Great food they brought out a treat for my dog. We ate at the picnic table the cheesecake and Oreo was different. The foot long chillie cheese dog was good just had to have two for balance very nice staff.

I am updating my review based on today's visit. I gave it serious thought as I was getting close and it came down to Whataburger or Sonic. I decided to give Sonic another chance. So to begin with, I know I am a rarity when I order because I am totally ready to go instead of the usual crowd of umm umm umm let me get a ummm ummm ummm so I try to allow for this and give them a break as they are probably not used to thus and doing something until the person is really ready. I am not that kind of customer because I worked fast food and hate that. But at the same time I want you ready to go when you ask me. I'm hoping that was the issue the first trip except he just kept getting it sooo wrong. When I also make a very very clear, slow, and annunciation extremely well to avoid any issues. But anyway on to today's visit Total opposite experience today so I wanted to update this. The person taking my order did seem to be distracted possibly thinking I was the typical umm umm umm person. He quickly adjusted and did a fantastic job and got it right. Still was a number 6 today. Service was very quick like is usual. The card reader was just not reading my card and after multiple attempts I just gave up and waited. The cap hop could not have been any more awesome. I wish I would have gotten her name but the young lady was freaking amazing. She repeated my order from the receipt before she gave it to me and was so nice in her having to go inside to run my card. Then I realized there was no ketchup so I felt so bad of having her to go back inside yet again. And again she was a complete doll in how she handled it. Actually lemme see if I kept the receipt and her name might be on it. Because I truly want her to know she was appreciated and did great and is the majority of the reason I'm updating this review. I have it on rhe receipt but the text is jacked up but I'm sure the management there will know exactly who she is. Guys... she was really good and everything you want in an employee how she treated me. I just moved to one of the back spots to sit and eat in my car and was on my way without causing me to be too far behind getting back home to the Austin area. Good job today ya'll thank you!! This was not the best "on their game" Sonic I've been to while traveling. There were some mishaps during the order taking process where the guy kept getting it wrong. Like reeeally wrong. When I'd say "number 6" he kept thinking I said "fish" even though I speak very clearly and annunciat very well when giving my food order. Then he punched in for a number 7 instrD of a number 6. Sigh. Fun. Then it took far too long to get my order. I'll just pass this one up next time.

I didn't rate the atmosphere because this was a online order. I can say sonic has gotten a LOT better! Use to be my order was always wrong & they NEVER had onion rings. . Well I don't know what they have changed lately but I'm loving it!! My order was correct.. fresh hot & good & ... wait for it they got someone doing the onion rings again.... YEAH

Fast and friendly service, easy in and out. Drive through or eat in Stall. Either way is a great choice. Using a Stall and ordering through the mobile app rather than using the Kiosk provides a greater accuracy of the order and allows you to take advantage of specials and rewards in the app.

Not sure what atmosphere has to do with it - It's a classic Sonic. Has new kiosks for order which are a big improvement. Love their onion rings and food is always hot. Service is always good at this San Saba location.

This is the only Sonic in town and they are usually busy but I’ve always had superb customer service here! Tonight Memphis was very helpful and even treated my pup Teddy to a free pup cup! Also, my carhop Aliyah (not the first time she’s served us) was phenomenal as always! These people are wonderful vibes and seem to love their work! Always leave with a smile!

I took my family here on my 30 min. Lunch break. It took about 20 minutes to get the food but it was a pretty big order. The food itself was great! Absolutely loved the cherry limeade redbull slushy! Came back the next day to get another one but they were out of redbulls, go figure. All in all was a good experience there. The service was great. The workers were professional.

I felt incoherent about the 7 dollar special and asked the person who order my food and they didn’t know what I was talking about. Then the assistant manager delivered my food and was sweet and wonderful customer service person. I told her what I was seeing what they had that was showing on tv and she knew exactly what I was talking about. The assistant manager definitely deserves a raise or something for her dedication and kindness. Oh food was good except my husband was like what is this a small order of tator tots. Lol I was like it was a large order and I ate half with my burger.

Some visits go very well and some do not. I go thru pretty often. Employees that car hop are friendly and do their job well. But it's been more than a few occasions that simple small orders are taken dwn wrong. Mostly lately they have no ice cream, no slashes, nothing cold!!!

It is Sonic so you know the score. They can be a bit slow, but you will get your order. Nice little pit stop on a road trip. The staff is friendly.

