I’ve not had a bad experience here, the food has always been well prepared and service has been consistently good.

Noel was such an AMAZING server, he made sure our table was full on drinks and also made sure we ALWAYS had ROLLS on our table. Father’s Day is not an easy day on any server, but that didn’t stop him from providing the best service thought the night. Thank you NOEL we will definitely be back

The parking lot was almost full, and it was the same exact inside. They were well staffed, and there was a Manager walking around. Our Server was very attentive. Everything was served as we asked for. One of my best experiences at this franchise. I would highly recommend this location.

In the midst of Texas 2k and literally every other restaurant having an hour plus wait, we made the BEST choice coming here. Ashton was a wonderful server, he answer all of the questions my mother and I asked, joked with us . I asked his opinion on two different plates I was interested in and I decided on the Smothered chicken which was delicious!! I highly recommend asking for Ashton when you come !!

Took my son for his 6th birthday and they did the yeehaw thing they do that i didnt know they did my son loved the experience as well that my other son has asked to take him for his birthday as well definitely recommend

So good, my family goes here a lot. The food here is amazing and fresh. If you go here get the baked potato even though it’s just one of the sides, they have the best baked potato i’ve had in my life its so creamy and flavorful. Great place to get out with the family and have a good time. The waits here are usually in the 10-15 minute range, and much less if you are a couple, or only come on non-peak times. I have eaten at 7 or 8 Texas Roadhouse locations in the Houston area. The service and the food are consistently excellent at all locations. The piping hot dinner rolls alone that they serve makes the trip worthwhile. Prices are very affordable for a top-notch steakhouse. As a retiree on a fixed income, I really appreciate the generous discount offered to military veterans.

If you're looking for a great tasting meal and friendly service, this is the Texas Roadhouse to go to. The staff go out of their way to make sure your experience is a memorable one. One in particular is the bartender Alyssa. Her attitude and professionalism kept everyone in the bar area very happy throughout the evening. I observed most, if not all, of the staff constantly moving from table to table to ensure that every customer had what they needed. This is a well run Texas Roadhouse. The food came out pretty fast and was cooked to perfection. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I recommend the cactus blossom appetizer, you won't regret it. My steak was cooked exactly as I had requested, which at many restaurants this isn't the case. Also, the beer is cold and Alyssa will make sure it doesn't go empty. The restaurant itself is very clean and well maintained. The restrooms (Men's anyway) are also kept in order and real clean. I didn't see a single employee with a frown or scowl. Overall, this is a fantastic place to go when you want a delicious meal and friendly service! I highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse!! A++ service!

Everything is very tasty, satisfying, varied. The meat is delicious. While you are waiting for your order, they serve you buttered buns, we ate them all!!! The atmosphere is amazing. The staff is very friendly.

This place is just one of the kind, always amazing service and delicious food. And the free peanuts is my fav lol I get full before they even bring the food. I’m not a really big fan off staff’s shirt “ I love working here “ or something along these lines. like you literally forcing them to wear those. I get it,it’s their uniforms but cmon now. The other thing that makes me feel bad is throwing the shells on the floor. Someone has to clean that place up and I just feel bad for them. My wife always tells me to do it but I’ve never done it and never will do. These are just my personal opinions. Love this place and we will definitely visit again.

I was asked if I wanted to pick out my steak before being seated. I did and once seated, chose the cook on the steak and my two sides. The steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Service was top notch the entire time I was there. Very nice experience!

Yesterday, 2/21/23, I sat down for a meal. Our server, Alyssa, was awesome. She recommended the strawberry lemonade which was thirst quenching. She was very prompt and polite, genuinely enjoyed her presence. We ordered a cheeseburger and a full rack of ribs, and asked if we wanted it loaded, which was a great decision. She also asked if I wanted loaded fries, I agreed, unfortunately they didnt come loaded, she fixed that quickly. Overall the meal was delicious, and server was great.

First time dining here, we had a great experience, our waitress was super nice and our food came out fast and delicious. I highly recommend this steakhouse to everyone.

