This place is far worse then the other garth road location north of i 10. Recent order of large chilli cheese tots for my kids and u cant even fill the container!! Do better

Visit was crap. I ordered a double bacon burger they gave me a normal one. I ordered tots and they gave me onion rings and there “Reese’s sonic blast” was vanilla ice cream with Reese’s crumbled on top. I love other locations of sonic but this sucked

I was expected to wait for 45 mins for a mobile order. When I approached to ask for a refund, they refused to open the door. Finally a manager came out and gave a refund, however, the service has continuously gone downhill over the year. After 50 mins I finally spoke to a district manager, I was able to get my refund and go elsewhere. Avoid this sonic, the upgrades (paint) are just for show.

Came in today to just get two drinks waited for someone to come on the speaker for 5 min and nothing I said hello and a lady told me to wait one min as I was waiting to give my order the line was growing four cars behind me still No one came on to take my order or to tell me anything so people started driving off went around to the window area and there was two cars one was just getting a drink and they wasn't busy very bad service. I just don4 understand why didnt respond to me at all until I said something and then nothing.

I ordered two drinks through the app and I waited 10 minutes at the stall after I checked in. Still no one came so I ended up going through the drive thru line just to get my drinks. They definitely weren’t busy. Service today was awful.

Ordered online and it took forever to get three drinks, staff does not seem to care either, our drinks had soda and tea all over the cups themselves and we didn’t get the extra ice on on of our drinks , won’t be coming back to this location.

Got ice cream and my cups were covered in it with chocolate and strawberry smeared on the lid not it mention the cups were also damaged and my blast was just vanilla ice cream all the mix ins were just on the top nothing actually in it and it was all melted too I expected it to arrive a bit melted cuz it's hot outside but it was complete liquid

Placed an online order, arrive and then wait for 20 minutes I'm the stall after saying we've arrived and have to flag someone down to find out why we have watched others pull into the online pick up spots after us and get their food before us. We only had 2 drinks and they had been sitting there the whole time. So, they gave us half melted slushe and limead. Thanks!

This place has been consistently disappointing. First, they weren’t accepting cards—which was fine, so we went back home to get cash. But when we returned, we were told the smoothie machine wasn’t working. That didn’t add up because we could clearly see smoothies still being made. Then the story changed—they said they had to clean the machine and wouldn’t be serving any more, even though they don’t close until 1 a.m. Honestly, they might as well change their hours. Every time I visit this location, it’s a frustrating experience.

This is the grilled cheese we received (2 of them actually) Christmas Day 2022. It literally was 2 white pieces of bread, maybe toasted for 15 seconds. People who receive food like this should get a refund. One bite and straight to the trash, disgusting. Will NEVER go back to this location again. @Sonic you should be ashamed.

Everytime I come to this location the ice cream machine is down, I do not understand how this is a constant problem! The employees are rude! Came yesterday asked for a large loaded tot the girl rudely said what, there isn’t a button for loaded anymore… WHAT! Then I asked for the Big red float couldn’t get that because the ice cream machine was down. Got to the window paid didn’t receive a receipt, ordered a large loaded tot received a regular and the shake overflowing like it was no big deal that it was leaking all in my car! When asked for napkins she had attitude. Absolutely unexceptable but I couldn’t participate in the survey because I wasn’t given a receipt and also couldn’t confirm if I was charged for a large tot that I did not receive which I’m assuming I was due to the high total.