Although this was one of many visits, it was definitely memorable. It was Halloween night (also ½ Price Burgers & 50¢ Corn Dogs). The price adjustment was not applying on my app. Instantly, the friendliest young woman was at our vehicle to assist us. After chatting about 50¢ Corn Dogs & limits & most ever ordered, etc., we placed our order directly with her; not on the app, not over the speaker... Not even written down! Our order arrived quickly & despite the customizations, without error. I wish every visit to any place could be this remarkable!

Sometimes the food is hot, sometimes it's chewy and cold. Sometimes the service is very fast ... which is typically when the food is cold. On the occasion that the service is a little slow, you can usually expect hot fresh food. Sonic isn't, or shouldn't be known for its food. They have giant cheap drinks, that suffice as a snack for later when you eat the chewy ice. If you want a giant hot dog then you get that too

It was just ok. Chicken sandwich was hot. Steak and onions had no onions. Chili cheese fries were supposed to have extra cheese and barley had any, much less any Chili, plus they were not hot. Not to mention we waited like 15 minutes for our order.

The food and drinks at Sonic have always been good. My favorite is the cherry limeade and onion rings. But the past few times, the employees have not even attempted to give me my change. I've had to ask for it. Not good customer service. Some of the order screens don't work as well so I couldn't pay with a card

Did not put the lid on my shake very well. As i reached to put it in my cup holder the lid popped off and the cup folded spilling all over me. The attendant brought napkins but didn't offer to take the used napkins that were covered in shake. She told me where the trashcan was and left. My hands were covered in sticky mess as were the napkins and I had sticky shake all down the side of my truck. I ended up tossing the napkins next to where I parked(sorry). I wish she had tried to be more helpful.

I'm not a fan of fast food my daddy was a sous chef so I can't give an honest rating of the food but the people are always nice and when I deliver from there they tried to be fast and understanding be blessed

I had a foot long chili dog. A Bacon double cheese burger and chocolate shake. Chili.dog was ok nothing special. Bacon double cheese burger tasted like it came from a Speedway gas station, and it was just as dry as theirs are. Bright side the shake was delicious. So I'll go back. But just for the shake.

This location is hit or miss. They always forget condiments and forget the extras that I pay for. I’m glad o mostly go for beverages because I wouldn’t want to pay full price there. When the drinks are correct they are wonderful. Car hops that deliver the food are usually personable.

Ordered 2 drinks,2 pretzel,and a large order of fries pretzels were awesome,fries not so much,were cold,ask for an order of fresh fries,and they forgot about us,drove to the drive thru,and ask for our fresh fries,the Mgr got right on it and the fries we're pipping hot and delicious 😋 I know yall get busy but don't forget your customers 😉

Please fix the drive thru speaker. You have to literally yell your order into the box, because they can’t hear you unless you’re screaming at them, which is a horrible way to order an over-priced, mediocre snack.

I think this is the first time ordering from this location. First, I want to say this was not a good experience. I waited about 20 minutes for the food to arrive. I had to push the button to find out if my food was finished. The display of the process had disappeared. Secondly, everything I ordered did not get put on the selected items. I.e jalapeños, onions and cheese. I paid extra for these items. Third and final, the burger was nuked on one side. I get it, sometimes you get backed up and orders aren't right 100% of the time. This time SONIC, you done me wrong.

As usual, very, very slow service. Im assuming it must be a management Issue. All employees as far as I have ever seen are either teenagers or young adults. They need to be taught And have a strong leader. Each visit is the same. Sometimes we have one car in front of us sometimes it is four. Our party never order meals, only drinks and very few of those. But it is the same at Whataburger down the street.. ! They for sure need a change as well! Go here if you have plenty of time !

Okay so I normally LOVE Sonic but this location never has condiments. You have cheese sticks but no marinara. You have cheddar peppers but no ranch. Worst part is they don't tell you when you order so you don't know till they show up with your food. 🥺

The drive thru cashier couldn't hear me, then got pissy when I raised my voice, like she asked me to. My drink orders were wrong. Drove up to the window- reordered everything. Still got my drink wrong. I ordered cherry-lime coke. Not Diet Coke, not Coke Zero. After my time in the Army guzzling diet drinks, I cannot tolerate the taste of artificial sweetener. I figured they just gave me the drink they poured. NOPE! My receipt has Coke Zero. Disappointed - can't use the "I couldn't hear you" excuse.

Standard sonic. Mediocre food, amazing drinks. However, the last two times we've been, the cashier at drive-thru has been extremely rude. Not just "tired fast food worker" which I would completely understand and sympathize with, but just straight up rude from before I even start my order. Will definitely stop by again, Sonic drinks are always 11/10, but hoping cashiers are having a better day.

