UPDATE: I have already given this establishment a 5-star review... that being said, Janelle, a drive-thru cashier, literally gave the best customer service I have seen in a long time, and I spent a year as a fast food cashier. She and I shared a mutual disgust for the nasty Jack in the Box across the street, and we complimented each other's kindness and fun attitudes (and I'm gay, so I know what who is fun). I don't want her to fired, but she ended my evening with not one, but two free cookies... a treat I didn't think I deserved (and I got zucchini bites cuz I'm trying to lose weight lol). In all, I hope everyone else gets to experience her awesome customer service, timeliness, and carefree attitude that should be reflected in all fast food workers (yeah, I'm talking about you Jack in the Box across the street)!!!

Always clean. This place sometimes has a wait. Be patient, they try to get your order out as fast as they can. I have eaten here numerous times and it has been good every single time. Orders are always right. It is worth any wait to eat in this clean place with polite staff.

This Carl's Jr has awesome customer service. There was a young gentleman who worked drive thru around 1:50 PM and was really nice. Got my food quickly and it was delicious. I feel little silly doing review from something that happened ten years ago but because it just went over 10 year anniversary by a few days ago and it included this place on our way, hence the review. (Surprisedly I remembered the street it was on)We had a memorial ride back in 2015 (believe about 50 of us) and again the following year but I didn’t get to participate in it sadly. It was a meeting point until we went to final destination so think we were there about hour. In which Lot of us went inside to get food, use restroom and I don’t think any of the staff had any issues with us taking over the main parking lot for a short time.

The Carl's Jr. we went to was clean an the ladies that worked in the front were really nice and friendly and polite. As for our food we ordered the double Star cheeseburger with Ranch sauce. but it was too much for me I bit more than I can chew it was delicious but I can't eat a lot anymore it was way too much meat for me so I had to take out one patty it's all if you're not a big eater don't order that and it was a little bit too much sauce for me so but other than that it was good.

Restaurant is clean . Food is good and if your a senior you get a discount. You have to ask for it though. I've been to other Carl's junior and they are all good better than McDonald's. Price is right and there burgers are bigger than McDonald's.

What a difference in chicken Tenders...much better than the last time. Larger tenders than the ahoe string size ones I got a while ago. Busy today at this location, but they were cleaning as soon as possible after guests had left so dinning room was clean. Food is average like any other location, we had the big Carl double burger with onion rings that I added to add a western burger flavor. I like the onion rings, however they have a certain flavor, not bad but not great like maybe the oil they use is not fresh... I don't know, but I can only have one or two. I come here only a few times a year. June 2019, had the chicken tenders but they were a big disappointment. One was all batter like a french fry, others were the size of my thumbs, short.

Service was good but the food is not so good. Got a superstar (Went to the drive thru) and the bun was old and hard, lettuce was super soggy, and the fries where hard. I went at 10pm and i noticed this happenes a lot on the night crew, nothing is ever wrong when i go during the day. Guess ill be going to Jack across the street at night.

Ordered 2 Big Carl's that were very good, also ordered 2 california classic doubles that tasted like they were cooked the day before. Very disappointing

Order thru the app Double Famous Star no bread, no onions ,no condiments!! Wanted it wrapped in lettuce! Only 1 piece of meat!!!! 🤬 of course I was home when I found out. Not too happy after a long long day.

Service is good but have been so disappointed with food. I haven't been here in years and thought I would try it again. Now I remember why I stopped coming to Carl's. Poor food quality, often just slapped together quickly.

This location needs to step it up. Every single time I’ve come to this place they’ve messed up my order. Usually it’s just old and cold fries. Once it was rock hard chicken stars that weren’t even edible. Today I ordered 2 big carls 1 with tomato the other with tomato and onion. I roll up to the window and I see employees talking completely ignoring me. The food finally comes and the dude just hands it to me completely forgetting to ask for payment. I could have left with free food but I told him I didn’t pay yet. After getting my order I wish I didn’t pay. My fries were old and lukewarm. I get home and both burgers had tomato but it was literally one tiny slice each barely enough to cover a quarter of the burger, if that. And there wasn’t any onion. I usually don’t write reviews but seeing how this place is a repeat offender I was compelled. Unfortunately I must stop coming to this location and I warn others to think twice before wasting your money. Train the staff better and/or hire people who can read an order screen. It’s should be hard to mess up such a small order with only 1 other other person in line. Cheers.

Do all of the employees hate that they have a beyond substitute? Every time I get a beyond western combo, the onion rings are either way over cooked to the point that you couldn't break them with a hammer or they're non-existent. This has happened at multiple locations. You must be so proud.

