Trent Went above and beyond And was very friendly And made sure that we wanted for nothing He was very quick to answer questions. He absolutely deserves a raise. Better yet he deserves a management position ! I’ve been in the food industry for years and he is exceptionally talented and yall need to move him up and raise his pay for another company snags him
Trent was my server and he was amazing, so attentive and patient with my toddlers. My 3 year old talked his ear off, he didn’t look annoyed not once, and stayed till she finished talking. My girls enjoyed his company and so did I. I will definitely be coming back and look forward to have him as my server again.
Busy as usual, but staff did a great job turning tables over to reduce wait times. Trent was an excellent server, and despite how busy it was, the kitchen did a great job. Food was fresh, hot and great. Always good coming to this location.
We went to the garth rd Baytown location this morning, and though Ericka was not our waitress, she was absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, happy, and very very busy. Helping tables that weren't hers, cleaning everything, on top of refills, even for guests that weren't in her section, all with a warm and happy smile. 10/10 waitress and a very lovely lady
We happened to arrive during a hectic time, but every employee smiled. We were greeted immediately. Our server, Trent, was attentive and made sure to keep us informed during our shorter than anticipated wait. The food was delicious. All around, a positive experience.
We come in for dinner and our server was a little busy bee, had the whole diner to himself and he was on point! Very attentive to each table. There was a little wait which was to be expected when there’s only one person but he was never standing! Always going and going! Got us our food and made sure we all had everything we needed. We had Trent! Can’t wait for our next time to come in! He’s such a great waiter!
Food was executed perfectly; we had best attention and service ever I had Kaina serve us and she did awesome! We joke and she was very polite! Hope to have her again next time ; me and my fiance enjoyed her!

Even during busier moments, Trent remained calm, composed, and fully engaged, making us feel like we were his top priority the entire night. What truly sets Trent apart is his attitude and presence. He brought a positive energy to the table that elevated the entire dining experience. His attention to detail, genuine kindness, and professionalism reflect someone who understands hospitality at its highest level. Trent didn’t just serve our meal—he curated an experience. Because of Trent, our evening was not only enjoyable but genuinely memorable. He transformed a great meal into an exceptional one, and that level of service deserves recognition. We will absolutely be requesting Trent on future visits and recommending this restaurant to friends and family because of the outstanding care he provided. Trent is a true asset to this establishment, and any guest would be lucky to be served by him.
Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had in a while, went with a few of my friends. Our server, Latasia, was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever had there. She was very attentive with us, chopping it up with us, making conversation, laughing and talking with us, and the food was amazing. It was a very fun evening.
I had Kaina as a waitress, girl did awesome! She made sure everything was perfect for us Food was great, she gave me everything on time and did her job above and beyond, it was perfect. We had at laugh with our names being very similar!
Got off work early so decided to go have lunch. Had a great experience. My waitress Jessica was on point and the food really hit the spot.
I mean you can't ever go wrong with IHOP like who doesn't like breakfast late at night 🥰 But TRENT 100/10 best server out there! Once we came in he already greeted us with great energy! He definitely makes sure his table is taken care of. When I come back again I definitely want him as my waiter again!
We had breakfast this morning and Devin was our server. He was very pleasant, attentive, and had excellent attention to detail throughout our meal. Everything was handled smoothly, and he truly made our breakfast experience enjoyable. Great service!

I came in during a busy hour and was greeted within seconds. Trenten was my server that morning and gave top notch service despite how busy he was. He was constantly attentive and on top of everything. He had a very positive, funny personality. Ensuring I was well taken care of, even bagging my leftovers for me. I would recommend him to anyone who has a sense of humor, and if you request him leave that man 20% or more!!!

The food here has not been reduced in size and has awesome flavor. Milkshakes are nice and creamy and are not as sweet, I had the cinnamon one. The seats are worn a bit down but are comfortable since they are not hard. Our waitress Kaina 10/10. Attentive and positive!

First of all it was Christmas Eve and my husband and I were looking for a place to have Breakfast. I had never been to this particular IHop. The parking lot was full, we had like a 5 minute wait to get seated. I was thinking it was going to be a long wait for service and food once seated but to my surprise waitress attended to us a soon as we sat down asked for drink order, brought it quick ordered our food. Got our food in no time. We will definitely be coming back. Everything was great. Service, and food was great.
Great experience at this IHOP! The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. Our server was friendly and checked in often. Perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast with the family.

Ihop is always a classic, but this ihop is extra special because of their exemplary customer service. My first visit I had a waitress named Kaitlyn, she was absolutely incredible and I continue to go to this Ihop specifically to have her! let me explain - my first time coming in I was in the throws of 2 under 2, 3 months postpartum . absolutely exhausted and over it. Kaitlyn took the time to listen to me essentially trauma dump on her and gave me wonderful advice. I left that day very happy, full, and seen. That day she made me feel like a good mom when I needed to hear it. I will always be a loyal customer to Ihop garth because of Kaitlyn!
Shawn is a great server. He welcomed me and my family with a smile. He made sure that our order was exactly what we wanted. He would consistently check on us every 5 minutes to see if there was anything we needed. The food was also delicious.
Every time I come her I request the same waiter. He is amazing and good at what he does. He should get a raise or a promotion. When you love your job it makes it a better place with a great experience. His name is Devin. Recognize your good worker. He deserves it.

This place gets very busy due to lack of places to eat breakfast. They upgraded their menu and offer waffles and biscuits now. I tried one of the new Benedict’s, the bacon jam one, the eggs were poached well and the flavor was something different. I wouldn’t probably get it again though. The fried potatoes are just ok too, not bad and not great. My husband got the spicy pablano omelet with hash browns which was really great. My daughter got the birthday cake breakfast and a kids chicken and waffles. Our server was great. The place appeared cleaner than last time. Tables were being turned quickly. Our table wasn’t sticky and I didn’t see ants like last time so that’s great!
National pancake day had this place crazy busy. We just came after 7pm. It was good. The lemon ricotta crepe was a bit sweet. The berry crepe needed some filling… service was fine. Some of the benches were sticky. The parking lot in this location is crazy busy always… so be careful.

Went here for the free pancakes deal on national pancake day and pancakes were good but the service was not so much. Waited for the waitress to come check on me and my daughter but she took so long that I just wanted to leave instead of asking for more butter after she took long to bring back syrup and I understand places can get packed but we were just too neglected for that to be the case.

Have never had issues with this IHOP, yesterday we had an order through DoorDash…today I went to warm up some left over pancakes my two littles were eating and found what looks like mold 😭😒 just informing everyone to be careful and to please take precautions because I don’t think it’s acceptable for them to serve molded food.