Busy place for sure! Our waitress Maria was super nice. I had the herb crusted chicken and it was very moist! The sweet potato was also delicious. I had the choice of fully loaded or not. I decided I didn't want the calories associated with that, LOL. My husband had the ribs appetizer for dinner and it was very filling. The manager stopped by to see how the meal was.

Overall 5 stars. The food was not up to my liking as it has been st other locations. The chicken was pounded so thin it was dry and the gravy was not savory, it was too sweet. Service was amazing, I never had an empty drink and was checked on frequently. Our server was attentive and friendly. She noticed my daughters disabilities and brought her a cup with a lid without me having to even ask because I do forget to ask sometimes. Overall it was great. Food just left something to be desired.

Texas Roadhouse is a chain restaurant that has franchises. They mainly focus on a steakhouse feel: warm lighting, music at a reasonable volume, comfortable seating. Our trip today was the first in many years and I have to say that they did a great job. The server and management were very present, the food was cooked well, and the drinks were refilled pretty quickly. We also went during the "after church" rush and we were surprised. They're like a finely oiled machine of efficiency. We didn't have to wait for a table because they have it figured out. Well done!

Nice place. One time the steak was perfect. It wasn't busy. The next time the place was busy and the steak was reheated. I know when to go now. Also friendlier when not so busy. But overall, no complaints other than that bad steak. I doubt it's typical. The prices are good and the side orders are yummy. Nice place. Today I ate another tough steak at 4pm. What's up? Everything else is great at this place.

Everyone enjoyed the food, it was all good except for my Pork Chops, flavor was good but Pork Chops were hard as leather. Why does everyone cook pork chops to past well done? This is 2023 and for many years now pork has been free of worms. Pork can now be cooked like a steak, rare, medium rare, medium and well done. I forgot to tell our server that I wanted my Pork Chops medium rare but it was a birthday party and I was trying to make sure that my nephew got a Ribeye that he would love because he has never had a Ribeye before. He is mentally disabled. I wish I would have remembered to ask for a medium rare pork chop, the server didn't ask me and I forgot. This should change, servers should ask what doneness do you want for your pork chops, if so a lot more pork chops would be sold especially if people chose at least a medium done chop, but medium rare is best because it will continue to cook until it gets to the table and you start to eat it. You will thank me for your medium rare Pork Chops! Delicious!

Food is what you expect from roadhouse. Service can be hit or miss. Of course the rolls are the star of the show. Can get busy and have a wait if you aren’t there early. To go pickup can be very slow.

Great Food, Great Service!! On a recent trip to Baytown I was in the mood for some good ‘Ole Texas Beef I was starving and didn’t feel like a long drive in traffic to some fancy-schmancy HoustonSteakHouse so I headed over to The Texas Roadhouse in Garth Road for a good hearty slice of Meat. I can't remember if it was my second or third time there as I knew I had been there before. The hostesses at the front were very friendly and they suggested that I sit at the bar since Ashley was working and she was 'really nice'. So off I went to the bar, where I was greeted by the 'Really Cool Bartender" Ashley, who offered me a 'Happy Hour' Ice Cold Pint of ZiegenBock, walked me through the menu, offering me some of her favourites. I ordered a plate of their famous Grilled Shrimp, seasoned shrimp drizzled with garlic lemon pepper butter and served on toasted fresh-baked bread. Wow, were they good ( Good Call Ashley)!! I looked over the menu and decided on a filet mignon, grilled and juicy and served Medium-Rare, so I knew I was in for a treat. Ashley aslso helped me pick my sides, fresh steamed veggies, and sauteed mushrooms...Yum. This was one tender and delicious cut of meat Texas Roadhouse does Steak well, the food is affordable, very well presented and fresh. Priced in the middle of the road for this style of food, they are passionate about their brand and quality of the food. Ashley was a great server, and she took the time to help me order, and she was very knowledgeable about the menu.. If you’re looking for a great and reasonably priced meal, give Texas Roadhouse in Baytown a try !!

