Avaliações de Tarka Bellaire
We love this place. The food is delicious and staff are super friendly. You also can get point over time for free appetizers, etc. once we ordered medium spicy and it turned out too hot for us, they came and very nicely replaced our food with milk spicy. Super nice! Definitely recommend here.
On Friday, January 30, I stumbled upon this restaurant by accident—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted, and when I mentioned it was my first time (even though they’d been on my list), the staff made me feel right at home. Even provided me with a complimentary drink of which i tried the mango lemonade that was quite refreshing. I started with the chicken and cheese samosa, and wow… DELICIOUS. The sauce that came with it? Mmmmm mmmmm GOOD. Seriously. For my entrée, I ordered the Garlic Naan and Chicken Tikka Masala served with basmati rice. Oh. My. Goodness. This dish was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. I chose a medium spice level, but next time I’m definitely bumping it up to hot. The blend of herbs and spices was perfect—each bite made you want more. The garlic naan was warm, soft, and absolutely perfect with every bite. The portions were very generous; I had so much food that I had to save some for later (though I could’ve easily eaten it all in one sitting if I tried). This place is officially a new favorite, and I can’t wait to come back.
Firstly the food is amazing! Never dry, great proportions, and always fresh. If you’re looking for rice and meat to meet your carb and protein goals this place is a great stop. Secondly, the customer service is phenomenal. Its professional commercial quality meets authentic home styled customer service and food. Every customer gets treated like family and served food just like it as well!
Tarka Kitchen this location is the best. They are so accommodating when it comes to allergy. They make sure there is no gluten cross contamination for us. Food is awesome. My kids love it too.
First timer and will definitely be back! Split the chicken kabobs and the cauliflower appetizer special. Delicious isn’t enough of a word. Layers of flavor with just the right amount of heat! Fast and friendly staff. Inviting atmosphere.
It’s today’s world of $30 lunch for one person, I was able to purchase a rice dish, app and drink that would feed 2-3 people for $20. I couldn’t believe it. I even included a small tip! The food is great and so everything else. I go at least 3 times a month. Be careful with the hot 🥵-it lit me up and I can easily drink Tabasco from the bottle… And the fountain drinks are great. No complaints here- just flavorful healthy fast food.
Really good. Ordered from here a few times. Cannot comment on the service and atmosphere but there is no “NA” option so assumed the best. I usually get the kabob plate either chicken or mixed. Veggie Samosas as a tasty starter as well. The rice and veggies that comes with the kabobs is practically a meal I itself. Excellent chutneys and sauces…. Not too spicy for me.
Authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and a memorable dining experience! I recently dined at t Tarka Indian Cuisine, and it was truly one of the best Indian meals I’ve had here in the US. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We started with the chicken kabob salad and garlic nan– both were fresh and packed with flavor. For the main course, the chicken biryani and chicken korma were standouts – rich, perfectly spiced, and accompanied by soft naan and fragrant basmati rice. Prices are affordable and most importantly the toilets are clean. I bough space for parking. Highly recommended for anyone craving real Indian food with a generous side of hospitality. Will definitely be coming back!
I love Tarka! It is a great way to introduce yourself to Indian food. Great service, friendly staff, clean trendy restaurant. The spice combinations are so flavorful. The aromatics keep you coming back for more things to try! I had the chicken kabobs. It comes with rice and veggies. I also had the shrimp biryani, I picked medium heat. I also had the garlic naan, and strawberry rose water.
Love Tarka!!!! Super fast food, Indian style. Pakoras are my favorite. Tarka Daal is really good with the basmati rice. Beyond Keema is a best seller for all my plant based lovers. Mango Lassi is also delish & yes they have a vegan kind. Garlic naan is always super warm & the pav is like a vegan roll super yummy! Reasonably priced & great portions.
Ate at the domain. We loved it. Great flavors. Had the tikka masala and the dal. Add a bunch of naan of course. Thought it was so good we went to another location south of Barton springs. Same good food. Really liked the quality. Genuine Indian dishes served fast and casual. Would eat here once a week if lived in Austin. The restaurant serves Indian food with spices. Though it is not fully Indian, it provides feel of India away from home. Good options available, both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Basmati rice was long grain only, not real basmati.
I hadn’t had Indian food in years so when my friend suggested this place for a lunch date, I was thrilled. Everything was really tasty and filling. Overall I had a really good experience and would visit again. I originally ordered my food Togo so that it would already be boxed up for when I left but then I remembered that I needed pictures for a review lol. I would definitely come back, the service was fast and the food tasted fresh. I got medium spicy but next time I would try hot because it was not spicy at all. The mango lemonade was delicious and the garlic naan wasss sooo good !
The chicken tikamasala from this franchise is good, the flavors are there, but just okay in my opinion after trying mild and medium. The samosa was delicious, especially with the sauce it comes with. Overall an okay place for a casual Indian experience with good flavors, the location was clean and staff was friendly.
3.5⭐️ ✅️ Great decor and location ✅️ Resonably priced and good value ✅️ Friendly staff and quick service ❗️Food was ok. It wasn't bad, it wasn't spectacular. The best way to describe it would compare it to buffet food at an Indian party/reception. ❗️Staff did not know dishes well and had to ask around for follow-up questions surrounding options For the casual Indian cuisine searcher, it's a good spot. For those looking for a savory/delectable option that is more authentic and packed with flavor.. not as much.
The price and the portion were reasonable. The biryani was surprisingly good. However, garlic naans were super dry, very little garlic and butter. Korma curry so bland and lacked flavor. Will not be returning
The quality has gone down so much... rice portions smaller, the vindaloo is super watery. What are yall doing. I paid extra for vegetables and tipped well. The vidaloo looked like soup, not creamy what sooo ever. They also got my order wrong. They gave me tofu instead of my cauliflower dish. Wow, I might have to call it on this location serving much longer.
If you are looking for authentic Indian food ( Desi ) , do not come here. It’s more like Indian food for American / non Indian , run by non Indians. Ordered 4 dishes non of them is Indian by test.