We ordered a burger and a kids meal and 2’drinks as we were from out of town and in a hurry. It took over 35 minutes. When I called to check in it they acted like they didn’t know anything about it! There were 3 people, one cooking , one doing drinks and then after we inquired I saw 2 workers run in to the restaurant and act like they had been there the whole time!! Not sure what the deal was but the one in my town never takes more than 5 minutes! Very disappointed!!

Recently visited this location late at night, our car ordered a few of their “blast” deserts and our order was taken and then we paid, only after paying were we told that they didn’t have a functioning machine to make our deserts so they made the ice cream using the shake machine causing them to be significantly softer than normal (which isn’t earth shattering but communication would have been nice). The blasts were not very flavorful and were definitely more melted than normal and overall it was really disappointing, mostly that we weren’t told before we paid for our items and only after we already had them were we told.

Two issues here. So I ordered online, got there…. 1. My drink item was not available … ok that’s fine, no big deal and I was reimbursed. I get home and 2. Items from my order are missing !!!!!! I tried calling but I got the message “welcome to Verizon wireless, your call cannot be completed at this time” …. This IS NOT the first time that my items have been missing. Several other times items have been missing and I just pass it off as mistakes happen but this time I am really frustrated on how it can be SO HARD to get an order right ?! I don’t have time to go back, it’s late, I haven’t eaten all day… I mean all I wanted was some food ? How hard can it be … avoid this location if possible.

Sonic is always good to eat, but I just got home from ordering sonic, and I paid for a large fry and this is what I got. Just wish they filled it up instead of charging me 3 dollars for a large fry. Pretty disappointed.

Disappointed. I ordered a LARGE chili cheese tot with EXTRA tots and ONIONS... and I get this. Hardly any onions and no extra tots. This is NOT a large. For 5$ people expect their money's worth. This is ridiculous. This isn't the first time they've done this. I'm so disappointed. I keep giving them chance after chance but I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. I'm just so disappointed.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 small slushies and 2 small drinks and no one else was in parking lot when I asked what's the hold up they said they didn't have the ticket and cut me off even though the screen said your order was on the way. They blamed me. Than another employee came out and said that he would look for the ticket and came back with drinks they were all melted and tasted like melted ice so me and the kiddos were disappointed and couldn't drink the drinks just went across the highway to DQ where everything was good!

I should have known when lot was empty. Out of three orders one was entirely wrong. 2 hot and fresh tater tots and 1 cold. Then asked for no cheese and no mayo on a burger. Received that with both cheese and mayo. When rang the people again they felt the need to argue with us saying there was no cheese when obviously there was. Then when finally received proper burger it was cold too. Will not return.

I placed an order at 5:47, for pick up at 5:55. I got there at 5:56 and check in on the app and waited until I hit the call button at 6:20 and was greeted with awful customer service. The individual who answered the call told me multiple times she couldn’t hear me, rudely said they didn’t have any orders so I must have messed up. The girl that came to the stall told me the ticket number I had was shorter than what theirs are and was implying that I ordered incorrectly.... showed her my receipt on my phone and it showed their address and everything. My food was ice cold. Will not be returning here. This is not the first issue we’ve had at this location either.

Is this place a joke? I ordered a burger with no tomatoes, and tots. I made her tell me that she got the “no tomatoes” part. What I got was a burger with tomatoes but…no lettuce? And fries instead of tots. I usually don’t get upset at fast food but seriously? Do they just have chimpanzees running the kitchen or something? Ridiculous

