I haven't had Jersey Mike's since I lived in Houston. They had a shop on Westheimer close to the Galleria. Great to see them here.

I had a great experience with Jersey Mikes tonight! Me and my family came in and there was no wait. Everyone was fast and on point with our sandwiches. We had a great experience. Will be back.

As always everything was excellent! Beverly made sure I had fresh bacon for my BLT. All staff were pleasant and the facility was very clean and welcoming. I live across town and it’s definitely worth the drive. I can’t wait to go back and get my favorite sandwich.

I came in today to tryJersey Mike’s for the first time and it was great. I ordered 2 smaller subs to try different flavors one hot and one cold sub. I went with the Italian and the famous Philly. Both were amazing. The staff was fast, friendly and efficient. I will definitely be back.

Very consistent and great taste. Had the chipotle chicken tonight and it was warm and oh so good!

I passed it up for years.Thinking it would just be another subway. Tried itThe first time the other day got it home by the time it drove me nuts from the aroma. Honestly, it tasted so good.I wanted to eat the wrapper. Kicking myself for passing it up all these years.

I am currently at Jersey Mike's for my very first time. I've never felt so welcome in establishment ever in my life than I do to. Day the entire stuff. Has been so kind so well for me. If you're going to eat out for sandwich, please come here. It'll be the experience of your here around 3:30. Even though they were busy, they still gave me the attention and the respect and the kindness that I deseveryone is smiling. Everyone looks happy to be here working. I can't Express how much I love this place and I will be back definitely.

I came in during their first week and honestly, the grill side was a little shaky. Nothing major, just not quite there yet. Came back today and it was a totally different story. It was busy, but my order was dead-on. Not one thing off. The customer service is what really stands out though. As soon as I walked in, the cashier greeted me right away with a “Hi, welcome in!”. Just made the place feel warm. A very polite young lady (I think her name is Dana) was handling the toppings and paying attention detail without needing to be asked. And Maria was slicing and still found time to say thanks on my way out. Everyone there seemed in sync, joking around and keeping things moving. You can tell they care about getting it right and making people feel welcome. Definitely earned my repeat business.

I will always choose jersey mikes over other sub shops. You can't beat the fresh sliced meat and cheese compared to the pre-cut of other places. The bread is always fresh, and the customer service is top tier! I'm so glad to have one local to SETX!!!

Pretty busy and a little bit of a wait because I had I big order, but it was worth it. The staff were polite and helpful, and the flavor is like nothing we have in town. The rosemary parm bread, chipotle mayo and the cherry pepper relish were game changers!

This place is da bomb! If you want a cheap, badly made , and tasteless sub, they are all over this area but never at Jersey Mike's. If you want an overly expensive and improperly made cheesesteak, they are also all over. If you want delicious , fresh , sandwiches that are truly worth the money, then come to Jersey Mike's - they do it right!

The cooks and the sandwiches were wonderfully good and tasty sandwiches Do you wanna read my review?. But the person behind the cash registered was a bit obnoxious and loud and a bit unprofessional . I’m a patient person but he proceeded to want to shake my hand after I took the order ? You handle different money and cards etc all day, I didn’t want to be rude so I shook his hand real quick and then he started making fun of how I do a hand shake ? Saying it needed to be more firm ?. And to top it all off he starts joking about my first name. I found it a little insulting since you’re a stranger and you’re at a job working. Love the place. Maybe they should move that kid in the back and put someone professional in the front. Still give this place a try , that’s something that could be fixed quick.

I’d write a whole paragraph, but honestly, the experience doesn’t deserve that much effort. The ordering process was a total mess, and the staff somehow made it worse. The sandwich was good, though, just do yourself a favor and order online so you can avoid the chaos.

Both sandwiches were same size was told it was wrapping when unwrapped and shown same size was told it just looked that way but wasn’t the two men that made my sandwich were great but save yourself sometime and go to jimmy johns get a better sandwich and better price and say hi to Bailey

Christina was very rude she snatched the order receipt out my hand and did not speak to me so I spoke to Maria she couldn't help me. The owner( Sarah) claimed she fixed the issue and said she was sorry. But when I was walking out the location, I asked if she was the manager she said the OWNER and Christina laughed at me. I was racially profiled by the color of my skin and as a paying customer or any reason I should be treated with respect.