I enjoy eating here. My sister was in the hospital so my brother and I stopped to eat here on our way home. Neither of us had eaten the whole day and it was nearly 9 pm. The waitress was so sweet. Very respectful in true southern style with Yes ma'am 's and sirs. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu items. This is the first time, in three years, I've enjoyed the kindness of our waitress. The food was excellent as well. Steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. The salad was fresh, crispy and delicious. I'm not much for rolls either but this night their rolls were warm, soft, and delicious. I did ask for regular butter. I don't care for cinnamon butter. They were happy to substitute. The unsweet tea was perfect too. I truly enjoyed my meal. The ambiance rating was based on me being tired and I just didn't care for all the noise. They couldn't help that so the rating shouldn't reflect badly on them. I hope this review helps. They do have handicap parking and restrooms, also they're fine with you taking home leftovers. This was also the first time in four years of visiting that my table was clean and we didn't have to ask for them to clean it better. They do have high chairs and alcohol is served here.

My first and only time here. So I go here with a party of 3 and 3 more kids. Everyone gets there food but me. I try not to make a fuss. Check in once to see the status of my order. Food is coming out shortly. Everyone else is done eating. Still no food. So I cancel meal. I am not going to make people wait on me to eat. On the way out they hand me food to go. Free food is free food right. Sweet!! We get home 5 mins later. Thinking I do not have to go to get a burger on the way home. Its a dinky piece of steak. Not even what I had ordered and with no sides. I cant tell you what cut. Medium well to well done. Yeah... My dog got a piece of steak. And I still had to grab a burger.

This was my first time eating here. My kids come all the time. They like it and wanted to come here. The place was pretty busy, but we got seated rather quickly. We sat for a while before being talked to. The server was kind of slow. We had to wait and ask for refils. Im a person that drinks rather quickly. The server got my daughters order wrong. We kept asking for more bread, everytime she would say she's waiting on it. I noticed other tables getting bread. I think she forgot or is just to slow. The extra bread finally came when our food arrived. The menu says fall off the bone. My wife's ribs didn't fall off the bone. We had a manager that repeatedly pass by us, it seemed like every 5 or 10 minutes. Never said a word to us. I feel and this is just my opinion, if you're gonna be out there on the floor walking around. You should talk to the customers. Now he did talk to some of the customers, just not us. Maybe it's the way we looked. Why have so many people on the floor working. From my experience, you have all them servers and they only have 3 tables. You cant expect people to make money like that. Then when it's slow you wanna send people home. If you send them home they should get at least minimum wage for that day. They probably have to tip out to the runners, bartender and who knows who else. This is just me being honest. Food was okay and came in a decent time. The server probably should have an area near the kitchen due to how slow she his. Manager should talk to everyone, even the ones he's afraid of or doesn't like. I promise i don't bite anymore. That was a phase I was going though. I'll give it another shot, hopefully I get a different server.

I picked my steak out of the case. I asked it to be cooked medium. According to their menu, medium is a warm pink center. When I received it, it had a thin pink center. Update August 2022- well well well Joooohhhnnn Redcorn. Typing that was more exciting than my steak, which was over done. Unfortunately, we were limited to one basket of rolls. When the server asked if we wanted more, we said yes enthusiastically. But it was all a cruel joke. We waited and waited for more rolls to come. They. Never. Came. 😭 I will say the teamwork in that place is awesome. The bathrooms were clean. April 2022- I was happy to see this location is open for lunch. Some locations do not open until four. The steaks can be a hit or miss at any location. Sometimes they are delicious, sometimes they are okay. Mine was okay this time around. The ribs were surprisingly flavorful and tender. I may start switching up my order. Never the less, the price is fair and we’re all here for the cinnamon butter and the fresh hot rolls ( Pillsbury Doughboy giggle)