Absolutely awful experience, once again. This time, my husband and I went to Sonic after I got off work for milkshakes and decided to get tender. To even get a carhop on the microphone it took 5 minutes, we were the only people there. We could see everyone in the window just talking. Once we got our order in I forgot to ask for a cup carrier and sauce so I called back. It had to click the button TWICE because the were too busy talking and didn’t answer me. They finally answer and I told then what I needed.Then The screen showed that our food was coming out. It took another 5 minutes after that because the girls were STILL talking. I finally pressed the button again to ask where our order was and a Carhop came out. She didn’t even greet us like they are supposed to. She just mumbled off the order very fast. At the end she said two sweet teas and one was supposed to have cranberry(but it didn’t). I brought that to her attention and she snapped at me. Then she handed me the food and I asked for a manager. She threw her head back and walked away. It took 10 minutes for a manager to come out. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE! We were watching everyone talk in the window AGAIN, so I called back in for a manger and one finally came out. As I am talking to the manager the carhop is on the other side of the parking spot listening to me. Ridiculous, I wasn’t talking to her I was talking to manager. She needed to go right on back inside. I told the manager about how her attitude was absolutely inappropriate and how there was no reason for our food to take as long as it did. 30 minutes for us to get ordered and get our food and like I mentioned, WE WERE only people there. We got home and we looked at our plates, we got Tator tots and my husband wanted French fries, our toast is soggy and the Onion rings were burnt. Our tenders were half the normal size. Just absolutely horrible. We will not be going back. Very disappointed. We didn’t even eat our food, and if it wasn’t such a pain we’d try to get our money back. I would not go to this sonic. AWFUL, RUDE, DISAPPOINTING.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. First we went through a list of things they had on the menu/advertised that we got told they no longer had. My burger and fries were cold and dry my husbands burrito was hot on one side and cold on the other. His cherry dr. Pepper had no ice, they gave us a medium cup of ice to solve that, my ocean water was so watered down that it tasted like water with blue food coloring. Definitely wont be going back, lady taking order wasnt very professional and sounded very frustrated while telling us they dont have certain things anymore. And then the wait at window was ridiculous as well.

BAD! Ordered drinks on app. Had to send back twice! Sprite was out and both times were given bad drinks. The second request took over 15 minutes to be delivered back. This was after we pushed button and 2 different people came out to check. The third time had to go through the drive thru because still was not right. 4th time charm, negative! Changed order all together. Still sucked! Service and product! Never again! Just a shame to pay and end up trashing them all!

Not one thing about my food was good or even edible. Had hair on my drink the kids meal was missing the drink. The hamburger meat was old, burnt and dry. The lettuce was brown and old. The tots were under cooked and old. Then when I called the Manger hung up on me. Hands down worst food I have ever been served. This was done Intentionally somebody should get fired starting with the manager that hung up on me.

I get a few shakes/ slushies every week. The last month or so the frosting they put in the strawberry cheesecake shake has smelled like very dirty privates. I don’t think they r cleaning the canisters or machine. I went in to address this and an employee said they don’t clean the canisters they just refill them. Don’t get their frosting or whipped cream on your food. It’s sitting in spoiled canisters filled with moldy gunk. Their turn around time needs work. Waiting 25/30 mins to get three drinks 1 slushie and 2 shakes is unacceptable. The staff scoff when you ask how much longer like they are the ones not working there. Very sad. Management must be so proud.

We visit this sonic frequently, id say more than any other fast food establishment in Bastrop. We've experienced a few errors in orders but for the most part it's been pretty good until last night. We decided to get a few shakes and blasts after dinner. We pulled in and placed our order and waited and waited and waited. We watched the drive-through line come and go. After 30 minutes we inquired about our order . We were told they were working on it now. Waited another 10 minutes and it arrived. The young lady apologized for the delay. We took our order and headed home to enjoy. It was incorrect. We ordered a M&M mini blast, a small oreo blast and 2 small chocolate shakes with banana and strawberry. We received 2 mini oreo blasts and 2 unmixed chocolate shakes without banana or strawberry. We had chunks of what I can only think was hot fudge plus 2 drinks in mine and I discovered something foreign. I think it was paper. We didn't attempt to drink anymore and threw them out. We paid $15.52 for the order. Disappointment, anger, frustration are only a few of the feelings we had. I know many people feel it's to be expected because it's fast food. I disagree, we work hard to get paid and support locally owned establishments and deserve better.

Terrible. Ordered 2 chili cheese dogs with onion s received hot dogs with ketchup and relish served on the oldest buns ever to leave a store. Ordered Buffalo chicken bites that had 2 actual pieces of chicken and plenty of small pieces of crust.. What management would let this $40 trash leave the store. Never visiting this location again.

Took the family for what I thought would be a quick stop for a shake after dinner. We decided to go Sonic in Bastrop and probably had the worse experience there ever. We ordered 2 shakes and 2 blasts and had to wait over 30 minutes to get them. I noticed that while I was waiting people were coming through the drive-thru and getting their orders before me. Then when I asked how much longer it would be they weren't even tracking my order, I had to repeat it to them and they still got it wrong. Order size was wrong and toppings were left out of our shakes. Worst Sonic experience ever.

The last 5 times in a row, the have been out of something we wanted to order. Onion rings x2, certain flavors of slush my wife and grandchildren wanted and 1 Sunday they were out of ice cream. The last time we did not get everything we ordered, my daughter did not get her tots.

