Ted E's at The Fieldhouse Frisco is a game-changer! While not fancy, it's perfect for a quick bite during games. Their amazing fries, delicious Icees, and perfectly crispy chicken tenders are always a hit. It's incredibly convenient, with plenty of seating. Though it can be a bit expensive, the good food and unmatched convenience make it worth every penny when you're at the Fieldhouse. A reliable go-to!

This review is for the location inside The Cove water park. Bad customer service. Tl,dr no free courtesy cup of water, it's $1. I paid $21 for my kid and I. It's a water park and I'm in swimsuit. A few minutes into meal my kid says they're thirsty, oops I didn't get her a drink. I go back and ask for a cup of water and they show me this little 8oz almost clear typical water cup with no lid and I'm like oh yeah, standard free water cup. Well then they say it'll be a dollar, do I want it? I've left my wallet upstairs because I'm in my swimsuit. I explain I just spent $21 and couldn't we just get a small bit of water to wash down my food? Nope. You don't take of your customer and show some southern hospitality, you lose a satisfied customer. Next time I'll bring the cooler in for $10 and it'll have drinks and snacks and we won't pay Ted a dime. Decent food though a bit pricey. The cheese was your standard "canned cheese sauce" variety.

Although I've usually had a good experience here, at 1030 this morning the cashier told me they were only serving off the breakfast menu until 11. 10 minutes later I see someone walk past me with a chicken finger basket. Then I get half a chicken breast for my grilled chicken sandwich. It covered half the bun. Waste of money if you're only giving enough chicken to cover half the bun. If I knew it was gonna be like this I would've ordered something else

A manager who is experienced should really be on site. I bought the coaches little boy a small side of fries and someone bumped into him and they dropped. I had the little boy and my oldest daughter clean them up and put them back in the basket to go tell the people working in hopes they would replace the small basket of fries. They would not replace them. Then, I as the adult went up to explain and still it went right over these young adults heads. I asked them if they had a little sibling and what they would do in the event this happened to them. Still right over their heads the point. For someone who is up at fieldhouse multiple times a week all this situation did was lose me as a customer. I would have understood if I was asking for chicken or didn’t have the food anymore. Also the fries looked really bad and not fresh and if I would have said that was the reason I’d like to think they would have replaced them. Little faith there though. It sucks because we actually love Ted es at the Frisco location but I can’t support a business like that.

The food at Ted E's Kitchen located at UTA Center in Arlington, Tx is horrible. The pizza was not completely cooked. You could see the raw dough with sauce running. Took it back and they wouldn’t accommodate me by throughly cooking it. Uncooked and or raw foods can cause harm and death in rare cases. The wings were fried so hard until you couldn’t even bit them. I believe you should save your money and eat at home or somewhere else. Money wasted.

This is for the location in Grapevine, tried to charge me $4 for a cup of ice! Terrible customer service after I kid hit my drink and they tried to charge me again for the ice. Don’t go here and walk to the food court inside the mall instead. These people know nothing about customer service. I think their ice was tainted too! And why is it so dirty there!?