I stopped to get lunch for my son and I. Used drive-thru to order. Mind you the place was not busy. I was the only car in line. Lady who was taking order was very moody and rude. Maybe she was having a bad day. Thank goodness we are don't frequent the place a lot.

!!!WARNING!!! Ordering was fast and easy, eager to help, greeted when we walked in but no smile. We ordered medium chicken strips meal and the small #1 meal on the menu board. Chicken strips were overly fried, one of the soft drink dispensers had no push handle for ice! Our fries looked old and were on the dry side, yuck. My burger after eating it I had to use their facilities! 😳 I waited for the code my stomach gurgling went in, no toilet paper!! Walked out asked for the paper, the employee (man) opened the toilet paper holder complained that there was some (I'd say about half a wipe) as he placed the 2nd roll in the other stall; again complaining(about 1 wipe in that roll) that there was paper. I was so happy when he finally walked out!!!😖 then I noticed walls, doors, dispensers even the door handles were all dirty! Smudges of who knows what.... well, no wonder I got the runs!!! 🥴 He probably didn't was his hands either 😱

Employees need to pay attention while taking orders...I ordered my burgers with NO ONION and they put onions...when handing out food they should repeat the order and say bye at least.... I had to go thru an overcrowded bag to make sure everything was in the bag

Every time I go here always have missing items of my order. I order food items and they somehow never give me my order right. Once I notice my items are missing. Too late.

I advised him I had the it in the trash. He was very Argumentive. THEY HAVE DEFINITELY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT CARL'S JR EVER. ITS HARD TO FIND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS. THIS CARL'S JR IS NOT WORTHY OF YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU ARE APPRECIATED. On 7/28/21 Husband & I went thru Drive Thru. We ordered 2 Fresh BLT RANCH CHIC COMBOS (sub fries for Onion Rings). They had us pull to the front and they would bring it out. IT TOOK FOREVER. More than 25 mins. The Mgr came out with ONLY ONE Combo. Went back to get the other. I req'd 2 cakes for Inconvenience. He said he would only give 1. (He really didn't want to give that)You messed up 2 combos it should have been 2 cakes. The sandwich was fresh & Nasty. Came with no ketchup no fork. We paid almost $24.00 for that Nasty Experience. I will not go back anytime soon. We saw other ppl going back in with thier bags of food also. It appeared they had Messed up thier food orders also. Lousy Service. UUGH. Mgr said they had given our order to someone else by accident. Ok, whose fault was that? We were treated like it was or fault. No time soon do I plan to return. The girl at the drive thru, Janelle (per receipt), had a horrible attitude from the moment she greeted at the speaker up to giving us our food. It was my first time at carls jr and I would definitely not return to THIS location.

I’m vegetarian and love the beyond famous burger, I always order it protein style and my lettuce is usually fresh and crisp. In this visit I can tell it was old, a lot of it was dark green like it’s been left out for some time so I had to take it off and eat my burger with a fork. 😔

This DRIVE Thru is always closed and it's supposedly open 24 hours! Quite annoying. So many late nights, where I've driven there to get some shakes n food and guess what? Not open! How awesome! And if they are open, guess what? They are not serving shakes! I have not had one of their shakes in over a year! Then to top it off, they leave the "open 24 Hours", light on!

I didn't hate it but the fries were stale I had to ask for catsup and then more catsup to have enough for a regular fry and a large fry. The jalapeno burger was not that special. I had to ask for straws..I guess that's normal now. Carl's used to be a special to me and my Mom. And now they don't even have our fish sandwich! Sad..:(

Order a number four and the lady taking the order charged me for a different burger. I didn’t receive a receipt at the window. Felt rush to leave the drive thru. Ordered through Drive-tru. Once got up to the window, I paid. As soon as the worker stepped away I realized I forgot to order my son a shake. I waited and waited. Finally she comes back with my order. I then ask her if I can order a shake. She shakes her head rudely and makes a rude comment under her breath. Mind you it didn't take her more than a min or so to make it. There is no need to make rude comments, especially if you're in the job of serving and providing customer service!

When I approached the window and saw my ordered was wrong I told her , instead she rolled her eyes at me and started arguing with me. Ordered at drive thru Sunday, April 26 10pm. The lady at the drive thru was very rude and got my order wrong. On top of that, she was wearing her mask improperly with her nose and mouth sticking out, breathing on the food, and her gloves had the fingers removed. Very bad, especially during a pandemic. We threw away our order. Disgusting!