Went last night. Ordered to shakes. One strawberry cheesecake and only got strawberry with nothing mixed. Like the whole bottom was the added strawberry mixture not mixed at all. 8 month pregnant wife unhappy. I got a Reese’s blast with peanut butter added and extra Reese’s. Got a vanilla ice cream shake with a scoop of dried out Reese’s sitting in top no peanut butter no mixing of any kind. Sad.

Went tonight to get us some drinks and was there for 15 mins and no one took my order. I ended up leaving. I am disappointed we were really looking forward to sonic for a family night treat but they couldn’t take a five second order it looked like they were just messing around inside.

Worst sonic I have ever been to. I've had bad experiences everytime!! Today I spent $35 dollars. They had no route 44 cups. Order came to our car and we were asked if fries are ok because they were out of tots. The fries were cold and dry. The burger was soggy and the lettuce and tomatoes were obviously microwaved. The fries were all small instead of large. The fries pie was a small instead of medium. It took 30 minutes to get our food. They brought the wrong food to us the first time. Everytime I go here it almost the same horrible experience!!!

Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes during Happy Hour. No one ever asked for my order. I woman steps out and tells the line to pull up to the window. Once at the window, a different woman says she's sorry but we need to drive around again. Dairy Queen has a new customer!

Came here to get milkshakes, one milkshake was mixed up with another one and all came with no cherries. There was literally a cockroach running up the building as I was in the drive thru. I had to roll up my window. That alone tells me all I need to know about this place.

I came on a Sunday evening about 6:30 And there were only 2 other customers here. It tokk 10 minutes and me pushing the red button twice to get any response from the employees. After ordering 2 meals (which were still incorrect when brought to me) I finally received my food 18 minutes after I ordered it. The music was so loud the person taking my order had to ask me to repeat everything multiple times. I pointed out that my orders were wrong and the young lady rolled her eyes at me and did not even offer to remake or correct the problem. Very poor service.

Needs quality control. Ordered strawberry lemonade and it taste like strawberry water. It had leafs floating in it too? Maybe strawberry leaves, i dont know. Burger was okay but i added bacon to my burger, and paid for, but it didnt come with any. Onion rings looked like someone stomped them a few times and threw in the bag.

Ordered food. Payed for food, then they tell us they don't have beef patties. so they substitute the burgers for chicken bites at the price of the burgers, so we effectively overpaid for what we ended up getting, and the employees just couldn't understand that they overcharged us. Worst sonic experience.

Came here on 08/11/24 around 10pm. The lady was rushing us while my family was figuring it out to order. She got on the speaker to pull up in the window even though I only arrived less than 30 seconds. The lady mess up my order and forgot my M&M blast. After I got home as I expected. She only put M&M on the top of the blast and nothing on the bottom. Bottom line. She was lazy and this was a rip off since she said only Large only cups. I have been so many Sonic’s in other states and this is by far the worst. The place wasn’t busy at all there’s no excuse to skip up on customer products. After all without customers, there no jobs at Sonic. Be better at customer service and products! Go to Bucees better service!

I spent $$ here just for them to give my kids & my food to another customer, they gave us our drinks at 7:52pm took my card. 8:10pm when I got my card & food. They however remade our food. It shouldn't have taken 18 mins to get my card back. Nevermind the food. It's the fact they didn't bring my card back out & tell me what happened. Instead I pressed the button a 2nd time to tell them we never got my card or food back.

I usually love sonic but I went today and ordered 2 slushies and waited over 55 minutes. I received my order for free but the slushie they gave me was very watered down and the nerds had almost completely dissolved meaning it was ready long before I got it and was just not run out. Also pressed the button for assistance and no one would help us for almost 10 minutes after already having placed our order. I usually don’t give bad reviews but waiting almost an hour for two slushies is unacceptable.

We went thru drive thru and had order 2 teas tell me why we waited 15 minutes then I snapped blew my horn at them and the girl that took my order took off to the back of the store and the carhop boy is the one to come see what I needed. Who ever is on, on Sunday April 30th got my whole order wrong! If I did have to drive back miles I would have brought it back! And when you ask for mustard not mayo and the paper around the sandwich says mustard. It's like it was on purpose! And it had cheese on it. It was Awful! I don't like wasting food, but I wish I had that! Had to make me something to take the taste out of my mouth and brush my teeth!

Pretty pitiful today, Sonic. I ordered 2 #7 combos today and when we got home, there was hardly any chili cheese on them! Y'all weren't even busy when we came by. Basically we got a plain hot dog and a chili cheese dog, that's how little of an amount we got. I'd post a picture, but I don't see an option in thus review.

