One of the best roadside stops. Friendly staff, restaurant, shop, showers etc. Taking one star away as toilets can be cleaner but a beautiful experience overall. Loved it.

Great lunch food here. There is self serve drink station, and a professional cafeteria with many choices. We had five different hit lunch meals here all great.

Me tomé dos té y una botella de agua, el personal muy amable y un trato realmente profesional. Buenas variedad de tés y además de calidad, sin embargo el baño de los hombres de cierto modo un auténtico desastre!! :( ,por eso las tres estrellas.

La atención al cliente es agradable con la excepción del cocinero que le preguntamos si la comida (paella) contiene trigo (glutenfree ) este respondió con mala cara y con un tono de desinterés que no lo sabia....por suerte una chica lo miro y nos ayudo; siempre encuentras a gente buena por el camino! Casi olvido que el chico que servia los platos se ha portado muy bien. Gracias!

Quizás de las áreas de servicio más limpias y mejor cuidadas en las que he estado. Servicio correcto y todo en general bastante limpio y bien organizado. Buen café.

On Sunday night, two employees at this rest stop displayed opposite extremes of the human spirit. At the rest stop, the driver of my Flixbus told me everyone had to get off the bus. I complied. The bus left me behind. The bus took all my remaining possessions. My phone didn’t work in Spain. I had nothing. I was alone and stranded. I don’t speak Spanish but conveyed to a woman staff member wearing blue what had just happened and asked for help. She appeared shocked that anyone would imagine she would help them. Her reply was, “Io?! No!!!!” I spoke with another woman staff member (wearing black). She made every possible effort to help me, with grace and patience. She made several phone calls, managing to convey to me what was transpiring. She spoke with off-duty bus drivers and explained to me what they said would happen with my luggage. She is caring, intelligent, and competent. As for the other, in my opinion it is not the best plan for her to work in contact with humans. Not that I would suggest she work with animals. Maybe robots. Sunday, November 27, I’m not sure of the time, maybe about 21:00. .

Como viajero con perro, me decepcionó que no haya espacios interiores donde podamos descansar juntos. Nos vimos obligados a quedarnos en la terraza, lo cual es incómodo cuando hace frío o llueve. Los baños están limpios y el lugar es amplio con variedad de productos. Pero sería ideal si pudieran habilitar una zona interior para los que viajamos con mascotas. ¡Gracias!

Area Empordà AP7. Borrassà. Existen 4 cargadores de CEPSA de 150 kw (ahora MOEVE). Ninguno de los cargadores funcionan desde hace semanas. En España hay muy pocos cargadores en las carreteras y autopistas, y la mayoría no funcionan ni nadie se preocupa de solucionarlo ni de su mantenimiento. Es una vergüenza y una estafa para el vehículo eléctrico.

Estuve recientemente en este lugar durante un viaje y la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Entiendo que al ser una parada de carretera los precios pueden ser un poco más altos, pero aquí estaban completamente inflados, en algunos casos hasta el triple o más de lo que costaría lo mismo en cualquier otro sitio. Lo peor fue al intentar comprar un zumo de melocotón. En el mostrador el precio marcado era 3,60 €, pero al ir a pagar, la cajera me cobró 4,95 €. Le comenté amablemente que el precio en la etiqueta era otro y me ofrecí a mostrarle una foto del precio que indicaba 3,60 €. Su respuesta fue muy desagradable: me dijo que me devolvía el dinero pero no me quiso vender el producto si no pagaba el precio más alto, con una actitud bastante grosera. No me parece justo ni correcto. Muchos clientes seguramente pagan sin revisar el ticket y ni se dan cuenta de que les están cobrando de más. Este tipo de errores de etiquetado y mala atención al cliente dan una pésima imagen. No recomiendo este lugar y no pienso volver.

Cuidado En el self service no he visto precios y cuando he ido a pagar ¡ Te clavan ! 5€ una "Madalena" de canela y 2,50€ un croisan

Lamentable lugar al que si puedo nunca volveré más. Se aprovechan de tenerte cautivo y sin casi opciones para cobrarte 3,35€ por una botella de agua que en el súper no llega a 50 céntimos. O 3;25 € por un refresco y cuando le pides un vaso para beberlo te piden 1 céntimo, algo de miserables. Te compro un refresco a precio casi de champán y me pides un céntimo por el vaso ? Vergüenza me daría ser el propietario de ese lugar o el empleado que lo pide. Helados al triple de sus precios y así todo. Encima pides un café y te ponen cucharas de madera que por lo menos no te la cobran, en un gesto de generosidad digna de resaltar. En fin. Estarán ricos, pero son unos miserables.

Es un área de servicio con servicio lamentable. Estaba eligiendo la cena y el cocinero nos ha exigido no abrir los bocadillos cuando en ningún momento los habíamos abierto. Al decirle que no los habíamos abierto, nos ha culpado de que si los habíamos abierto cuando es mentira. Un maleducado al poner en duda nuestra palabra además con malos tonos. Muy desagradable. Nos hemos ido al siguiente por no aguantar a este mentiroso e intolerable conducta contra el cliente.

La señora que atiende en caja es bastante tajante y un poco borde. He pasado con ella dos veces en diferentes meses y siempre ha sido asi. La comida bien y todo limpio buen ambiente. Solo eso de la cajera que para trabajar con público debemos ser un poco empáticos y más cuando te hablan con educación y respeto

Mal muy mala experiencia, los mosquitos ensima de los bocadillos las moscas encima del arroz de pollo caminando, la fruta pasada. Nada fresca. Lo único que puede estar limpio es el baño. Y LA ATENCION PESIMA. NADA CORDIALES. LA VERDAD NO VALE LA PENA. PARA NADA COMER AQUI LO UNICO EL CAFE QUE NO SE METEN LAS MOSCAS.!- -0Cero redondo

I don’t speak Spanish and showed my order using a translation app, but it wasn’t entered correctly. I asked for a latte but was given a black coffee. When I asked to change it, the barista simply added milk, and at the cashier they charged me for two coffees (a black and a latte) — even though I only received one. I explained my concern again with the translation app, but the cashier kept replying only in Spanish and didn’t make any effort to use the app herself. From what I could gather, her argument was that the charge was “professionally correct” since the translation had shown “coffee” and not “latte.” I find this unprofessional, and I believe more understanding should be shown to non-Spanish speakers instead of being so strict.

Very rude, my family tried to come in for lunch with a small service dog when we were harassed with a man who aggressively started screaming at us and kicking us out. I tried to explain that this was a service dog and show him the documents proving it. He was screaming very loudly and we tried to explain to him that our dog was service dog and besides I was holding him in my arms and he was causing no one harm. There were flies flying everywhere inside the store and near the food. All the staff were very rude and made as feel stupid when they started laughing at us when we tried to explain we had a service animal. We felt very unwelcome and I would not recommend you stop here.

We wanted to buy some cookies as presents for the family but it turned out, they have marked the price incorrectly on the items. Instead of offering the items for sale, they have quickly proceeded to take off the price tags. We ended up leaving everything there, we wanted to buy. Sorry, but this is not the way to treat customers. The employees could use some training regarding retail practices.
