Amazing customer service, great quality food and extremely clean store. Came all the way from Australia and would come back again in no time!

The cinnamon roll was nice, I need to try the one with bacon on it, it sounds interesting, the lady in the counter was polite and helpful.

Love the original Schlotzky! It’s even better as leftovers heated to a crisp in the toaster oven.

This is probably the nicest Schlotskys I've ever been in. Anyhow, great service and great sandwiches as always. They also have an covered outdoor seating area which my buddy and I appreciated so we could try to be as safe as possible in these covid times.

I didn't know a slightly upscale "Schlotzskys Austin Eatery" existed until this place...it's even more awesome than the regular Schlotzskys!! With additional menu items like the tacos and sliders that melt in your mouth! You will not be disappointed!

Great addition for Bee Caves ares. Easy location to get to, parking can be a tad tight when it's busy. Great indoor and outdoor seating options and all the great Schlotzsky's selections. Visit then so they can stay in business here in Bee Caves.

He always makes us feel like we are part of a local family. I spend quite literally a few thousand dollars a year buying food for my staff from here because of him. I have been bringing my wife and my family to this location for a while now. AB who works here is the ONLY reason we come into this location. He always makes us feel like we are part of a local family. I spend quite literally a few thousand dollars a year buying food for my staff from here because of him. Update: This location has showed consistency over time with fresh hot food. It's obvious they are well managed. I stopped by for lunch about a week after they first opened and was surprised by the poor quality and taste of the ham & cheese original sandwich. But I always give a restaurant more than one try because it's not fair to judge a place based on a single visit. Today I ordered the same as last time and I was right, much better food today. My fresh tasty sandwich was very good. I thouroughly enjoyed it.

I love Schlotzskys! And love that they opened one closer to where I live and work. Occasionally the sandwich I usually order has a funky taste but maybe it's because of how the meat is cooked. Could be I'm just tasting a smoke flavor I'm not expecting. Recently I was given a piece of the bread as a strip cut like a garlic bread slice and ended up buying a whole sandwich bread requested as garlic bread. I'm telling you, you NEED to get a menu item of the option of garlic toast, half or whole pieces. That stuff is SO yummy!!! I would buy that every DAY!

FASTEST KITCHEN production time to fill my order since the place was opened. I stood in line about 4 minutes before noticed and I was the only one there waiting. I wish they had more chicken on the chicken Caesar salad. The person who took my order was very friendly and professional.

Kitchen is consistently great, everything I wanted. One kid who has been there a while at the counter is great. It's like some days they schedule all the good front of house people and others it's all newbies up there or something. They get the job done but there is a certain something special when you walk in and it's the OG folks.

Great food and nice atmosphere. However, you will experience slow service at the register for some reason. My advice is to order ahead through the app to avoid the usual long lines and slow ordering service at this location.

Tasty food and first but got sick of it afterwards, it was ready quickly. The host seemed out of it. Clean atmosphere lots of elderly people at midday.

The sandwich is way to dry. There should be some way to make it more moist. There is effort to make it subway like but Schlot's isnt there yet. Looking forward to eating yummier sandwichs here in future! I liked the music in the restaurant though. Good ambience and service

Came in for lunch during on a cold day and had to eat with our winter jackets still on as it was still freezing inside. I asked the manager to please turn up the heat but made no effort to do it. Food good and service quick but can't recommend especially on cold days!

Horrible service today at lunch. 12-28-18. 5 people including my as customers. After 15 minutes I got up to ask for my lunch..again. 2 staff sitting eating. 4 behind counter and back in kitchen. Two orders sitting and not being delivered to tables. Manager making sandwiches. This place has great food and now really bad service. Was really crowded at first when opened and food was pooped out fast and yummy. Now? Rediculous service. What a shame. Not returning.

It's a nice store but they did not have it together this day. It took 25 minutes to get my small original and it wasn't put together well at all. I was disappointed. I'll stick to my store, the one in Sunset Valley, they are awesome even when busy.

So, I placed an order online to, "skip the line" It was dosed to be ready at 7:13 it's more 35 after!!! 5 PEOPLE have gone in &. Come back out...

This place usually does pretty good. Very upset with them tonight. Ordered 2 sandwiches. Only 1 comes out, he tells them about it, twice. Many other people served but still not him (atleast 4 or 5 walked in after us & got served) He asks for a refund & got it, but ofcourse they should of still offered him his sandwich, because of their slack service.

The sign on the door says open until 9p. Why is it that at 815 I can't get a refill of tea? If you're going to advertise you're open until 9p, then please provide service until 9p. If you want to start cleaning up, that's fine, but cleaning the tea containers certainly doesn't need to be the first thing you do.

Took 30 minutes to get a medium original. I would recommend you find a different fast food place to get at. It would be faster at a full service place then this one particular Schlotzsky’s. Complained and they told me to be patient.

I normally would not post negative BUT this is the 2nd time this has happened . We order schlotzkys in bee cave and have Uber Eats deliver. 40 dollars worth of food and they ALWAYS forget one of the main items, this time it was 2 items! I call up there for them to deliver the forgotten items and spoke with Matthew, who acted like a smart a$$ the whole conversation! Omg, it's like a person can not go anywhere that half the order isn't completed correctly. 🤬 I am sooooooo angry at this place!

Found jagged plastic shard in my sandwich. I asked them to stop food service to find the problem and give me a refund. I got a refund, but the food continued to be served. The manager said "we don't have nothing like that in our kitchen". Please check your food before eating.

Ordered a Greek salad, tomatoes were old definitely not fresh neither were the greens, there was a crumb of feta so when I kindly asked one of the managers to remake the salad she insisted that the old tomatoes were fresh, very disappointed! never coming back to this location. I do not recommend this location.

The woman helping me at the register this morning was shockingly rude to the older gentleman in front of me, I couldn’t believe it. And no surprise she was just as unpleasant to me. Luckily the food is delicious so I will come back but I hope to never have her help me again.
