicious. It just had the right amount of spice and filling and were crunchy on the outside; very satisfying indeed. I hope to go back and try the other food.

J’ai goûté un riz au poulet et un naan au fromage un peu au hasard et c’était excellent. Les saveurs étaient raffinées et j’ai été rapidement servie. Baños: muy limpios. Es una de las cosas que más me fijo en los locales, que tengan baños limpios. En este caso te encontrarás unos baños pequeños, pero limpios.

the food is really good but the service does feel a bit slimy sometimes. i’ve been to this restaurant 4 times now and the food is always good. however, the 3rd time the waiter insistently asked me to pay cash when i told him i didn’t have any and the 4th time he added a charge onto the bill because we wanted to pay with card machine without telling us until i pointed it out. Although the food is good it just feels a bit dishonest and slimy and owning a restaurant myself i would not condone such behaviour. left the restaurant feeling disappointed

Mango lassi was too sweet, I asked them to add more yogurt and they diluted it with water, which just made it lose its flavor. Chicken tikka masala was very salty, garlic naan is definitely not homemade and is very bready. Prices are decent and service is friendly. Overall would not recommend.

It's a very small restaurant with the feel of a Mom and Pop shop, which it is. It seems to be run by the family. The uncle was very kind. However, it's not the fanciest of the places to eat, and the dishes also had the taste and feel of an avg Indian roadside dhaba. I won't say it's authentic but I can't say that it's not. All things aside it's a good affordable option for indian food. However there samosa was great! Please go for the Samosa if possible.

I ordered Dal Makani and garlic Naan to go. Daal Makani was stale and had a foul smell. Worst experience of Indian food I ever had. I would warn people to go to this restaurant when you have so many choices. Save your stomach for being upset by their rotten food.