Experience here on 11-12-2025 little after 7 pm. While placing order person act like they could not hear,we ask question concerning the food,person still repeating order that we were not placing yet waiting on answer to our question. When order came no napkins, was not ask if we needed any. Of course we were going to be eating food so why not put napkins in the bag with the order. The young people need to learn how to be a customer Service person working with food. We ask for ketsup and mustard,order came with 2 ketsup and no mustard. People pay attention when you take the customers order.

You know when you love Sonic so much so you go to one every time you're out of town. I have one in my town but it's so incredibly awful that it's a real treat whenever we go to another area that has a Sonic. IF I ever decide to go to this Sonic, I KNOW going in to be prepared. I order twice as many fries as I normally would because they will always be half filled. I never plan to eat there because the food is ALWAYS cold. I try to avoid the burgers because they don't even resemble the burgers at the other restaurants but it's pretty hard to screw up fries and God help me, I love the fries. I always do the mobile order because waiting for someone to answer the button is laughable. I plan at least 20 minutes for my food then at least another 10 because I love the Groovy sauce but they will NEVER put the sauce in the bag. I don't even blink when the carhop sneers at me and pouts when I ask for my sauce because again, I come in mentally prepared. I know that most likely, they will never come back so I'll press the button and play a game - will I be able to holler out the window to get my sauce from the carhop actively ignoring me or will they answer the stall first. After 10 minutes, I just knock on the door and beg for my sauce. Yes, they all glare and snarl for the audacity but I want my sauce man. This is obviously a franchise because I've never been to a Sonic with this unique blend of horrible. It's really quite impressive.

Great place if you want your order wrong or whatever this is… we went the other day and my entire order was wrong. Sides and burger. Told them and they made a new one and still got it wrong. It was literally a burger with no tomatoes. Not a crazy order. Then today we get a breakfast sandwich and half a piece of sausage???

This place has the worst food of any Sonic in the area. The burgers are terrible, and the drinks are watered down and awful. The only reason I eat here is because it has been so long I forget how bad it is. The carhop was awesome though. If you're gonna eat here, just go to P. Terry's or the cheese steak place by walmart or the sonic on the way to Austin. Just not here.

I got lunch from sonic today and the lady asked me if I wanted mustard or ketchup. I told her I would like mustard. She didn’t even give me any mustard. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to go back and get mustard. I called and complained and told them I’m on a time schedule that I’m on my lunch and cannot go back. The girl asked me if I wanted to come pick up some mustard after work. What a joke. I just eat my dry corn dog with no mustard, no. I felt like my meal was not complete without mustard.

After watching fireworks, we stopped in at this sonic. Pulled into a stall. Pressed the red button. After waiting for 20 minutes with no one taking our order, we decided to leave. So, we left & went somewhere else. We left about 10:21pm on a Saturday night (tonight).

Saw two cars drive off before we left ourselves because no one is taking orders. This sonic is consistently slow and orders are frequently wrong. Over the years we've been here a few times and the experience has never changed. Also, they frequently serve old fried foods and the oil always tastes kind of dirty. Just go to the one in Cedar Creek, whatever extra time you spend driving there would have been spent waiting at this location anyway.

I ordered on the app, got to Sonic to wait an additional 20 minutes before my order got to my car. Something told me to check my food before I left and when I got home I was so upset to see this is how my fries came. Half full, and all of my food was cold. I came at 8pm when it was NOT busy. Just left not even 5 min away checking my order I realized my tots are definitely not a large and definitely do not have the extra cheese that I paid for. I call the store and Atlantis answers the phone as I tell her what happened she is laughing and says they must have read it wrong but you can come by either today or another day and get it remade just tell them you talked to one of the managers I asked her again what her name was again and if she was a manager. She provided her name and said she was. I told her I didn't appreciate her laughing and asked for her bosses name. She denied laughing and did not provide the name. I told her to forget it I would not be back. It's the lack of care and respect. You are making food that people would eat. In this case I did not, it was cold and unappealing to me.

I don’t know what’s worse the fact that I keep giving this sonic a chance or that they constantly find new ways to surprise me. If it’s not the syrup tasting sweet tea, it is over greased cheese tots, and now it’s moldy tortillas. Also when I tried to call any let them know I sat on hold for 20+ minutes before getting hung up on. Can’t say I would recommend the Bastrop Sonic to anyone going forward 🤦🏼‍♀️