Everything we ordered was commonplace, so you could pretty much get it anywhere else, but the baked sweet potato was a good seller and the blooming onion (which had already been devoured 😅) The chicken however, was delectably moist! Even though every place should strive to cook chicken perfectly, sad that has to be said, the cooks here at Roadhouse did it right, I'm so proud! I usually avoid chicken at any non-fast food restaurant because everyone seems to dry it out 😑 Service was NOT on par though. They weren't even that busy, but 2 different people forgot THREE times to bring us more bread after we asked them & they asked us. Also, our server Jaden was annoying. It felt like he was trying to rush us (maybe his shift was about to end?), but it ruined my meal. Once our entrees arrived, I think he hounded us 3-4 times about considering their gift card options. We weren't even HALFWAY through eating. My roommate finished before me because he gets fuller faster, so i was still enjoying my food when Jaden kept trying to talk to us, even though he forgot our bread twice 😒 my roommate and I had a rough week and we both definitely wanted to enjoy a little comfort food, since I'm the only one who knows how to cook at home ☠ but Jaden's incessant interruptions just gave me anxiety and made me feel on edge. Hmmm, everyone we saw on the waitstaff seemed fairly young (20-35), and idk who the woman was that asked about our meal. Point being, not trying to sound ageist but this was ONE experience were everyone seemed inexperienced and inadequate in regards to hospitality. Although, I think the "ageist" concept came up because i told my roommate, "they probably thought we were just a couple of kids so they didnt take us seriously. I hate when people do that to us. As a woman, I read too much into everything, so I try not to entertain every wild thought. . .but, that's probably what happened." my roommate and are 32 and 34. And we both look 14 bcuz we're 4'11 and 5'2, both at 110lbs, and our faces look REALLY young. He dresses in sweats constantly and that day I was layered in jackets and a mask because of severe sinus allergies, and my hairbun was sloppy/wild (which roommate didnt tell me about and I didnt noticed until we got home 😑) And like I said, It's a thought that never comes to mind because I know my age, but some situations remind me of what other people see when I'm out in public, and im disheartened by how extremely unprofessional some people are when they assume at a glance and then proceed to disregard you. I should've insisted we'd eaten at the location in Friendswood; chances are service wouldve been better there because of the demographic, and I dont normally say that. Overall, food is good, but the service definitely ruins the appetite. I wouldnt risk coming back here again.

I ordered the 12oz Ribeye and it was overseasoned. It was very salty. The next day I ordered the Ribs. They were very dry. So the food here is not really good. The staff is the best and the drinks are really good. I will say, give this place a try. Hopefully the food will be better.

We purchased 350.00 worth of gift cards which came with an additional gift card of 10.00 each at Christmas. They don't know how to apply the 10.00 and gifts cards. My steak was like rubber and sweet potato hard. The waitress had an attitude from the start. Now if my receipt shows 47.90 and the gift card had 50.00 on it. (I checked it online) When all was said and done I still owed 11.08.I had this kind of problem with all my cards. So beware of your receipt and gift card. Somehow money doesn't add up. Very disappointed in this particular roadhouse. 😡

Ordered the family pack of tenders. You are supposed to get 24 tenders but instead they cut 12 tenders in half and it becomes 24 tenders. The four sides are not quart size, compared to other restaurants that give you a family sides for a family pack. Not worth the cost when you can go to KFC or Chicken Express and actually get family sides.

I don't know where to start. The best part of the meal was the cactus blossom appetizers. I ordered a NY strip with mushrooms, it was a little overcooked to how I ordered but not bad, not much flavor in the steak but the mushrooms were good I added ribs to my order for an additional $10, they were the absolute worst ribs I've ever tasted. They were dry and tasted like burnt bbq sauce with fresh sauce thrown on them, absolutely disgusting. I let the waiter know how bad they were and he laughed about it, saying he's had mixed reviews on the ribs. I paid an extra $10 for 1 bite of rib that I didn't even swallow. The veggies I ordered looked like something brought to you on a hospital tray. 0/10 food presentation. Steak and rib quality is not much better. It's been several years since I've been to a roadhouse, and I was extremely disappointed with my $85 meal that I'll likely feed most of to my dog.

The table where we were told to seat it was full of thrash on the floor even the menu and a lot of garbage including little food was underneath our table our booth sofas were not cleaned it had oil stains and even little food on it that means never cleaned.our table also same thing was sticky on the top Cleanliness is lacking a big time at this location very disappointing experience I hope they check before offering a table

The only 2 reasons I visit this place are because the location is nearby my house, and it is the best of the worst in the area. The bread and the house salad are yummy😋 My medium well steak always very dry, never once they cooked it right, and there is something missing in the taste. I used to choose my steak 22oz or bigger, but I found out that is a waste of money, now I only order the 6oz steak of the menu with broccoli and a house salad. The Broccoli is No different from the one served by hospital meal. The Service always excellent, and the restaurant always clean.

This was the absolute worst looking steak I have ever had. I even asked if they could sear it but this is how it came back. It looks as if it was boiled or cooked from one huge chunk of meat then a slice taken off. First time that a steak has made me nauseous just by looking. Taking it home for the dogs. That was $25 wasted. The sides was perfect and my stepdad’s steak was good and looked good. Mine however was not. Oh and there was a spot on the side/top whatever you wanna call it it that was hard as a rock. It’s the nasty discolored part toward the top but the sauce.

My family member received a dish with a dead roach in it, she proceeded to throw up in their restroom (twice). When the manager came out after we told two of the servers the issue, the manager gave us a $40 max coupon for 2 entrees when dining twice. Told them to make our bill free but they said no and called security because we “threatened” to let the other customers know they served us a dead roach.

My daughter took me here Sunday July 3, 2022 at about 6:30. We were seated fairly quick. While waiting for our server a family was sat across from us, their server was pretty fast as we were still waiting for ours 🤦🏻‍♀️ FINALLY we ordered and I ordered the beef tips with NO mushrooms and a sweet potato with the butter ON THE SIDE. Well, let me tell you.. I got a ton of mushrooms 🤮 more mushrooms than there was beef and my butter was ON my potato. When we told our waitress Ashlea all she said was I’m sorry and gave us a bill with NO deductions. HIGHLY disappointed and will not be going back!!

I will not be coming back to this location. My partner and I were sitting across from a man who seemed to be disable. He had a dog with him which we assumed was his service dog. They both were very sweet and calm. He ordered a lot of food but soon after was told to leave because his dog was not a service animal and not allowed at the establishment. When I asked the manager what happened he said it’s a cleanliness issue and that he needed to leave. I don’t understand what the difference would be if it was a service animal. The man was so sweet and said he was splurging for a steak for his dog because he just got paid and I could tell that this dog was all this man had. I think this could have been handled differently and me and my partner will not be coming back to this location after years of patronage. Let it be known we do not have an issue eating next to a dog (especially a well behaved one) and I think many people would agree.

RUDE AND RACIST. My fiancé requested this for his 38th birthday dinner. He ordered a beer and was told that because of his ID they could not serve him. He is obviously over 21. We even mentioned it was his birthday, and the server still insisted she couldn’t serve him. Then there were several tables seated after us who all received their food after we ordered ours. We waited 45 minutes for our food and our server never gave us any updates. I ended up ordering a beer for my fiancé from the bar with my ID. When the manager came to talk to us about the food, he ended up, reprimanding us for still ordering the beer. Even though we are both over age by a decade and it’s LITERALLY ONE BEER ON HIS BIRTHDAY. The manager snatched the beer off the table, even though it was halfway already drank. Fortunately, there was a kind server named Heath, who was the only one to express any sort of care of the situation. I ended up tipping him $20 For his kindness. I’ve worked in the service industry myself for over 10 years and I’ve never experience such discrimination and demeaning from an establishment. I’ve never had this experience Before at Texas roadhouse. The manager who spoke to us name is Tim and he was very rude.
